So JK didn't post for 10 year anniversary? Hmnn. So he deletes his money making IG. Keeps going live throwing jabs at the company. We will keep it secret from the company, the company is gonna go crazy, etc. Drinking on camera when its frowned upon, falling asleep on camera. Says he is unmotivated (funny he said he got motivated watching his boyfriend Jimin's videos and ended his live to go to work, aww). He makes a funny noise and funny face about singing BTS songs, but has spent 6 months promoting his boyfriend Jimin's work. Pushing buttons all around. Realistically JK can't leave his contract himself, but if the company lets him go, the consequences would be way less & wouldn't ruin him financially. So he could be pushing the company to let him go on their terms, that way he's not breaking the contract and instead its broken by the company or he wants more freedom for himself & when it comes to Jimin, esp since Jimin has taken center stage in all JK's doings since Feb & he's being a Brat & a thorn in the company's side til he gets what he wants. IDK, I do think he loves BTS and still wants to be in BTS, so he probably is just wanting more freedom in general, but it is still a possibility if they don't let him have more, he could want to move on from the group and take Jimin with him & neither are gonna go, but if they ever did, I don't think anyone should blame them.

andor (eng, s1) — the only show i am currently keep up with week to week. it’s brilliant, utterly brilliant. the three-episode model keeps the writing/action/tension contained, keeping me in this welcoming chokehold until the very end of the season. that is how you keep your storyline moving, for a 12-ep season, without it feeling dragged out. and the story itself has a low, raging rumble against this very real world backdrop. i just want to exist in this world forever, peeling away all the layers of the rebellion and the empire. stripping all that we have known about the force and everything that the existing franchise builds on until all that’s left: empirical fascism and oppression. and we are being gifted this fantastic premise with a character that can’t narratively die. because we already know his fate. this description is in all lower case, but you best believe i am screaming this the whole way through.

somebody feed phil (eng, s4) — this and the below show are two that i have been watching slowly, splicing up all the episodes between when i started in the summer to the end of the year. i am tackling this show one season a month, which is always a breath of fresh air in between all the dramas i have scheduled. phil is an absolute delight to watch and the choice of locations are so well thought out. i already have a trip to plan for nyc in the near future due to this show. i dread the day i run out of episodes to watch…. oh no lol

guardian (cmn, s1) — as i said prev, this is also a show i have split up my time through the year, tackling this show 10 eps per month. I have seen 20/40 so far and it’s great so far! to me, its very reminiscent of shadowhunters (a prev jessi hyperfixation). if you give me mediocre vfx + found family trope, i will eat it all up i love it so. and the two leads go from 0 to work husbands by the second epsiode, i love that for them. they have such amazing chemistry and like somebody feed phil, i will mourn the day i finish this show.

planning to watch

glitch (kor, premiere) — as i write this, i will be starting this show in the evening. osmosis went HARD on my dash lol i mean, the premise and the vibes are all there. i am going into this blind, only with the knowledge of the two actresses having great chemistry together. the space/alien aesthetics are just a bonus. can’t wait to find out what it’s all about, stay tuned.

werewolf by night (eng, movie) — this is also a last min decision to do, esp for halloween night. when i heard about this show, i wasn’t sold on the concept until i saw that gael was the lead and directed by michael giacchino. the man who has gifted us with the ost for LOST and Up! directed a marvel movie????? i am all in. and this all before knowing anything about the plot.

sleep with me (fil, s1) — my first filipino show sched on my watchlist YAYYY!!! for me, it’s such a hard sell to make me watch a filipino series. but this one really peaked my interest, it also being the first gl for me to tackle this year. i know lovi from the one that got away, so im excited to see what she’s like here. hope there’s more filipino content on my radar in the future. the only other show i have on my deck is gaya sa pelikula but have not determined a date for it. maybe summer 2023??

after this show, i do not have any new bl/gl’s on the calendar for the rest of the year. I am waiting for osmosis to kick in for anything coming up. feel free to check out what i do have on deck, thru jan 2023.

bad buddy (thai, s1) — i originally planned for a rewatch by myself at the last week of the year, marking the one year anniversary when i started watching this show. it always marked the beginning of my bl/asian drama journey, so it felt right to get this on the calendar for me. sometime ago, i was informed that the fandom was planning a rewatch in october, so i immediately reshuffled my entire rest of the year to accommodate for it lol. what else is there to say, im returning home.

vice versa (thai, s1) — and in replacing my original plan, of rewatching bad buddy at the end of dec, i have now scheduled vice versa. its my birthday week, ofc i want to see my son and my solemn face moonchild. i miss them. SO. MUCH. ugh

Museum as performance space - gaining legitimacy in one of a kind performances in a unique setting. I guess similar to what the ICA are doing but they're getting the good stuff in terms of curation.

I think that alongside the high costs of everything, the audience that artists have to deal with today are much more either segregated class-wise or not used to seeing continuous art and being able to evaluate it/ seeing it as a "little treat". (see for example: The TikTok kids who saw Steve Lacy or Mitski's current tour) For example, think of any major exhibition today in the UK and the cost of tickets usually range between £16-20 esp London. Meaning people usually see the extremely popular things that have been tried and tested and the more experimental/local/DIY things are left behind. It also means that the general public's tolerance for maybe I'd say the "Avant Garde" has decreased over the past 10 years. If TV is the most accessible medium, think about what's on regular tv sans Netflix (which is already extremely sanitised)...there's this extreme lack of maybe kooky music/culture programming that explores and interviews artists of the day in an accessible way or just regular toned programming which allows people to know about each other (See Raven's Row exhibition from last year?)

"It was another Nice Peaceful Day in The Midsummer's Cult! Lambert was busy out crusading and was having his most successful Crusades this past 3 weeks alone! and its all thanks to his Most Beloved Wife Samantha Bloodlust Sheepard(or Sammi for short) despite the poor immortal bat demon being tired to the bone after every crusade everyday of the week, Sammi was still proud to be her leader's beloved wife besides her besties Lady D & M3gan along with rest of the spouse squad..

Lambert was walking back into his cult's base where he smiled and waved happily and gleefully to his many beloved and thriving followers(currently at 135 due to most old followers passing rapidly at natural causes) which some waved back or even saluted their divined leader while Wife Sammi went instantly to her Shared Shelter(which her leader made pretty quickly and in reward of being Lambert's 3 beloved wives along with the young lamb noticing the girls special bond/friendship/shared marriage)

Lambert : "Oh hey Sammi.. you doing okay..

Samantha looked up at her husband with her eyes fluttering open while smiling tiredly and only responded in "sleep talk"

Sammi : *sleeping mumbles* Translation : "Yeah Lamby i'm good, i just gotta take a nap pretty tired after the last crusade in silk cradle"

Lambert : Oh.. okay sure honey, take all the sleep you want! i'll allow it..

Lambert then crouched down to his wife's bed position and kissed her on her purple horned forehead with sammi smiling while sleeping peacefully in bed.

After a while, the next few days were great since this month is the month when the blood moon arrives once again but this year Lambert skipped it since he's been busy taking care of the cult, its followers and most esp celebrating him and his wife sammi's 1 yr wedding anniversary which they spent together crusading in Silk Cradle and having sermons, rituals in the temple and even confessing in the confession booth from time to time.

So far the cult is thriving in gold, materials/resources and etc but in the near future things will change even further and possibly even bigger foes for Lambert to fight with his friends help or a possible battle to take on his own..

Happy 10th HP anniversary, LQT!

This month my darling friend, @lqtraintracks, celebrates ten years in the HP fandom.

Ten years omg! 🎊🎊🎊🎊

Ten years of passion and enthusiasm and love for drarry and the HP world; ten years of spreading joy to other fans; ten years of astounding writing (gods, I envy her so!); ten years of invaluable contributions to the community.

Lqt, the fandom is blessed to have you as a member and I feel honoured to call myself your friend. I thank my lucky stars I joined drarry when I did and got to meet you 💖

Here's a few things you should know about Lqt:

1. She's a phenomenal writer. No, I don't use this word lightly. If you haven't yet sampled her work, you're missing out. If I were you, I'd rectify this asap. Lqt's craft is a masterclass of its own: strong sentences, beautiful prose, thoughtful characterisations, scorching sex scenes, lots and lots of feels. Her writing sizzles. She's so quotable too. I can't think of another writer who has such a strong gift to write lines that the whole fandom imprints on and can remember years later. For instance: "I've fucked you in that shirt." I'm still losing my fkn mind over this line. Mention Blood and Fire, one of Lqt's masterpieces, to a reader and they'll immediately go "omg I've fucked you in that shirt!!!!!!"

2. She's a supporter of queer and trans rights in true Gryffindor spirit. Passionate and tireless, Lqt actively tries to make fandom a more inclusive, safe and welcoming space for everyone. She's an example to emulate.

3. She's a fierce, generous friend. I don't know what I've done to deserve her, but her generosity and kindness and support seem never ending. She's been there for me, esp during a tough period last year, and has listened to me vent when I felt like getting things off my chest; she's given me advice when I asked for it; and has been a relentless cheerleader when I needed a boost. She's the kind of friend who reads my fics even when they're in fandoms she's not familiar with. She might know nothing about wangxian but she will read my fics and she will comment with some lovely praise, and--I don't know if I ever told you, @lqtraintracks, but that floors me every single time. That you read and comment on my wangxian/hualian/non-HP fics. I'm a bit choked up about it, ngl

My first LQT fic was Entropy to Ecstasy (drarry/ 4k/ E), a stellar example of second person POV and, er, rimming. Is this the most delicious combination or what? The longing in this fic is tangible; the UST through the roof. I adored it and still do; what a marvellous introduction to a great writer.

My latest LQT fic was Heart Like Neon (drarry/ 41k/ E) and it was one of the highlights of 2021. It's got enemies to lovers and hate sex and UST to-die-for but also excellent new magic (the Reaching! how amazing and such a Harry magic!), a large cast handled deftly, and a fantastic relationship progression. And again: so many wonderful quotes! "Being good… it’s not just one choice. It’s a thousand different choices. And that’s just one day." How do you do it, LQT????

But the fic that has carved itself in my heart is Blood and Fire (drarry/ 45k/ E). (The banner above is a realistic depiction of the state of my mind and body while reading the fic.) It's a story of second chances; of regret and mistakes; of making amends; of forgiveness. It's got agonising pining and excruciating longing; palpable tension and hot hot hot hot sex. It includes the most emotional hug of all times. It's a fic that makes me feel like "a bundle of kindling who invited fire over for dinner". (see what I told you about the quotes? She's fkn killing it!) It's a drarry classic (yes, I went there) and it's a fic that I will never, ever forget. For me, this story is up there with Donna Tartt and CS Pacat.

LQT, happy anniversary!!! May you enjoy another 10, 20, or more years in fandom! I'm so happy to know you 💖

I'm pretty open about my mom. I love her to bits&know she loves me. But she was extremely abusive towards me growing up.

I remember her hitting me as early as 5yrs old-one time she hog-tied me w/a jump rope&kicked me. For breaking a vase w/it.

I wet the bed til I was 6. We were poor&I shared a bed w/my parents. She started locking me in the closet for hours on end or give me ice baths.

When I was 7, I accidentally knocked over her expensive perfume, & she tried to drown me in the bathtub. My dad was home & he intervened. That's when he left her,but he left me w/her because he was a drug addict.

A few months later I told my mom that I missed my dad&she said, "Either you're w/me or against me." Then she called my dad to come take me away, put me on the porch to wait for him in heavy rain w/a trash bag filled w/clothes.

My dad&his fam never beat me,but 'other things' happened. They also left me a 7yr old to my own devices - no food, no money,&no supervision. This went on till I was 10/11.

My mom&now stepdad finally decided to move me&my baby bro in w/them. My mom resumed her abuse. This time she was more mentally&verbally abusive along w/being physical.

At 11 I called CPS on her&regretted it only because my bro ended up w/an abusive foster fam, he was a toddler. My mom regained custody of us.

At 13 I started running away from home. I would either go to wherever my dad was or walk the streets & couch surf. So many things&life experiences happened during this time. Horror stories.

At 16 my mom kicked me out because I started hitting her back. So I crashed w/friends&a bf at the time. I broke up w/bf because he turned out to be a drug addict like my dad. Couldn't stay w/ my mom, convinced her to send me to Job Corp.

This is where I met my best friend & my husband. I didn't finish school there &had to go back to my mom's. I had probation from running away (reckless endangerment charges)&grades were a part of it.

When I was 17 my grades were so bad that it violated my probation & they threatened to throw me in juvy, where cops threatened me in front of my mom, who did nothing. Saying I had weeks to get my grades up or I would be in juvy till I was 18.

I was LITERALLY being punished for being abused. I had no other charges on my record besides breaking curfew. They charged me for running away because my stepdad is wealthy&made me seem like a spoiled brat. The charges were to dissuade me running away.

The abuse at home ramped up. My mom would randomly walk into my room to hit me, pull my hair, spit on me, etc. I tried not to hit her back, I always tried, but one night it got so bad - I punched her in the face & tried to leave, she threatened to call juvy on me.

I stayed because I didn't want to go to juvy. The next day she told me to call any guy who was 18+ I knew up&ask them to marry me. Because marriage is emancipation. So I called my husband, bf at the time,& told him what was going on. He said yes, he would marry me.

We've been together 15yrs, but our 14th wedding anniversary is next month. & we have 3 gorgeous daughters together. I'm so lucky it ended up working out for me. I'm so thankful he stepped up&saved me in more ways than one.

My mom started doing better after I got married. She became doting & dependable. At first I was apprehensive, but I could trust her w/my kids. It seemed like a complete 360.

These past few years, now that our girls are old enough to have opinions & beliefs of their own - my mom has become a twisted shell of what she was rising above.

My mom had the girls for a weekend last year & the moment we were out of earshot of my mom, on our way home. They began to regale us w/ my mom telling them they were going to hell, they were 8/10/12 at the time.

How BLM is a terrorist movement & how they should be ashamed of being Mexican & to embrace their White side. How my mom screamed at them & chased them around the house preaching fire & brimstone. & how they described my mom was how my mom treated me minus the hitting.

I called my mom the next day&she denied all of it. My bro confirmed some it, he wasn't there for all of it. I called my aunt who has always been the diplomatic one & she told me: "Because you're gay&not a Christian. You&your whole family are going to hell.

You're their matriarch. Their salvation falls on you&it's your fault." I was floored.

Now I don't know how to repair the relationship I was already attempting to rebuild with my mom. She's an avid Trump supporter & doesn't talk about anything else.

My husband wants me to cut her off completely, but I can't. At the end of the day she's my mom&I love her. But I don't call anymore unless it's important since last year. Because I don't know how to deal w/ the toxicity, so I'm making space to breathe for now.

Sometimes that's all you CAN do. I hope we can at least end up on speaking terms again. She's a cancer survivor w/osteoporosis & muscular dystrophy. Basically she's not in good health&time is precious.

It's okay to love shitty people, esp your fam, but you have to take care of you. It's hard advice to take sometimes.

1. What’s their preferred takeout? What’s their order, and how common is takeout for them?

Ryou will always prefer the homemade meals, but he doesn’t mind to consume some fastfood from time to time when it comes to his s/o if they have such a habit (even tho he's gentle to occasionally nag them about that, Hanzo being a primal example). Excluding joint orders (which he isn’t much picky about and having ‘as long as it’s not too spicy’ attitude towards), his own usually consists only of some kind of hot beverage - tea is obviously being favoured, but he also doesn’t mind some Starbucks at times once being in need of extra energy.

2. How does their day-to-day outfit look like in various seasons ( if applicable )? Do they use makeup or hair styling products?

Plain t-shirt/turtleneck, sand colored jeans and brown leather jacket will be his most preferable casual outfit combo as long as there’s not too cold/hot (aka mostly spring and autumn). In relation to chill winter days/winter in gerenal, beanie and arctic parka along with the neutral colored sweaters are the most frequent additions, while in summer he’s more prone to wear simple shirts and cotton made trousers. When it comes to makeup or hair styling products, Ryou isn’t prone to use them, at least in relation to his daily life.

3. Order of preference for the following: bikes, public transport, rideshares, taxis, their own motor vehicle.

His own motor vehicle / vehicle shared with s/o, bikes, taxis, public transport and rideshares.

4. How does their drug / nicotine / alcohol use differ from their canon verse?

Ryou doesn’t mind the alcohol being shared with close to him persona regardless of the verse, but it’s evident he’s more open towards its use in modern setting (even tho he still favors private drinking to public one cos of his own reasons), especially if being in relations with Hanzo. He’s mostly neutral towards any smoking products despite forbitting oneself from this habit, while the very subject of drugs will obviously be the reason for his negative reaction.

5. Sounds of traffic, billboards, light-up company logos, crowds, other big city things—yay or nay? Which ones?

Neither, for the big city living can be rather overwhelming and exhausting for his keen senses despite him having rather neutral relations with it (although Ryou has his own means of rest from it once it’s wearing him out, e.g. visits to familial residence).

6. Most frequented public spaces during their free time?

Depends, but it will be mostly the locations he frequently visits along with his s/o (e.g. Hanzo’s favorite rundown bar or the city outskirts they use for their personal motoraces). Aside of that, Ryou favors public spaces that provide pleasant quietness and/or tamed nature, yet he isn’t much often to visit them due to his tight work schedule.

7. What’s their coffee shop order, dine-out order, ice cream sundae order?

As mentioned above, he isn’t picky (except for spicy things) / doesn’t have the established one due to his preference towards the homemade food and beverages.

8. How does their flat or house look like? How was it / is being paid?

Not too large but clean and rather sunny apartments consisting of living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen and well-hidden cache + the interior represents a mix in-between of modern Japanese and western features, tho the first is way more prevalent. It also fully belongs to him rather than being rented as he has enough wealth at his disposal to have his own personal residence (probably even more than one).

9. At this point in time would they fall for updog? Rickroll? The onion? Are they annoyed by them? Do they pass them along?

He isn’t that much interested in the meme culture in general, but I believe he'd be mostly neutral towards the updog kind of joke (even laugh in reaction at his own possible initial and only fall for it) without passing them along.

10. How’s their internet usage? What sites, how much, how good are they at identifying scams?

Oddly enough (at least, it can seem odd if you aren’t aware about his inital profession), but Ryou is quite skilled when it comes to the internet usage, up to the point he has more than enough knowledge about how to connect and use the dark web. The reasons he appeals to it are mostly practical than entertaining ones (e.g. the search of information or occasional online shopping) + he tries to be quite careful about his online activity both on phone and PC.

11. Where do they shop? Where would they like to, if comfort, location, or price tag weren’t the issue?

Mostly at the supermarket rather close to his home, though the occassional online orders are also the thing. Generally speaking, Ryou doesn’t have any issues when it comes to the shopping, due to the facts he’s mostly content with the provided at shop assortment, able to drive to another place where he knows he can find the certain product or might use the network for any specific purchases.

12. In the world of fast mass production, what would they / do they still specifically order custom or commission?

His motorbike helmet was the custom order + he has his own, custom assortment of tea he occassionally buys + it would likely be a very specific present for his s/o (Birthday, anniversary one, etc.). In case where he’s married to Hanzo, both the engagement ring Ryou had for him and their wedding bands were also the custom-made (this will also apply to Shinjiro as they will progress in their relationships from boyfriends to husbands).

13. Do they follow influencers? Drama? Celebrities?

Nah, he isn’t fond of such practice (and influental people in gerenal, esp politicians he knows can be incredibly corrupt) and doesn’t have time for it, aside of the occasional observation of their possible criminal activity.

14. Buying, streaming, or piracy?

Buying, for his financial status allows it fully.

15. What’s their five-year-plan in the modern verse, and what are they wildest dreams for the next five years, regardless if they find them plausible or not?

He doesn’t plan things that far, but in general? Survive. Not perishing himself, keeping Hanzo/Shinjiro in relative safety, not letting his patients/fellow squadron members die, etc. His dreams will always include him and his partner having the peaceful content life, but due to both his lifestory and profession this doesn’t seem to be possible for him, at least in a long run.

1. Ik Ik "haha how cringe are you" of me to say, but honestly? Homestuck. Homestuck helped me in a time of need and when i so desperately wanted something to latch onto. Finally, I caved into my friends telling me to read it-- and it's been a blast!! The epilogues / hs^2 make me feel kinda sad though, because so much of what I loved about the original was yeeted through the nine circles of hell and into the trash. I love Y/ffany's (I call her Yippi tho) design, the art is really pretty at times, Harry is a major dork, I LIVE for seeing Vrissy bc honestly?? Her design is 10/10, very early 2000s emo style and I also live for that. Tavros is cute and a nerd and I think that's swell!

But in terms of story and how any of this happens, it makes me sad to see it happen. If Vriska could return as Vrissy, why not OTHER beta trolls? Where's my Eridan fish man, writers?? Give me the boy or perish by my fury.

2. Also super "haha how cringe are you" but,,, murder cats (Warriors), esp the early 2005-2015 amvs and stuff. I remember watching Flightfootwarrior's "I Will Not Bow" Scourge amv for HOurs and having no clue what was happening, but all these edgy kitties were KITTIES! I'm an "OG Fan". I prefer the first arc, The Prophecies Begin, to almost any of the other arcs. I just could never get into the other arcs-- not to say I haven't read them, I HAVE and the Fire Scene was probably one of my favorite moments beside grumpy Jaypaw, god complex Lionblaze, and fear the gods Hollypaw. I thought the build-up for it was SUPER satisfying. Gray Wing is my baby and I fully embellish in the Gray Wing is Silverpelt theory.

This new arc is definitely something new for the universe. While I didn't read aVoS (but I may do that if i can find the files for it), and so I don't know the major events of it other than what I've seen M.A.P.'s (Multi-Animator Projects, for clarification,,, bc unfortunately that term is also something disgusting). There's fucking cat possession and all the Clans questioning their belief system, yo. Shit be on fire.

3. As much as I hate the author,,,,, Harry Potter. It's been a major part of my life for as long as I can remember. 4. Hee hee very evident by my url but Pokemon is another major thing of mine. While vespiquen isn't my favorite (that title goes to Hydreigon), it is definitely up there!

I've ALWAYS enjoyed the idea of Pokemon. You run around, training up these fight monsters and collecting them. I remember playing my sister's Ruby version on her flip-up Gameboy. I couldn't even read but I ran around catching god only knows how many of the same pokemon wherever she was. Apparently, I had fought for hours in the same area and leveled her Blaziken up to lvl 50 something and left her lvl 30s in the dust LMAO.

I got my first game when it was Pearl/Diamond. It was Pearl, and it still holds a very fond place in my heart. I could barely read, I could barely write-- I had named my Turtwig something along the lines of "MmorpHy" and my player boy "ZbsibJ". Yes I remember the names slightly. I really didn't get far-- I barely got to the first gym but I was just so happy to play it.

I eventually lost the game, as a 5 year old would do, but I can still vividly remember what was happening when the game arrived. I had just came back from the dentist and was quite tired from fighting the dentist bc I was super scared. Mom suddenly handed me a box and said it was mine-- my overseas (at that time) dad had bought me Pearl and my sister Diamond, because I lost my shit about it when he visited one time.

Well, tdlr, I played it for about five minutes while struggling to stay awake against the loopy gas they made me take. I fell asleep listening to Twinleaf Town's soundtrack. Every time I play a rom of Pearl and I get to where the player's house fades in and I hear that first tune of the song, I get a huge smile on my face and cry-- as.. Weird as it sounds.

A few years later, I had gotten Pokemon Black bc I liked Reshiram on the cover. Now, this one I could actually READ when playing, but I don't remember a lot of things about it. I probably lost this one too, as a 8/9 year old would do. I DO remember, I chose Snivy and my sister chose Tepig (hrmm there's a theme here of grass/fire goin on......) and vibing to the music. I was so amazed by the sprites moving, I just kept getting into encounters to see the sprites move (oh boy, no one tell younger 7-9 y/o me about Zelda......oh wait....)

Playing Pokemon NOW, as a 17 year old """gifted""" chick, I stil have very fond memories. I recently beat Pokemon Black again and GOD the OTS SLAPS. I fucking adore the soundtrack-- the track that plays when you battle a trainer, the low health dings being turned into a legit song that also slaps, the battle! gym leader themes-- and oh my gOd, the legendary theme is amazing? It really tells you just how glorious these pokemon are supposed to be. It's not intimidating like Groudon/Kyroge/Rayquaza's themes. It's not action packed like Palkia/Dialga's is, it's not filled with tension like Giratina/Arceus's is-- but it radiates the GLORY that the beasts portray. And I live for that. (Also, Kyurem's version is my favorite because it glitches in the beginning and that's rly cool)

P/D/P and BW/BW2's stories, imo, are some of the greatest ones. Yeahhh, US/USUM's is cool and I haven't played XY nor SwSh-- but the ones I can find memorable are PDP and BW/BW2. I love N. I love Barry. They're my sons. Ghetsis is fucking terrifying, Cyrus needs a hug. Giratina scared the piss out of me when I was younger, which was NOT helped by Giratina and The Sky Warrior.

I think my favorite movies are the gen 4 ones. The Rise of Darkrai having a tear-jerking theme for such a mysterious pokemon (i still tear up when i hear Ocarion), Giratina being spiteful is a mood and Shaymin was cute, Arceus being angry is also a mood. Yeah, Pokemon 4Ever made me cry my eyes out over Celebi, Mewtwo Returns made me again cry because Mewtwo accepting who he is, I remember how vastly different the BW movies are-

I just. I have a lot of memories with the series, even if Gamefreak and Nintendo kinda do the series dirty a lot (your top-grossing thing and you made That monstrosity for the Switch? How dare you.). It's comforting to be stressed and pull up my roms for the games and to play them. Mystery Dungeon is incredibly fun to play, Pokemon Ranger is really fun with the concept (Shadows of Almia continues to kick my ass to this very day and FUCK the Jungle Relic, I hate the Water Challenge fucking gyarados bullshit). I remember the pokemon I got for MD (I got Time, my sis got Darkness) was Mudkip, if that is any help.

I love my little fictional pixel monsters.

5. Yup, someone told tiny 7-9 y/o me about console games. The legend of Zelda. My first Zelda game was Twilight Princess on the Wii and BOY did I play the fucking SHIT out of that game.

Honestly, looking back and looking at playthroughs now-- I still love TP. Twilight Princess is still one of my top favorite Zelda games-- yes, even after playing OoT, Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, Skyward Sword, the anniversary four swords edition for the DS where you could play by yourself (Nintendo pls bring that back, I don't have friends to play it with ;-;), Phantom Hourglass- ect.

Something about Twilight Princess grabbed me by the head and yeeted me into the world. I can remember playing it for hours with little to no breaks. I, a tiny 9 y/o, had gotten the hang of the controllers and managed to get past the tutorial quite easily. And then, I was launched into the game and I wasn't stopping for NOTHING. Mom and Dad would have to force me to save and get off to go and eat dinner. THAT sucked.

I had done everything on my own up until the first temple, the forest temple. Not where/when you saved the dumb kid, but when you were saving the spirit's light. Theeeeeeennn I got stuck on the fucking Forest Temple for deadass six months straight. I'd play for hours, running around in circles, unable to figure out where to go, and because I didn't grasp the temple's purpose of being that way- I'd get angry and get off. It wasn't until dad looked up a walkthrough and talked me through what I was supposed to do that I learned how to get through temples.

I had gotten to the last little fight with Ganondorf before the Wii broke and i could no longer play. Despite the Wii being broke and we got rid of it, I was ADAMANT on keeping the game, and I kept that game for YEARS. It was an original copy out of a sealed box, and I eventually lost it when I left it accidentally at my now ex-friend's house.

She had a Wii and I went "hey I have a Wii game!" And I brought my Zelda over. Worst fucking choice of my goddamn life. Mom called me to come home and said I couldn't sleep over like the original plan was, and that was it. My ex-friend stashed my Zelda and I never saw it again. And, even if I wanted to-- I couldn't get it back, which makes me upset. We had a BAD falling out. She likely doesn't even remember it's there, or sold it to the local game junkie kid who buys ALL games.

But I still love the game. Midna was amazing, and I loved how snarky she was and she has a very cute design! The game's OST is fucking phenomenal. Midna's Desperate Hour makes me cry bc goddamn it really sells how serious that situation is. I love Hyrule Field's theme in this game. I love the Twilight Realm's song. Zant was fucking hilariously scary. Ganondorf's design in this game scared the piss out of me when I was younger.

Midna and this game's Link and Zelda are def my favorites. Yeah yeah, Sheik is cool and all I Guess but dhsushwishs Midna holds the special place in my heart. She was totally my gay awakening BUT

For other game antagonists, I adore Ghirahim-- let's go you funky little queer-coded villain. Skull Kid was great, I love the entire dynamic of him. Prankster lost soul stumbles upon Majora's Mask and the mask makes him act out due to powers-- which, I actually took very heavy inspiration from for one of my OCs. The moon falling to Hyrule was a fucking terrifying looming threat.

But the game series holds a place, and I've yet to be able to play BoTW-- although, I'm fairly certain I'll like it. The playthroughs I've watched of it are all fairly decent! I just. Gotta save up enough money to buy it haha.

Dang guess I gotta go watch a Twilight Princess playthrough again.

Some Reinhardt Posting

Reinhardt has quite a.... unique place in Ciela’s place and story, and I’ve kinda been making some stuff about him with Ciela, especially following the resplendent art I made of him recently.

Reinhardt is basically the first five stars that Ciela got (either him or Brave Ike, who was my first free unit since I started due to CYL I think), and this made him hold quite an important spot in Ciela’s place. Initially I thought of him being like the nice guardian/older brother kinda thing since canonly in Ciela’s Askr-verse, him with Performing Arts Azura (who happens to be my first seasonal unit) were Ciela’s sorta... guardian, older siblings, retainer thing. She sort of projects her thoughts about her elder siblings (who were the only nice people she remembered from her world) into them and that’s how their relationship has been thus far. 

With Reinhardt though, he’s actually falling into the side quite a bit, esp after I stopped playing FEH for quite some time after the first anniversary (I think I stopped right after the TT with Sigurd, Quan, and Ares). Returning to it when CYL2 drops and I got Veronica and many other newer units such as Laegjarn or Legendary Robin, Reinhardt is really untouched for many times, until recently (or like late last year) I started giving him more attention and made him a +10 unit. He happened to be the first unit I +10-ed too. 

Once I get the right build and team for him, he really is becoming as powerful as how he works in the meta. The introduction of resplendent heroes and how he gets to have that form in the story also sort of furthers his use in my team.  So I just thought how this narratively would work in Ciela’s story, and so... Yandere Reinhardt sorta born that way =))

Some analysis done by some pals in the FEH summoner discord server talked about him being so.... reliant on being dependable. He has a noble disposition and great persona liked and hated by people at the same time, and seemed to relish on being someone dependable. He was sort of shafted when Ciela met Brave Veronica, but with him getting back into play, let’s say that he’s just very glad he could get Ciela’s attention back too, eventhough she’s been having him as her “brother” all this time, but I guess it may never be enough for him. 

That’s why he started to plot to take over Ciela’s attention and trust back along with his rising power. 

Also, someone gave me this meme then saying, “This is Reinhardt, but Myrrh is Veronica”.

And I guess like, that’s not wrong!! That’s probably one of his attempt into coaxing Ciela’s trust back since quite a funny thing happened recently. 

So I saved a lot of orbs (over 100 ish) in order to save for spring banner. Then FEH Anniversary happened and they announced CYL banner reruns. Having Brave Veronica only at +3, I decided to use the orbs there so I can at least have several more merges of her. So it happens that I got her on my 3rd round of pulling after 2 full rounds to build up pity rate. I just had good feelings that I can get more of her, and I still have quite a number of orbs left. 

And well, you can say that what happens after that is just, not great. Overall when the banner ended, I got two Brave Hector (he’s great though), and then got pitybroken twice by Jaffar and Elise. But before that, in my desperate attempt to grab orbs, I decided to grind some multichallenge maps that I didn’t do (mostly so they become my back up orbs reserve) with newly built Reinhardt. I got quite a lot of them and pulled a lot but still no Veronica in sight. 

Someone then pointed, that Reinhardt just prevented Veronica to come home. And it just, clicks so well. He literally cursed the orbs we got so Veronica stopped growing stronger and becoming more threat to him to win Ciela’s affection.

So the whole thing revolves around that basically. Reinhardt being smitten with Ciela and trying to coax her out of her fascination with Veronica. She’s so hard to get, why she’d bother? He’s powerful and can do a lot of things for Ciela. 

Of course, Veronica won’t take this slander. She catches his ploy right off the bat (this is actually a sequel to the resplendent Reinhardt comic I posted above)

Veronica would probably show her overprotectiveness (or even goes yandere herself??) to prevent Reinhardt swiping Ciela from her. Her PDA probably grows stronger than before and she just glares over him so many times.

Recently with how I use the units in my barrack again, and ended up S-Supporting Thrasir (since meta wise she’s one of the units I used the most recently) I thought how such change would reflect in the story. So I guess maybe Veronica and Reinhardt’s tension has gotten quite... unbearable to Ciela so she just ran away and hide behind Thrasir.

Thrasir just called these two people stupid. She probably made them wear the getalong shirt and hold hand together the whole time until they stopped snarking each other. Will they ever stop? We don’t know yet =))

Anyway.

In reality I think nothing would probably ever turn Ciela from loving Brave Veronica since (1) Ciela is a full blown lesbian and (2) I don’t think Ciela’s Reinhardt would ever go that hardcore to get her attention, but according to a friend, sometimes “you just want to indulge in stinky behavior” and it’s ok so... I guess that’s Reinhardt posting for now XD

I started this game because I saw Belial being posted 84 times on my twitter and I’m thinking, who is this man and why is he on my dash so many times. Turns out he’s from gbf. like okay seems interesting. turns out it a mobile game. well, buddy lemme level with you I don't have any more phone storage so ripp but oh shit wait I can play this mobile game on my browser??? I've been trying to get FGO on my computer for 84 years (I haven't actually I'm too lazy) okay now I am very very intrigued because playing a mobile game on my browser is apparently a big deal to me

I just wanted to peek into the lore then fucking tripped on my ass and fell into the rabbit hole that is lucilius and sandalphon because ummmm sandy is my bread and butter and I hate the fact I didn't get his summer version. literally, I started Feb 25 this year just I was right before the 6th anniversary and the GOD DAMN FUCKING SCRATCHER BULLSHIT but my gacha luck is fucking god tier in that game but my e rank luck sucks all the life out of it so I have a pretty stacked team (let’s ignore the fact that I could have gotten grimnir 2 times on the scratcher but nope more fucking soul berries yay...though I shouldn’t be complaining too much because it gave me cain, Lucio, monika, and someone else?? I don’t remember) but did sandy wanna come home? no of course not

though I did get percival summer and halluel and malluel and they can do 2M dmg if the boss your facing is at max health with one ability/skill. Basically, I’ve got a pretty stacked team for all elements but weapons are awful because I may be Lvl 100+ but I'm on chapter fucking 9 because I accidentally made an oops and got the 1hr Exp boost and did slime search with my nuke team over and over again. Also I was super sad I couldn’t get Heles summer event character either cause she’s a god tier okie dokie in my heart. I also love Zeta and Beatrix like fuck dude. I have both of them and their white day scenes are so cute, esp Bea. Side note, I would smash Esser/Tien so hard into the ground because holy fuck my heart cannot take this abuse?? She’s also such a sweetheart and I basically love everyone in this game 

But yeah, seox, I love him and I am so upset that when I started, it was during the unite and fight event and I could have gotten his revenant weapon and nope I fucking went for niyon and seite and I didn’t realize that when I fully upgrade the weapons I get the eternal and even then. i literally fucking switched draw boxes because I didn't understand how uncapping worked so I have a 2 star siete weapon sword thing and a 2 star harp and I wanna kms basically because I could have gone for the six ruin fist to get seox or the fucking dagger because oh my god I love quatre/feower??? I played the seeds of redemption and thought he was low-key kind of a prick but NO I UNDERSTAND NOW HE IS A PRECIOUS CHILD AND I WILL ALSO LAY MY LIFE FOR HIM. Dude is so pretty its unfair and my fugly ass. i looked like the joker from the Animated batman cartoons (you fucking know the one) But its okay, at least I went for two wind eternals and I like pretty much everyone except funf. Precious child and everything but I hate her voice. Also vryn, like best lizard but a fucking gremlin that I wish I could mute

this entire game is basically me understanding that I really like sweetheart tsunderes and self-empowered girls and that I really enjoy guys that are all gay to some fucking dumbass bastard, hate life, and angsty 24/7 and full of anger but that's okay because I am stuck in reality and self aware

Also can i just go on an entire different subject and talk about lancelot because FGO did him wronggggggg. I love him. So much. Like holy shit dude im so happy him and Percy got into gbf versus 

Also when I was doing lucio’s fate episode I love him but god damn i wanted to skip that fate episode. homeboy comes out with a fucking spotlight on him and starts spitting bullshit like he's god damn Shakespeare 

Also, I really like Sandalphon with Lyria and Drang with Strum platonically cause its some major wholesome shit. The new event for Drang and Strum is some pure stuff and I’m speedrunning the event so I can get all the materials and etc but holy shit do people kill the event raids so fast??? i still have ptsd trying to solo nehan tho granted drang and strum aren’t that hard to beat. Also playable nehan when??? Mugen is great and all and I have him but if it was nehan instead that means I could have gotten nehan AND I WANT THAT TRADE. Mugen goes super saiyan and he’s an absolute unit so it’s alright but i love nehan and fuck dude give me seeds of redemption part 2 please

In conclusion, my love for seox has turned violent but I will be the first to say that when he get’s his mask taken from siero it is not okie dokie for my heart when he acts surprised
