Crassipes Meleagris: General in the Cristatus' army. Technically the record holder for the person to join the army at the youngest age. She was still a toddler when her village was raided and her birth parents killed. She was found after the fact while the raiding soldiers were looting what was left, and taken in by the collective unit. No one individual was her guardian, instead the unit as a whole raised her to be the finest warrior amongst them. As an adult she moved through the ranks quickly via a combination of raw skill and the ruthless willingness to kill anyone whose position she was gunning for.

Olor Cygnus: A small village's doctor turned leader. Many of the demons from her village were slaughtered during the beginning of the war. They had posed too much of a threat to the new rulling powers and needed dealt with. She was spared as the warlord leading the invasion deemed her meek but intelligent and respected enough to be saddled with the duty of leading her devastated community. Unlike most of the other minor lords, she is neither a politician nor a warrior, so the wanton violence and pointless macho postering from every one of her new "colleagues" has been difficult to stomach.

Gigas Coua: A Minor Lord from low places. Former prostitute turned Madame after the last owner of their brothel was found washed up on the shore of their local river. They delighted in accepting the title of Minor Lord, as Finally they would have the respect they've been denied since they were orphaned by a now forgotten battle. they are eager and willing to do whatever it takes to keep the favor of those above them as they know all too well how quickly you can lose the entire game if the dealer has a bone to pick with you.

speaking my truth, i think i'm in love with the scottish figure skating commentator who does the isu livestreams on youtube. do i know who he is? no. do i know what he looks like? also no. but something about his beautiful voice, his lovely accent and how he is alwas so uplifting even when skaters don't do well has me going insane. I’m flying to a friend’s wedding today, and I recently acquired from my neighborhood free page a very pretty vintage suitcase in like a brocade upholstery texture in all of my good colors, so of course I needed a coordinated airport outfit à la Midge Maisel. You guys don’t know me, but I usually dress very put together, in what my sister calls Outfits, with a capital O to distinguish it from just wearing clothes. And since getting a full time job I’ve been slowly adding to my collection of vintage and 50’s-vibes clothes, because I just really like that aesthetic (my bridesmaid dress for the wedding is a vintage tea dress I got from Etsy. The fabric is in great condition but I had to reinforce pretty much every seam with my sewing machine, because the structural integrity of the original thread was breaking down, so that was an interesting learning experience).

All of which is to say that I Dressed Up for the airport in a vintage-y outfit that coordinates perfectly with some of the colors of my suitcase, and my hair is curled, and I have a vintage leather purse that my grandma gave me that matches her watch that I’m wearing and the shoes she bought me last summer at the same vintage store that my skirt came from, and a teenage-ish girl with whatever you call the 2023 teenage equivalent of emo/punk vibes, like the dark maroon mullet and not a lot of makeup and dark comfy clothes but like, very on purpose, told me I look cool when I walked past on the way to security

And like, she Gets It! We have different fashion goals but I think we put a similar degree of intention into the way we look compared to just wearing regular clothes. Which is cool! It’s validating. Not that I really need validation, but it’s always nice to get compliments, of course. And the way I dress is really not terribly distinctive most of the time, other than being Outfits and a little dressier than maybe the norm is, like I think most people who see me one time in passing would see that I look Nice but not necessarily see it as a cultivated Look. But punk mullet girl gets it.

in whatever i have going on with my durge there's basically an extended family like we have iustitia that i consider as the older sibling, their twin sister prudentia, then there's the dragonborn durge, and then there's orin as the younger sibling and i imagine them all sitting at a table for lunch with blood or whatever rocks their boat with iustitia at the head of the table trying her best to ignore the knifes throwing from one side to the other and the insults like in some cartoonish type of fashion until they lose their temper and go (slams fist on the table) enough! orin you are indeed a freak, dragon brother you are a necrophile so jot that down, prudentia stop trying to eat my butler and everyone just shut the fuck up for a moment i'm trying to think of the ways i can fuck an elder brain
