so okay went to an ear doc bc ive been in intense pain, especially if i wear headphones, with the ringing never stopping or getting quiet. tried that whole drumming on the back of the head thing and it wouldnt stay quiet for more than a minute. sometimes the pain + sounds literally makes me fucking cry. so doc runs a bunch of tests - got a hearing evaluation done and a damn mri of my brain.

and they all came back fucking NORMAL

so doc cant do anything so im just fucking STUCK in pain and not able to wear headphones or handle most sounds and im going to fucking go disassociate into like. pokemon or katamari or something
