2. A body capable of seeing me through life, due to the hard work I put it through!
3. Dietary alternatives, making all the restrictions a little easier to deal with. Yes, even if some of them aren't exactly 100% natural, optimum nutrition. I pick my battles.

A quad stack chest workout for you using #pushup handles, resistance bands, a bench or chair, and a twister arm exerciser (TAE for short).
