Nostalgic Lookback: Video Rental

If you were born at any time prior to the 2010s, you would remember these places being plentiful. At first they were places to rent VHS tapes as well as purchase whatever other merch they were selling, then eventually DVDs and even video games were added to the selection. With the advancing digital age where you can now rent movies digitally, the need to do so with physical copies decreased, leading to the gradual decline and disappearance of these stores.

2020 Memories: Pokemon Adventures Black 2/White 2 Chapter Fin

It began in 2013, in the last year of Pokemon's fifth generation. Its chapter release would drag on for 6 more years, getting hit with two different hiatuses in that time, with one going down in infamy as the Cursed Hiatus From Poke' Hell. Finally, in late 2019 and early 2020, as Pokemon entered its eighth generation, it was at last on pace to reach its final battle that spanned a truly massive climactic chapter.

This was the Black 2/White 2 Chapter of Pokemon Adventures. An arc that took seemingly forever to be completed and advance the manga's graphic novel volume release along with it, but in those early 2020 months we finally saw its conclusion and was it ever worth the wait. Behind the cut are highlight moments of a truly grand finale.

Unfortunately, five years since then, it's happening once again!
