Does it bother you at all with how the comics have been using the unadapted sentai teams only to have them die at the end of those stories?

Honestly… I think it works? As an explanation of why we don’t see those teams in the shows, because they died/lost. So it also somewhat validates Megaforce using them as “lost powers”. Lost because they died. We didn’t get an adaptation because they lost.

I’m pretty sure somewhere either linkara or disneybrain pitched this idea, that Megaforce should’ve substantiated the “lost powers” with some sort of a flashback about how they were lost + some background at all. And since we don’t see them in show, there’s also this indirect guarantee that any season we do see, is 100% gonna win, without casualties.

I’m not saying it’s a “good” idea, per se, because of I were a Sentai fan, I’d be PISSSSEDDD but cuz I’m mostly about PR, I’d say that it works. It’s not the best way to go about this, but it works.
