What does the beginning of a kidney stone feel like ?
The beginning of a kidney stone can feel like a dull ache or discomfort in the lower back or side, often referred to as "renal colic." This discomfort may come and go and is typically mild initially. As the stone moves and irritates the urinary tract, it can cause intermittent, sharp, and intense pain that radiates to the lower abdomen or groin. This pain can be accompanied by other symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and blood in the urine as the stone progresses through the urinary system.

Get nutrient paneer for a healthy life
Good morning, friends. Have a nice day. Today I am going to explain hygienic paneer for everyone's health. Paneer is an important food for health having a lot of nutrients included in the fast world. Paneer is a substance obtained from milk used in cooking. You can buy Hygienic Paneer in Madurai from Subiksha Foods.
Paneer is a popular dairy product natively from South Asia and India. Paneer is prepared by boiling the milk and adding some lemon juice as a curdling agent until the milk separates. Use a muslin cloth to drain the water for collecting the paneer. After some time, you got a soft paneer. Store that paneer in the refrigerator by cutting them into cubes. Good quality paneer is spongy and very smooth with a sweet, acidic flavour.
The properties of paneer containing micronutrients play major biological activities essential for our health. The important properties are that it may be an antioxidant, boost immunity, aid digestion, reduce cancer risk, strengthen bones, lower body weight, is useful for kidney health, has stress-relieving properties, and is used for reducing blood pressure.
I conclude that paneer is rich in calcium giving needed nutrients to your bones, making them stronger. It has minerals that lower the chances of getting stones in the urinary system. It has antioxidant properties, helping to boost immunity in the body. It reduces blood pressure by having a lot of proteins and minerals. Paneer for children prevents tooth decay because of calcium. It helps to become hair strong and wrinkle-free with bright skin.
As I told you earlier, buy Hygienic Paneer in Madurai from Subiksha Foods. They prepared homemade paneer in a clean and hygienic environment with RO-purified water with natural milk in the traditional method. They serve the hygienic panner to you only for getting better health. So, friends get hygienic paneer from Subiksha Foods to improve health.

the effects of the gases used by the bigger bodied smiling critters
Bobby bear hug: rose helps with stress, seizers, aging, and diabetes. (Nurse?)
Hoppy hopscotch: peppermint helps with pain management, digestive issues, common cold, sinus infection, and headaches. (Child care?)
Kicken chicken: ylang ylang is good for anxiety, depression, mood enhancement, and cognitive function. (Councilor?)
Craftycorn: jasmine is useful for immune support, blood circulation, optimizing hormone levels and relieving stress. (Nurse?)
Picky piggy: citrus is useful for heart health, help maintain cell health in brain tissue, prevents heart disease, kidney stones, brain dysfunction, and emotional regulation. (Food?)
Bubba bubbaphant: lemon grass helps with menstrual issues, improve digestion, nausea, headaches, muscle cramps, spasms, rheumatism (joint pain), high cholesterol, anti-inflammatory, bloating, and boosting red blood cell counts. (Child care for kids with chronic issues?)
Dogday: vanilla as said before helps relax and calm people by reducing anxiety and calms the nerves but also helps with fevers, spasms, blood clotting, although from what I found large amounts can lead to sleep issues but I don't know how accurate that is so take that with a grain of salt. (Kid care?)
Catnap: poppy flower as known does cause a fatigue affect but also has traces of opioids, along with that it also analgesia (inability to feel pain.), euphoria (the laughter), respiratory depression (breath shallow leading to build up of carbon dioxide in the blood.), decreased gastrointestinal mobility (digestive problems resulted when nerves or muscles in the gut do not work in a coordinated way.), and physical & psychological dependency.
eat your heart out au makers!

Ok, Allister update! Gonna try and summarize this
-I didn't get seen until like 10am which is why I hadn't posted anything yet, very frustrating since they open the doors at 7:30 and I started waiting at like, 6:15
- they do not want to do the deobstipation surgery just yet unless absolutely necessary because it's their "last line of defense" and the word "dangerous" was used to describe how risky giving him the surgery would be. Not off the table but there are other safer options right now. They uh, REALLY made it sound like it should be our very last option.
-the laxatives and stool softeners Allister is on are very safe medications and can be increased, and pretty significantly too, so his dosages are going to be raised
-all the stool in Allister's colon is soft which means his colon is getting enough water and the miralax is working, it's just something about actually getting things moving, so there's a very high chance enemas would safely completely flush him out
-they said the amount of cats they see that develop nerve damage and need prokinetics is "extremely rare" and it's uh almost guaranteed not the problem
- they're gonna do what they did the first time as opposed to the second visit: he's gonna be kept for several hours as they administer subcutaneous fluids and multiple enemas, and after he comes home, he'll be on increased laxatives. He could even be administered it up to three times a day
- the vet did say that kidney disease can take a while to show up in blood work and it is potentially possible that Allister has something that hasn't progressed to the point of being detectable but we have no current signs of him having any diseases or conditions
- the vet mentioned there is a higher fiber food that is good at preventing stones but the biggest risk is that it's kibble which runs the risk of Allister not getting enough water but is something to consider for the future
So yeah, Allister is back with them for now and they'll be keeping him for a while as I hang out in the area so I can save money on lyft. If I get hungry there's vending machines and places in walking distance. I'll keep you guys updated

Today we had to say goodbye to our oldest cat, Aloysius. He was 12 years old and started acting weird yesterday. He was very uncomfortable and told me as much as he could that something was wrong. Turns out he had a full urinary blockage, meaning the medicated food we had been giving him to prevent bladder and kidney stones was not working. The surgery he had this morning to unblock him was unsuccessful. My husband and I were there with him as we let him go so as not to suffer the gruesome death that not being able to pee would have caused him within a few days.
Al was absolutely the bestest boy. With his guyliner and his doleful "mrow", he gave of the air of someone who was very Over It, but was still persevering. He loved having his chin scritched, boiled chicken, Greenies, ignoring his sisters, and living the bachelor life with my husband when Phyllis (our only other cat at the time) and I lived in New York for a year. When he was younger, he used to watch out the kitchen window for my husband to get home from work, then dart into a back room, so that he could stroll out nonchalantly when my husband opened the front door, and then chatter at him about his day. We will miss him greatly. Here's to you, Aloysius Button K*.

10 Reasons Why Water Is more important for a Healthy Lifestyle
Here is Why Drinking Water is More Important for Your Immune System?
Hydration:Â Staying hydrated is fundamental for the proper functioning of every cell, tissue, and organ in the body. Water helps maintain the balance of bodily fluids, which is necessary for digestion, circulation, absorption, and transportation of nutrients.
Temperature Regulation:Â Water helps regulate body temperature through processes like sweating. When youâre active or in a hot environment, your body sweats to cool down, and water loss can lead to dehydration and overheating.
Digestion and Nutrient Absorption:Â Water is essential for breaking down food in the digestive tract and facilitating the absorption of nutrients. It aids in the movement of food through the intestines and supports proper bowel function.
Circulation:Â Blood is primarily composed of water. Proper hydration ensures adequate blood volume, which in turn supports efficient circulation, oxygen delivery, and nutrient transport to cells.
Joint Lubrication:Â Adequate hydration helps keep the synovial fluid in joints viscous, which lubricates and cushions the joints, reducing the risk of joint pain and injury.
Kidney Function:Â Benefits of drinking water for the proper functioning of the kidneys, which filter waste products and excess substances from the blood to form urine. Staying hydrated helps prevent kidney stones and urinary tract infections.
Skin Health: Hydration contributes to maintaining healthy skin. Proper hydration can improve skin elasticity, moisture, and appearance.
Energy and Cognitive Function:Â Dehydration can lead to fatigue, reduced energy levels, and impaired cognitive function. Drinking enough water helps you stay alert and focused throughout the day.
Detoxification:Â Water aids in the elimination of waste products and toxins from the body through urine, sweat, and other processes.
Weight Management:Â Drinking water before meals can help you feel fuller, potentially leading to consuming fewer calories and aiding in weight management.
Prevention of Dehydration:Â Dehydration occurs when the body loses more water than it takes in. Severe dehydration can have serious health consequences, so maintaining proper fluid balance is crucial.
Exercise Performance:Â Adequate hydration improves exercise performance by maintaining electrolyte balance, preventing cramps, and enhancing endurance.
Heart Health:Â Staying hydrated supports cardiovascular health by maintaining blood volume and preventing blood from becoming too viscous.
Preventing Headaches:Â Dehydration can lead to headaches and migraines in some individuals. Health benefits of water may help reduce the frequency and severity of these symptoms.
To maintain good health and prevent dehydration, itâs important to drink an adequate amount of water throughout the day. The recommended daily intake varies depending on factors like age, sex, activity level, and climate, but a general guideline is to aim for around 8 glasses (8 ounces each) of water per day. However, individual needs may vary, so pay attention to your bodyâs signals and adjust your fluid intake accordingly.

Before I post photos of Jensen from the con last weekend I wanna make a post to apologize for the lack of posts here. Normally Iâm on top of anything Jensen & Jared during con weekends. But last weekend was a scary weekend for me. Last Friday I noticed my handsome boy Scooter was peeing blood. At first I wasnât too sure it was blood I just knew it was not Casper. He tends to pee in the corner of the litter box. Scooter pees in the middle of the litter box or sometimes on the left side of the litter box. For the record before I go on yes I have 1 litter box for 2 cats. I know you are supposed to have 1 litter box for each cat plus an extra. So technically you should have 3 litter boxes. Well I donât have the space for more than 1 litter box. Plus I canât afford to buy litter for each box. So I have 1 extra large litter box which is enough for both of my boys. They each have a side of the litter box and I never have any issues with them sharing. Plus it is easy to monitor their bathroom habits/leavings.
Anyway back to Scooter I didnât know it was blood until I saw him come in and actually pee blood in the litter box. At first I was going to wait til Monday to take him but when he started straining I knew it couldnât wait. I took him to the emergency vet Saturday. Turns out he has what the call feline lower urinary tract disease basically an UTI. His bladder was full of blood which was scary. He wasnât blocked but if I had not gotten him there when I did he could have become blocked. Which would have been fatal. The vet was originally talking surgery and a 2 to 3 day stay in the vet hospital. Which would have cost up to $6,000. No way I could have done that so my choice would have been surrender him and they would have gave him a new home after he was better or put him to sleep. So either way I would have lost him and that was NOT an option. The vet said it could be possible to avoid that if his kidney were functioning properly. Luckily his kidneys are normal and functioning properly. So the recommendation was a 24 hour stay to over hydrate him to flush his bladder out. I hated leaving him there cause I didnât want him to think he was being abandoned. They let me see him before I left. I told him I love him he needed to get better and I was not leaving him that I would be back.
Next day we got a call that he responded well to treatment and he was ready to come home. He was sent home with antibiotics and for some reason 2 pain medications. He does have to be on prescription urinary dry & wet food. This will prevent crystals from forming causing stones which will cause him to get blocked. Thursday he had a check up and he is doing good responded well to the antibiotics. I asked if he could have Purina urinary food cause it is cheap and easy to get. Vet said nope it has to be either Royal Canin or Hillâs prescription food. Over the counter urinary foods donât have what he need. We went with Hillâs but sadly it is very expensive. Itâs $32 for a 4lb bag & $2 or $6 a can for wet food. But I have no choice if I want to prevent him from getting sick again. The vet said it was even safe to have Casper on it too. Cause itâs easier to transition them to the same food than to separate them. I canât believe itâs been a week since everything happened.
Sometimes I doubt myself as a fur. Sometimes I think I get paranoid when it comes to my 2 cats & pup. But Iâm glad I went with my instincts when it came to Scooter. Everyone who knows me knows Scooter means the world to me. Scooter was given to me as a birthday gift in October 2018. I was sick on my birthday so I was upset. 2 days after my birthday my dad found this tiny orange kitten who was 3 weeks old. They could not find his mother so my dad brought him home to me as a gift. I raised him since he was 3 weeks. Since he couldnât eat food yet I bottled fed him. I set up a safe bed area for him. I would help him get to sleep and litter trained him. He will be 5 on Oct 5th as I estimated that is when he was born. I couldnât imagine my life without him. It will be a struggle to pay for his food but it is worth it to keep him healthy and with me where he belongs.
Sorry this is so long but I needed to let it out. My life this year has been one shit storm after another. Iâm just grateful to still have my baby boy with me.

TEA BREWING IS A FUCKING ADVENTURE
So I've started brewing tea recently right? Like loose leaf and herbal teas, I even got a special electric kettle with temperature control (it lights up different RGB colors at different temperatures which makes my autistic brain so happy) and let me tell you it's really something else. The teas, the fucking teas, I don't know how to describe it. For my first few days I was fucking up and not using enough leafs but when I started doing it right, it tasted so good. And teas do so many fucking things. Hibiscus tea is so good for overall health and can help prevent kidney stones like what the fuck that's so cool. It also tastes like a gay person walks (fruity). It's genuinely so fun and makes me go feral because it's the closest I will ever have to brewing potions. But let me fucking tell you. One cup of tea on its own with no little snack or food is a fucking challenge. There's a reason that you see tea parties shown in media with little biscuits and cake and that's because it's fucking impossible to just glug a whole cup of tea down without it unless you're a tea crazed goblin who can do that somehow. If you're thinking of getting into tea brewing fucking do it it's so much fun.
