So far I've been having quad focused and hamstring focused days. Towards the end of my cut I will combine the two for higher volume and do that twice a week! 💪 what do y'all think?🤔 . . . With incline Curls, your arms can go behind your body. Resistance Band Tutorial 2 (Leg Workout

This is the second part of my resistance band tutorials. If you haven't watched the first tutorial you can click here: https://youtu.be/Pzz40s0TfMY. It can be hard to build muscles when you don't have dumbbells and dumbbells can be quite expensive for home gyms. You can't always have access to dumbbells either when you are traveling. Resistance bands are a lot cheaper than dumbbells and they are quite portable. This video shows you 5 exercise tutorials for a great leg workout to target your quads, glutes, hamstrings, inner and out thighs. Perform each exercise 10 to 20 reps for 3 to 5 sets and rest 30 to 60 sec between sets. Exercise 1: Glute Push Down. This exercise imitates the leg push down workout using an assisted pullup machine in the gym. This movement will really target your glutes. Exercise 2: Quad extensions. This exercise is similar to the cable quad extensions in the gym and you will definitely feel it in the quads after 5 sets of 15. Exercise 3: Hamstring curls. This exercise is similar to the hamstring curls using the machines in the gym. Perform this exercise 5 sets of 12 and you will feel the burn in both hamstrings and glutes. Exercise 4: Glute kick back. You will work both hamstring and glutes in this exercise. Exercise 5: Leg side kick. This exercise will burn out your inner and outer thighs like no other. Aim to perform 5 sets of 20 for each side. These exercises are a lot better than the typical resistance band squats or lunges because when you perform squats or lunges you typically lose resistance at some point of the motion since resistance band gets its resistance from extensions.
