Korbessa, caught red-handed — not that it deters her from her mischievous little mission!

One of Korbessa’s favourite tricks is to ‘jailbreak’ Toto from his room. She ambles over to his stable door, deftly undoes the lock, and then enjoys a few extra minutes of play with her ‘big brother’ before bedtime. (Just to be sure Toto remembers who’s in charge, Korbessa is equally fond of shutting him inside!)

Gracie is such a wonder addition to the fandom! I love you, friend. You share your art, you share your love, you share your kindness and the ACOTAR fandom is better for it. I just so appreciate your desire to spread that kindness and love ships and characters and how you choose the positive. I am so in awe of you and all you bring to the fandom. Still thinking about that lady who was visiting her daughter in like Arizona and heard about a dog that was like 200 miles from home in the same city she lived in and she just took the dog back with her to return to her humans like some people we don't deserve and it's that lady.

This is so wholesome it got me feeling super happy. This is a pic of my favorite art professor. I graduated like 18 years ago and this amazing human has a habit of following his pupils careers. He's wearing one of my silkscreen shirts. He wears it all the time he says. He sent me this pic with his kitty all stretched out like a happy little noodle bones.

This reminds me that we get to choose who influences our lives and our habits. This is the role model that I will choose.

I wanna be that person who looks at others and says, hey show me your most authentic self and let me cheer you on.

Sam Sharp, an artist and chef. He has protested the anti-abortion protesters for over a decade in Dunedin, New Zealand. Locally he is known as the "dicks guy" a title he has embraced 😁 people often stop to congratulate him and berate the protesters. When a man took offence to Sams sign and began to intimidate him, a passing woman stopped, told the man that Sam was doing a good thing and to get lost. A recent law passing means the protesters have to stand further away from the clinic.

FRANCE HAS REACHED THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF SIGNATURES ON THE CITIZEN'S INITIATIVE AGAINST CONVERSION THERAPY IN THE EU!!

ONE COUNTRY DOWN, SIX TO GO!!

We also need still quite a few signatures in order to reach the one million required.

As to date, the six other countries with the most signatures are:

Spain - 38.72%

Finland - 30.31%

Ireland - 24.86%

Netherlands - 24.15%

Germany - 23.54%

Belgium - 23.09%

So yeah, still a long way to go, but we ARE slowly getting closer. Don't stop now! Don't let this stay within the community, either, if you have any friends or family who are open to queer rights, get them to sign, too!

the steven universe hate is insane bc people are (or at least were) more upset that fictional war criminals got fictional hugs than they recognize that it singlehandedly advanced queer rep in children's media by lightyears and then straight up ate heavy retaliation for the nerve.

It does have real flaws that are worth discussing, but it also put their male protagonist in dresses and skirts and played it straight and even empowering, they aired a lesbian wedding on television, it was a genuinely queer, genuinely diverse piece of media through and through. It did a lot of real good for the real world.

But also the fictional characters caused fictional harm to other fictional characters, and didn't get an onscreen firing squad sentence. So, you know, it's basically ontologically evil in real life.
