Thinking about the mavity of it all and how Fifteen is surrounding himself with kind of repeats of other RTD companions. There's Ruby (Rose), the Rogue (Jack), Belinda (Martha), and eventually presumably a Donna. I think it connects back to the whole changed the term for gravity, started a game at the end of the universe, two diplomas crossing paths, etc... thing. Like we're still kind of divorced from reality but the Doctor hasn't completely caught on to the extent of it yet or something.

If so, it'll be interesting to see what happens to right it if it can be righted. Well, obviously it will/can be because well that last scene in s2 e1.

Well I had a fun time recreating the movement style of a side-view perspective RPG Maker game (Lisa the Painful as the best example) in Godot over the course of a few days.

Next up I'd want to add to this is ladders and jumping off ladders.

closer than you know

i've been working on this painting for over 3 months and i am exhausted 💀 so excited to be done with it. i'm really proud of it though!! it's definitely the most detailed painting i've done in quite some time.

I finished Pluto and I keep thinking about the theme of wanting to be rid of negative emotion but negative emotions also being necessary as long as you don't let them overwhelm you.

Atom as Tobio is imperfect because he lacks resentment. Robots given the choice to be anything or anyone cannot choose because to become that perfect robot, they need negative traits. Hatred is what finally brings Tenma's perfect robot out of its AI brain fog. Sorrow and hatred over what Sahad has become saves the world in the end.

And of course the positive emotions aren't ignored, and frequently it's the unification of both positive and negative that create the biggest plot points. Like Sahad loves the world, loves nature, etc...so he's able to stop Bora because he wants to die and he wants to save. Gesicht is overcome with the horror and anger at his dismembered child, but also driven by love for that child.

This is also why the robots fail to stop Pluto and only Pluto can stop Bora. None of them have the right balance between positive and negative, not even Gesicht and Atom.

It's very fascinating. Many thoughts. Head full. Still kind of refining this in my brain, but I wanted to jot these thoughts down nonetheless.

had a vivid dream where there was a "play as Kim" mod and I was super excited

after like 2 mins gameplay Harry just turned around looking scandalised and was like "Ohgod... It's me, Kim. *I'm* Grandpa Piss!"

he refused to elaborate even after I savescummed and exhausted all dialogue options

then a notification flashed like "THOUGHT GAINED: GRANDPA PISS" and I went to the thought cabinet screen. all it said was "What the fuck does he mean by that."
