Lately talaga nahihilig ako sa shabu shabu. Etong kinainan ko tnry ko lang muna. Kaya hindi ako nag avail ng unli nila. Nasa 300 yung range ng isang order. Pero grabe at busog na ko agad di ko pa nauubos. Mas nag eenjoy pa ko kumain kasi ang ganda ng ambiance at hindi mainit. Nagkataon lang siguro talaga na walang tao kaya hindi mainit. Pero all in all, goods na sya for me.

One of the best restaurants we went to in Honolulu. Lilia Bakery offers a wide selection of food in their menu. On one side is the bakery, the restaurant on the other side. Everything not only looks good but equally delicious. I loved their Loco Moco. My daughter ordered the Grilled Salmon dinner plate, which she definitely enjoyed. My husband had the BLT Sandwich, which also looked so good. They also have a bunch of pastries and treats to choose from at their bakery. The Guava Masaladas and Lilikoi Masaladas are a must-try! The prices we paid for are so well worth it. The food is scrumptious, and the portions are great! Manila has so many different kinds of food to offer. Nikkei has a Peruvian/Japanese fusion, Moon Rabbit has Chinese Filipino food, and lastly there is The Fatseed which has Japanese Italian fusion❣️ All these places were soo amazing‼️ Don't miss out on these amazing places❣️🙏

A running inside joke since forever: Pang mahirap lang yung taste natin.

That's why whenever we can't think of anything to eat, or not craving for anything in particular, our go-to fastfood would be Mcdo and Jollibee. But lately, marugame would always be one of the top options when the question, where to eat?, pops up.

My marugame favorite, Yakiniku. Before, I would always order karaage, Tonkatsu, or katsudon. As a Tokyo Tokyo person before, those were the familliar food my tongue looks for.

However, when I was introduced to marugame, I can definitely eat one bowl of yakiniku.

I'm a picky eater, so when I try something and my palate likes it, I stick to it until another new favorite comes replacing it's place.

Any recommendations for a Japanese cuisine that's worth a try are welcome. ✨
