The Arab League, after more than 100 days of the ongoing war of genocide on the Gaza Strip, not only failed to stop the aggression by using its resources and different means of pressure on the zionist entity and the West, but even failed to implement the decisions of the last Arab summit meeting in breaking the siege imposed on the Strip and introducing aid to it.
Our Palestinian people rely on the free and noble Arab peoples in supporting the Palestinian cause and continuing the pressure on the subservient Arab regimes to take serious positions to stop the aggression on the Strip, break the siege, and reject normalization and dependency on the West.

Three things I'm grateful for today -
1. A warm home to welcome me, no matter what the conditions outside on my walks, etc.
2. A body capable of seeing me through life, due to the hard work I put it through!
3. Dietary alternatives, making all the restrictions a little easier to deal with. Yes, even if some of them aren't exactly 100% natural, optimum nutrition. I pick my battles.
Good food, good macros, good rest for my gut, good movement, good recovery time.......GREAT day!
