Being a Red Ranger must suck ass

Like, sure, you get all the glory and the cool power ups and the crossovers and shit

But you're the team leader

You have, like, 5 people who trust you with their lives. They'd all die for you

And you have to live with that

If you make a mistake, fuck something up, and they die? How do you keep going after that?

You have to pretend that you know what's happening all the time, that everything is gonna be okay. Because of you don't, your team loses hope. And if they lose hope, the planet is fucked

It's your responsibility to keep fighting even after your big bad is defeated, because you're the one who does the crossovers. You can't rest.

And (this is more specific to Power Rangers) most of the time, they're still only teenagers. All Rangers have the weight of the world on their shoulders, but the Red Rangers have it probably the worst

So I mentioned before that while I'm pretty sure MMPR/TMNT III will just use the Dinozord-based Mutant Rangers again - which is fine, because I love them - Thunderzord-based Mutant Rangers would be really cool too! So have some designs - these were fun to do, if a little challenging, because of the design discrepancies between Zyuranger and Dairanger

Conner’s design - Grid Gala 2025 WIP❤️✨❤️✨

So here is Conner’s work in progress for the event. There’s a lot of aspects from Arctic Thunder and headcanons that I implemented here but his doing is supposed to be rebellious and demon based like four out of the eight rangers I’ve chosen. Have yet to shade and add the full on details but here he is so far.

The belt buckle is the logo of the team but it also connects to his pants and top, love the combination so much. Along with the waist cape with all the sharp edges that tie into the ferocity with his ranger themes
