I made Stanley Tucci Zucchini Pasta (Spaghetti alla Nerano) and it was.... alright
Tumblr media
don't get me wrong, it was really delicious- but the way to make it delicious is by deep frying sliced zucchini and refrigerating it overnight. It took an hourish to fry the zucchini last night and dealing with oil is always a hassle. Tucci says it's the best thing he's ever eaten in his life and I just couldn't get it to that point. It's very good but it requires that you be comfortable deep frying and have an assload of zucchini lying around, and it's not even that healthy for a pasta that's full of vegetables. It's mostly oil from the deep frying, oil from the sauteeing, butter from the sauce, cheese, salt, etc. It's good, remember that the recipe exists, but I wouldn't go out of my way to make it again. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/285205/that-zucchini-spaghetti-stanley-tucci-loves-spaghetti-alla-nerano/ (yeah it's chef john)

Balsamic Chicken Harvest Salad
Enjoy a burst of flavor with this Balsamic Chicken Harvest Salad. Crisp mixed greens, ripe avocado, juicy tomatoes, and crunchy sunflower seeds, all topped with succulent balsamic-drizzled chicken, make for a satisfying and healthy meal.
The Turning of the Seasons As we find ourselves in that magical time just before the full embrace of fall, when the days still carry the warmth of summer but the air whispers of the changing seasons, I’m reminded of a recipe that perfectly captures this unique moment – the Balsamic Chicken Harvest Salad. Imagine this: a late summer evening, the sun dipping low on the horizon, casting a golden…

Echinacea purpurea, eastern purple coneflower, purple coneflower, hedgehog coneflower, or echinacea (lat. Echinácea purpúrea). A perennial herbaceous plant native to North America.
Many scientific articles have been written about the medicinal properties of echinacea. I recommend contacting them better, as they will reveal the benefits of this plant in more detail and professionally than me. For my part, I would like to share a recipe for tea with echinacea, because autumn is the season when we get sick more often and our body needs additional help🥰
☕️The recipe for tea with echinacea: 1-2 fresh flowers (not fully opened) or 2 tsp. of dry collection, brew 0.5 liters of boiling water and insist for a few minutes, then you can strain. You can add rosehip berries and honey. The drink turns out to be spicy and fragrant. The only thing is, it is better not to abuse it and not to drink for longer than 1-2 weeks in a row💚
Эхина́цея пурпурная (лат. Echinácea purpúrea).

hey. hey. did you know if you buy a rotisserie chicken ($5-10 depending on where you get it) you can dig into it like a rat, then strip and save the rest of the meat, then make as much stock as you can fit in your largest pot by simply simmering the bones with herbs and veggies or veggie scraps for 6-8 hours, thereby easily doubling the value of your purchase and making the best soup base ever?
