This is the traditional dress of young, unmarried girls in the "Oldland" near Hamburg. Sharing; because Germany is not only the Dirndl. The Dirndl is Bavaria. There are so more folklore dresses and so much beautiful things to learn about them! Source: FolkCostum & Embroidery

Stone cooking supports used to grill skewers of meat by Minoans on Santorini, circa 3600 years old. The line of holes in the base supplied coals with oxygen. Many consider modern "souvlaki" street kebabs a direct descendant of this portable food system. Museum of Prehistoric Thera, Greece. More: https://thetravelbible.com/museum-of-artifacts/

Radical Evil: How We Became Mass Murderers (Nazi Documentary) | Real Sto...
youtube
We are all monsters.. it's the ones who are sleeping that are the most dangerous. It is they who do not realize the danger they themselves are doing.
Many of the people who are considered evil or monsters in history were actually ordinary people with no psychological disorder whatsoever. They were simply people doing what they thought in the time were right. That's not to say there weren't people who didn't do things that they knew were wrong the majority of humans participated in war crimes that they sincerely thought was part of a process.
There isn't a single one of us who isn't capable of reenacting such behavior if driven in the right circumstance. A lot of people want to portray themselves like they would be a hero or hide people like the Jews in their house but the odds are that you wouldn't because people didn't.
