The female assassin, known only as the Nano, had spent years honing her craft. Her latest mission required her to take on a form so minuscule that it defied the realms of conventional espionage and human shrinking technology. Standing at the gleaming kitchen counter, she meticulously prepared her weapon - a sandwich that would serve as both her mode of transportation and her hiding place. The target was a 27-year-old woman named Anja, whose heart unfortunately had to cease beating for reasons that were not Nano‘s concern.

Nano shrunk herself down to 5 millimeters in length, a task she had performed not many times before. The process was not unlike diving into a pool of invisible ink, the world around her stretching and warping until she reached the desired scale. She felt the cold steel of the countertop press against her, the granular structure of the surface becoming a towering cliff face. The kitchen, once a mundane space of stainless steel and marble, transformed into a vast landscape of unexplored terrain. With the precision of a surgeon, she placed a minuscule device into the bread, ensuring it was perfectly concealed within a leaf of crisp iceberg lettuce. The device would allow her to navigate the treacherous interior of Anja‘s body with ease and strike when the time was right. As Anja approached, her stomach growling in anticipation, Nano held her breath, both out of instinct and the knowledge that her microscopic size rendered such actions meaningless. The smell of the sandwich wafted towards her, a tantalizing symphony of mayo, turkey, and cheese. Anja‘s hand, a giant pink slab, reached for the sandwich and brought it to her mouth. The moment the sandwich touched Anja‘s lips, Nano braced herself for the plunge into darkness. She felt the warm wetness of the mouth, the teeth grinding down, and the bread crackling around her. Her heart raced as she was propelled down the esophagus, the muscular tube contracting and relaxing in a series of waves. The light grew dimmer as she descended, the pink flesh walls closing in around her. Inside, she could hear the symphony of Anja‘s body. The gurgles of the digestive tract, the not too distant thump of the heart, and the rhythmic flow of blood in the vessels that lined the walls of the esophagus. The journey was swift, and she felt the sudden warmth of the stomach acids as the sandwich was broken down by the relentless churning. But Nano had no time to ponder the marvels of the human body. Her mission was clear. She waited, her tiny knife at the ready, until the sandwich was just the right size to pass through the pyloric sphincter. The moment she felt the muscle relax and open, she sliced through the digestive tract and into the abdominal cavity. Her surroundings grew quieter as she climbed and cut her way up to the heart, the rhythmic thumps growing louder and more pronounced. She climbed the thick muscular wall of the heart, each fiber a rope to scale, until she was right beside the pulsing organ. The heart was a mighty fortress, but Nano was not deterred. She listened for the beat, timed her movements to its rhythm, and waited for the opportune moment. With the grace of a spider, she sliced through the pericardium, the thin, transparent sac that protected the heart. The heart skipped a beat, but Anja felt nothing. Only the cold steel of the blade was aware of the breach. Nano's heart raced in anticipation as she climbed over the valves, the chambers contracting and expanding with each pulse. Finally, she reached the aorta, the main artery that supplied the body with blood. The pressure was immense, the force of life itself pulsating against the blade of her knife. She took a moment to steady herself, her tiny legs trembling with the effort of holding on against the current. Then, with a swift, practiced motion, she made her final cut. Blood spurted out, a crimson tide that filled the tiny space around her. She watched in fascination as the heart stuttered, the life draining from it. The walls of the artery spasmed, desperately trying to clamp down on the wound she had inflicted. But it was too late. Anja's life was slipping away, and with it, Nano's purpose. She climbed out of the gushing wound and surveyed the damage. The blood was a river now. She knew she had to move quickly. With Anja‘s frantic last heartbeats slowly coming to a stop Nano begins to cut at her victims chest muscles from wothin to fight her way out of the now dead body.
