The Sanctum ensures that there is no poverty on Cocoon. This really only makes sense given how Cocoon is meant to keep its human populace comfortable and complacent. It also explains how Lightning was able to raise her kid sister starting at the age of 15.

Do you mind if I ask about what happened after battlefield of pacifists?
I'm fairly sure I have it in storage but I don't remember it being complete. I think I was under the impression it was a side story they never finished. Did they pick it up in the beginning of FT? I remember my book stopping right after quatre lays out the plan to bluff the kidnapper/terrorists.
I don't mind at all! ^^
It sounds like you have Volume one of BoP before they were compiled into a single volume?
Battlefield of Pacifists ends just before the events of Endless Waltz with the boys (sans Wufei) deciding the new era has no need for Gundams and Wufei deciding his fight is not over.
Ground Zero, Battlefield of Pacifists and Blind Target are all midquels taking place in between the events of the anime and the events of Endless Waltz.
So for a quick timeline it goes:
0: Episode Zero (sans Preventor Epilogue)
1: Anime (sans epilogue) - War ends December AC195
2: Ground Zero - GZ epilogue takes place the day before the animes epilogue
3: Anime Epilogue - April AC196
4: Battlefield of Pacifists
5: Blind Target - ends with Wufei meeting up with Mariamaia and Dekim Barton
6: Endless Waltz
7: Episode Zero Preventor 5 epilogue and Frozen Teardrop Preventor 5 chapters
8: Frozen Teardrop
Frozen Teardrop continues with the Perfect Peace People from BoP (or at least a very similar terrorist group) being antagonists to Relena's idea of peace as well as the talks of humanity advancing further beyond the Earth sphere to other planets. So while not a direct sequel to BoP it is a sequel to the series as a whole.

Why do you think they put Savannah Claw Rook up to pull??? Is he even going to participate in Book 7???? I am so confused WHY HIM??? WHY NOT IDK, CREWEL? VARGAS? MAYBE TREIN?? WHY HIM.
I’m SO CONFUSED. Is it just for money grabbing or something like that? It doesn’t make any sense.
Also how prepared you are for the probably last update of Book 7?
I mean...it said he's a story card, and all the other story cards have had major roles, so I see no reason to assume he won't as well! (plus any staff cards are probably all going to be events like Crowley was; I would honestly be MORE surprised to see them as story cards.) really though I'm having fun trying to figure out how he's going to tie into things! we're back at Cerberus Ortho levels of "WHAT DOES IT MEEEAAAAN" and it's great. :D
I assume we're going to be doing some more dream-hopping, but I think it would be hilarious if it turned out to be someone else's dream instead of Rook's. who else could possibly be dreaming about him pre-fancification.

(I'm also half afraid that this really is the last part, and half afraid that it isn't. I'm -- I'm not going to believe anything until we get the diadorm rerun pickups, and maybe not even then)

" 'In my experience,' he said, 'the trouble of oaths of the form death before dishonor, is that eventually, given enough time and abrasion, they separate the world into just two sorts of people: the dead, and the forsworn. It's a survivor's problem, this one.' " - A Civil Campaign, Lois McMaster Bujold

it will never not be bizarre to me that kat.aangers use the fortuneteller episode as foreshadowing for ka when literally every possible interpretation of this episode is anti kat.aang.
if aunt wu's prophecies are unquestionably true, then kat.aang is DOA right off the bat because she explicitly says she doesn't see romance in aang's future. yet kat.aangers love to uphold the “powerful bender” prophecy as foreshadowing for kat.aang so… which is it? are aunt wu’s prophecies only eternally binding for katara but conveniently untrue when it comes to aang? because if katara marrying a powerful bender is unchangeable, then so is aang not being able to find love, so that’s strike no. 1 for ka foreshadowing.
now on the other hand, if we take aunt wu's prophecies as false, then our boy aang is free to do all the lovin’ he wants… but following the same logic, so is katara. and since her prophecy is the catalyst for her seeing him as a potential romantic partner at all, that’s strike no. 2 for foreshadowing.
finally, we come to the last interpretation and the episode's actual message: that destiny is real, but not immutable. throughout the episode, it’s clear that aunt wu's prophecies do come true, though not in the way that their subject(s) might expect. the future isn’t created through passive acceptance, but active agency. everyone has the power to shape their own destiny, and make their own choices.
this is the complete opposite of katara beginning to view aang in a romantic light solely because sokka makes an entirely on-the-nose comment about him being a powerful bender. because had katara not heard her prophecy, that would have meant nothing to her! how is this meant to be the spark that fuels the kat.aang relationship when it's entirely based on katara holding herself to a prophesized future instead of writing her own story, and hence antithetical to the fundamental theme of the episode?
which is also why so many people interpret this episode to be lampshading zutara, because the only way that all of these contradictory interpretations — aang isn’t meant to find love, katara is meant to marry a powerful bender, but both of them still have the power to shape their own paths — make sense is if the final scene was an intentional red herring… but that’s a discussion for another time.

Lmao, it's Quatre's shipper on deck guess of what Heero would say in that situation but still so accurate to how dramatic he can be 😂.
To be fair, after the Preventor 5 mission fails in FT Heero does in fact last two (2) days without Relena before freezing himself. So Quatre's guess was kind of right (his space heart never fails lol).
The terrorists immediately bailing never fails to amuse me either. Literally everyone in the Earth Sphere knows not to mess with Heero when it concerns Relena, (Vice-Foreign Minister Darlian's relationship with Heero Yuy is also the ESUN's worst kept secret 😂).

"It wasn't your fault, and even if it was, you're not getting left behind. Period."
I love Percy being Grover's biggest champion. He consistently fights against Grover's internalised guilt, and constantly shows him that just because you make mistakes doesn't mean you don't have worth. Imperfection when you're trying your best doesn't make you any less worthy of love or friendship or loyalty. Percy shows Grover that at every opportunity. He won't hear or discuss leaving Grover behind because of something that wasn't his fault, but Percy also reassures him that even if he was at fault, that wouldn't change a thing. He's allowed to mess up and still be loved.
