The physics test is on Thursday, so I've studied some orbital mechanics. I've also written my EE, but I'm not even near the end.

As much as it is funny to imagine Bruce with a father's capacity to forget half your friends, I think he actually has a file on any classmate his kids have ever mentioned to him.

He is an over-prepared and paranoid man who had two of his friends (Thomas Elliot and Harvey Dent) turned into rogue, with one of them really obsessed with him, he is not risking his kids' safety.

And also, when he got Dick, he was brand-new at this "being a parent" thing, so he did things in his own way, like it's a mission. Children need to feel listen to, even if their problems are so small in the grand scheme of things. That means he needed to make sure he listened to Dick's ramblings about school and remembered informations to show he listened. To be sure he remembered anything Dick told him, because he couldn't forgive himself if he did, he made files about each of the people he brought up, and reports about Dick's day at school and the gossips. And, as he grew up, it's the same with Dick's colleagues and friends, always keeping up report of anything his son tells. And, of course, he does the same for all of his kids in the end.

Anyway, there's like a fourth of the batcomputer's files that are just civilians his kids have met and reports about normal days at school.

Somehow I am starting to like math. I don’t know why but I won’t complain either haha :) Math class was cancelled again so I completed the materials at home + managed to come up with a question to ask next lesson. I got my history exam back (80%) and received an A* for my oral mark, I’m really really proud of that!! That pride was overshadowed by the English lesson I had just before history though. Our current topic is „gender“ and the lesson was spent by my teacher presenting a badly researched, transphobic presentation. He went through the slides beforehand (they were created by one of his students a few years ago) and realised they weren’t correct, but nevertheless decided to use them…thanks for ruining my mood at 8 in the morning.

Finally got ~7h of sleep; physically I’m feeling okay, mentally rather not. School isn’t treating me too well atm.

Case Study: Gotham

Seeing all the trouble that the ghosts had caused that year and how much they had affected his city, as a final project for the class, Mr. Lancer let his students investigate a haunted city, and see if it was really haunted or if they were just simple rumors.

It would probably have been considered unethical or dangerous a few months earlier, but in that case they had an important help: the ghosts. Now that they were at peace, and the GIW had been kicked out of Amity (literally, Danny didn't know how, but they couldn't get in, or near the ghosts in general) many of them offered to help with the investigation. Probably to combat their own boredom.

Of course, Danny chose the most rumored city of all: Gotham. He didn't know much about Gotham, as Amity preferred to isolate itself from the outside world and deal with it's own problems, but the stories had reached his ears. Sudden deaths, living cities, crazy clowns, shadow bats and more.

He asked some friends for help and they headed to the city. It was part of his project to explore after all. What he didn't expect was a zombie (was it a zombie or not?) walking in his direction very slowly. He got into a defensive position but the zombie... just steal a tire from Johnny's motorcycle, before start laughing and crying.

That was how he met Jason Todd. And accidentally regained his consciousness. He unfortunately didn't have time to focus on it, so he just dragged him into his investigation.

These kids are too damn nice to their teachers, but to be fair, I also struggle with confrontation….. soooo I’d probably be smiling in their faces and calling them ‘sir’ and ‘miss’ while we all pretended we weren’t actively at war outside of school hours, too

Hot take: You shouldn't get in trouble for having bad grades if you're doing your assignments and participating in class but are struggling in school even though you are trying your best. However, if your bad grades are caused by you being on your phone in class instead of paying attention in class and not doing your assignments, you 100% deserve to get in trouble for having bad grades.

on the first day of school one time one of my teachers was asking the class to share all their opinions as like a get to know each other thing and one was 'is cheating okay' and apparently my opinion on this. did not align with almost anyone else (that couldve just been because they didnt want to admit it in class) so i am asking the people. to be clear when i say grade school i mean from grades 1-12. This is NOT about anything past that.

exam results & concert🎼

I finally got my English mock exam back! For some reason unknown to mankind my teacher used chat gpt to correct our exams…the grade average says more than enough about how that went(&he was in a really bad mood which annoyed me like hell…)But, I got the second highest score in my class (85%), theres only one person with a better score, and they used ai throughout the whole exam so I’ll take my result as a win.

We had to switch our classroom twice during math class and ended up in a rather weird room. It was the last lesson before Christmas break though so it was fine :‘) Attended my schools end of year concert tonight with a few friends and it was incredible! A mix of self composed songs and Christmas classics. During the break I had a funny conversation with my math teacher that we’ll probably continue once we’re all back in school. Since it’s 11pm already I’m quite glad to finally head off to sleep now💤
