a/n: i got this plot as a request and i love it ahhh i linked the request below!!! hope u guys enjoy i lowkey luv writing logan fanfic especially when max loses something 😆

request!!!: max is getting too cocky and dangerous on the track and he knows you disagree with his antics which causes tension between you, he continues his dangerous streak even though he’s just had the pit lane rules changed for abu dhabi and ends up crashing into logan during fp2, you’ve had enough of max putting himself and others in danger whilst he’s on an ego trip and rush to check on logan after he’s been taken safely from his car and end up going to the hospital with him (you’re childhood friends because he did karting and f3 with your brother), you leave max that night and end up spending more time with logan as he recovers, the summer is spent exploring your new relationship and you go public when you’re spotted in his paddock in 2024, max is humiliated beaten by the worst driver on the grid in his opinion, he’s finally humbled, you could also maybe have logan doing better as he’s had an opportunity to be involved with the cars development, and he even gets a couple podiums in his sophomore year :)

misfortune knows exactly how to inflict the most amount of misery in someone.

heres the thing. if it just kept beating its host while theyre down, the host would eventually grow a tolerance to the pain and simply become numb. that means that it cant get any more misery out of its host and it would have to find another one.

So! it allows the host some joy. In cappuccinos case, it primarily involves his vacations :]c before she actually knows what causes all of the bad things in his life she just knew that Everything was always bad and miserable unless she was relaxing. while she was working, things would constantly injure her, nothing would stay organized, and bad things just kept happening one after another, but on vacation everything seemed to be just fine!! Great even! shes just able to surf or relax or nap and just ENJOY things instead of being hit by falling lights and bookshelves. even though every car shes ever been in has crashed hes always been safe on planes. of course its not all sunshine and rainbows because she can hardly even enjoy the break when he cant stop thinking about how AWFUL its going to be to go back to work

BUT!! the point is that her days off are like the ONLY times that he finds peace. Which is partially why hes so eager to catch another break!!! misfortune lets her have these lovely days but also uses it as an opportunity to make bad things happen during/right before her breaks so that theyre cancelled or cut short and shes filled with disappointment<3

this is also why it let langue into cappuccinos life ! of course it could EASILY just kill them but cappuccino was already getting a little too miserable and was far too adjusted to all of the bad luck in his life already so langue was the perfect solution to that problem. And also created misery all on their own like the longing cappuccino feels before they actually get together. And now that cappuccino has langue in her life and theyre someone who makes her so happy misfortune is able to cause harm to them/mess with cappuccino's plans of meeting them and just cause more distress :]c

of course that plan backfired when langue managed to weaken it and make cappuccino's life decent enough to the point it was forced to leave OOPS!!!!

but yeah ,,, i dont know i just love messing with this thang. too much misfortune is bad because then the host will adapt so it has to be a little lenient so the person doesnt feel completely and utterly hopeless >:] and in the event that the host does become useless to it then it simply posesses them to commit crimes and just cause misery to other people than the host before exiting the body and leaving it to bleed out and die

this person also posts shouta art not done by them, a lot are suggestive(shirtless, wet swimsuits etc)

he also lumps agere(swf coping mechanism) and petplay(kink/fetish) together which is gross to me, they also have tags to indicate their mental age this paired with the "open to swf and nsfw interations" makes it seem as though they sexualize their regression which is concerning. Chrono adult also means(from what i can tell) they're a Chronophile which is a softer term for pedophile.

not to mention the transkid/transage thing which ill get into with this next person:

i think most ppl can agree that trans ageism isnt a thing, its totally valid to feel stuck at a certain age due to trauma(i know i and a lot of our system members do) but approprating the struggles of transgender ppl will never be okay for any reason, similar point with the transabled thing. I am physically dissabled and find it very disrespectful when a able bodied person appropriates the struggles i face both in my own body and societily. so like. first of all what the fuck. i was fucking slackjawed from the last 30 minutes of the movie starting to getting home and sitting down. absolutely MASTERFUL movie in every way imaginable. i dont have the words in my head rn but its just. -i really really do love the curtains are blue style gwen trans allegory good fucking god. WHAT THE FUCK shes so good. by no means the main character (i was actually kind of worried when thebmovie started like i do love her im glad she got some shit but ibwas like...is this gonna be from her pov the whole time when miles is here...it wasnt!) but i adored her in this shes so ficking full of issues

-HOBIE. HOBIE MY FRIEND HOBIE. i really enjoy his presence in the movie- when hes mentioned once or twice before appearing i thought hed have a rivalry with miles but that was absolutely not the case. in retrospect its really funny that miguel grabbed him for his fucked up spiderverse shit giving that his entire MO is anarchism but if he were not there miles would absolutely be hurt or worse. im INCREDIBLY excited to see what they do with him in the next movie- especially because i can kind of see him as a parallel to aaron in a way? such free spirits ...artistic .... also i dont have as much to say about him but god pativr is so good i love him. i LOVE HIM

-peni was my favorite character in the first movie when i was younger but i had since grown like...worried about her showing up in future movies because of her stereotypical portrayal. its probably too early to give a clear for now nor is it my place to comment on the actual content of that BUT for what its worth she seemed much more faithful to the comics' tone in this movie- it seems that the implication was that peni experienced her comic run in between movies? her mech and outfit are far different. she was fucking HAGGARD when she first showed up. ham and noir coming back in the next movie will be nice but i do hope that they replace hams voice actor.

-miguel is so fucjing fascinating. people either seem to desire him carnally or hope he dies and im definitrly not in the former and im like.....nnnot entirely in the latter. intetesting character excited to see where he goes! what the FUCK was his problem though. you are a GROWN MAN trying to tear a 15 year old asunder because hes like hey i dojt want to stand idly by and watch my dad perish dude. he sucks and is horrible and i want to study him. jessica also really but she seems less fucked up and more like...willing ti take care of her responsibilites despite the emotional toll. excited to see if they clash more in part 2

-i dont even have the words to describe the animation but everyrhing is so beautiful. a few characters have sketch guidelines on them despite being 3d! the first fight scene of the movie contains a chararacter from a fucking da vinky world and hes in sepiatone and its fucking GORGOEUS.

-miles. ohhhhhh milesmilesmilesmiles saving the best for last. what do i even say man the progression of his arc, the way the smallest action of his from the first movie set off a massive chain of events, the turmoil he goes through and comes out stronger. his PARENTS. HIS RELATIONSHIP TO THEM HIS WORRY FOR THEM. i nearly screamed when he went in the wrong universe and aaron was there, AND HIS DAD WAS DEAD, THE THING HE WAS TRYING TO PREVENT. AND THEN ALTERNATE MILES BEING THE PROWLER. IS THE IMPLCIATION THAT EARTH 42 MILES WOULDVE BEEN THAT UNIVERSES SPIDERMAN BUT BECAISE THE SPIDER LEFT HE BECAME THE FUCKING PROWLER???? A mistake, thats all he made. One moment he reacted a bit too slow.

"But nobody was hurt..." homelander thought " then why are they hating me so much...?"

In the corporate world you cant make mistakes... is what they told him.

All the news were the same. Hate upon hate and hate directed towards him.

The reporters Didnt even hesitate to light a Fire under his ass. He was devastated.

Its late at night now, the hate has not died down even a little bit.

John tried to hold back tears as he got ready to head out, putting a jacket over himself and covering his face with the hood of it.

Coming out of the back entrance of his appartment complex he made his way towards Jericos house. His safe heaven from the shitstorm that was raining on him.

The last tumbler slotted into place with a "click" sound as he entered the appartment. Even though its been years she still let him have her keys. He chuckled sadly at the thought.

Suddenly a bolt of energy misses him by a milimiter, he was so scared that the hood Fell back to its original place.

--La puta madre!-- John heard jerico exclaim-- John you absolute fucking idiot! Dont scare me like that!

--I- im sorry-- he stuttered closing the door behind him and locking it-- I forgot to text ...

Jeri sighed biting back a sassy comment, she had seen everything that happened, she didnt want him to feel worse-- c'mon dinner's ready

He nodded, relieved that she didnt ask why he was there, he figured that she already knew, but he appreciated she didnt ask about it, he didnt feel like talking.

He set the table without anyone asking him to do it, the air of her home was tranquil, warm and soft.

--Did your favorite-- She commented serving a Plate of his favorite meal.

--I...thank you, you just know how to cheer a guy up huh?-- he joked, the sadness brushing off of him a little.

--Well I know how to make my best friend happy-- she joked back.

John stopped dead in his tracks. "Best friend" she still considered him her best friend. He choked back a sob as he kept eating.

--Youre too kind to me-- he finally said, his voice strained.

--John...-- she trailes off softly, grabbing his hand-- I....still care about you, even with all the years and things that happened...

--Why arent you hating me like the rest?-- he asked mildly angry. Not at her.

--'cause I accept something the others dont...and something that you dont accept either...-- jerico sighed-- Youre still human, John..., Wether you like it or not, for better or worse, youre still human

--Im invencible, I can fly and shoot lasers out of my eyes -- He sassed-- what part of that seems human?

--Well I dont see you walkin' around with a third eye or an extra limb Now, do I?-- Jeri said back with a cheeky smile-- youre right, you have powers but that makes you super human. But human nonetheless...

--I hate that youre right...-- homelander muttered.

--Look, John, just hear me out... ive known you since we were kids, just two rascals painting dumb graffties on the principales car and eating pizza like the world was going to end..., a mistake wont change my perception of you, John, Ive known you before you became homelander, and Wether you like it or not i can see through you..., I know theres something more. Just...tell me please...dont do this to yourself because I cant stand seeing you like this. --She made a pause-- I still care about you... I do every day, when youre John Vogelbaum, the wild patriotic kid that defended the other kids at school or homelander the patriotic superhero..., 'cause truth is...I still love you, every part of you, even those you cant stand to see...

Homelander has tears Rolling down his cheeks, hes silent, only some sobbing is heard from him-- Why do you have to be so fucking sweet, he grabs his hand and makes her walk towards him, hes still seated as he buries his head on her chest, letting her hands caress his hair-- after all these years. The things ive done, you still let me Keep the keys to your house, you let me stay at your appartment and make dinner for me like we are a couple..., what have I done to deserve you...?!-- he shouted against her skin.

--Just...being yourself John, your true self-- she muttered back, sniffing.

--Can we still make up?-- he asked absolutely broken.

--We can, we absolutely can John-- she smiled-- I wont ask anything of you...

--I know but I want to show you that im being serious...so-- he looked up with the most determined look she has ever seen him with.-- im going to pack my shit and come to live with you, im going to quit vought and--

--John! John! Baby slow down!-- jeri said grabbing him by the shoulder-- are you being serious?

He nodded looking up at her-- Deadly

--Are you sure?-- she asked again

--I am, dont worry-- he cupped her cheeks.

--yknow me...thats my job..-- she said back with teary eyes.

--I know...but if I cant even make a mistake that wasnt that serious in the first place without getting a shitstorm thrown my way... then fuck them-- Homelander stated-- fuck them, youre the only one in my life that has loved me for who I am...and its taken me this long to realize that..and im sorry... but I want to make things right by you, I... I love you

Jerico started crying with the biggest smile he has ever seen her with, in his joy he doesnt think it twice before kissing her and pulling her into his lap, both laughing in the kiss.

The Next day he packed up his things and moved with her, selling what he didnt need anymore.

--Im just glad youre here-- John said after resigning his job at Vought.

--im always going to be here for you -- jeri said with a smile.

--I know...-- he squeezed her hand and pressed his forehead against hers-- I know...

After that day Homelanders life was happier, the happiest it has ever been for a while.

There he was now, dancing awkwardly at south american songs with his beloved best friend now girlfriend, both laughing while the kept an eye on the oven.

--I think its safe to say that im not homelander anymore-- John stated-- I am John Vogelbaum, nice to meet you miss?

--Jerico Castro-- jeri said shaking his hand with a smile.

He pulled her in for a hug, smiling as she tried to hug back, her arms barely hooking around his back.

This was the life he deserved. This was the life that he wanted. And she was the woman he wanted most in his life.

Why do you hate the terms exclusionist and inclusionist?

Many reasons:

1) It sems this idea that exclusionist and inclusionist are Very Important Worldviews, like conservatives v liberals, facist v anti facist. It is one opinion on a very niche topic. Even if you broaden it to correlated attitudes towards gender and sexuality such as whether you should just pick labels or do they have concrete meaning, it still is a drop in the ocean when thought about relative to the depths of politics and social issues. People will be making a perfectly good point about something unrelated and you'll see "OP is an exclusionists dont rb" as though it matters, as though their position on this one issue is fundamental to whether we can listen to their opinions.

2) Its all very "pick a side and defend it". I mentioned on here a few days ago about how I dont really know why inclusionists are so convinced it is a good thing for the two communities to be considered as one. No one ever actually seems to talk about this because they're so engrossed in defending their pre chosen position, they dont really stop and evaluate it either. I also think this is why so many people defend really weird stuff like demiromantics being lgbt, because it came from "their side" so not agreeing is "conceeding with the other side".

3) There is a huge amount of unnecessary, and frankly harmful hostility between these two crowds - coming from, imo, this idea that they are two camps, no overlap no nuance. This is a problem because, as above, it just leaves no room for contemplating your own opinions or thinking properly about what the other person said because that is "losing", also some of the topics discussed are actually quite sensitive and really need to not have this hostility.

The example that jumps to mind is the "Can/should asexuals have sex?" - not inclu v exclu by definition but highly correlated. If you're discussing the intrecacies of sexual consent and how it affects people you need to be compassionate and empathetic to the person you are talking to. I see far too often asexual people saying they have sex so clearly they can have sex, exclusionists then start shouting that that is rape, they are promoting rape rhetoric... And like do you realise what you are saying? You are talking to someone who you apparently believe has had sexual trauma, telling them that they have sexual trauma but not out of concern and certainly not with any gentle touch but you're actively angry with them and telling them they've been raped to win the argument. Lesbians also just get tossed around like pawns in this argument "Are you saying its okay for men to have sex with lesbians? So lesbians should get raped" countered with "Are you saying if a lesbian ever sleeps with a man she should be thrown out of lesbianism? Gold star terf much..." which basically is saying yes lesbians can want sex with men, but wording it in a way that is an impossible to respond to strawman, its honestly all just fundamentally BS and nasty and that kind of nastiness has no place in a discussion around these kinds of topics.

4) People view these like communities where everyone is connected with each other, I frequently get comments like "take that up with your own side bc they say this thing!" and I'm just like who on earth is 'my side'?? I see things from people like "if they arent bigots why havent exclus/inclus deplatformed x blog" and these are typically people who would consider me one of the opposing side and again I'm like who is this? How am I supposed to deplatform them? I say something like I dont wanna be called the queer community and people get the impression that I'm in some kind of exclusionist hit squad. I'm really not.

   Another dream, another day...Another weird feeling for her.

    There was never any sun to shine in and wake up the members of Organization XIII, so Xion had to rely on her body to cooperate every morning. Today seemed like it was slightly more difficult to wake up. The blankets - as thin as they were - seemed so comfortable and welcoming ,and she buried herself into it even more.  Didn't look like her body was doing the whole "cooperation" thing, after all, and was in fact rebelling. After all, why leave the warmth of the blankets? There was no reason to expose herself to the cold air of the World that Never Was.

    Still, she couldn't sleep more either - not when Saix was waiting to assign her today's mission. On that note, she wondered where she'd go today...It wasn't exactly her choice, but if she had to choose - a nice, warm, tropical world would be nice....Maybe the Destiny Islands, to collect more seashells for Roxas...Though speaking of; with Roxas out of commission, she'd likely need to go somewhere he would've....Do it for Roxas, she told herself...

    Blinking her sleepy eyes, she gave a soft groan and sat up. There was no point dawdling, although she shivered at the chilly air as she went about her morning routine.

    That dream, though...Something  about it bothered her, and yet felt eerily familiar...or maybe it was comfortable familiarity? She really couldn't tell anymore. They sorta blurred, yet stuck with her all the same...Ah, well. She changed into a clean cloak, expecting the Dusks to clean the other as always, and washed her face. Blinking away the water and then drying with a wash cloth, Xion looked into the mirror.

    I'm the same as ever, she thought with a light, somewhat apprehensive chuckle. Well, she'd hurry to the Grey Room now.

    There, she found Xigbar and Saix - everyone else must have started their missions for the day. "There you are," hummed Saix in a rather uninterested tone, "You'll continue investigating with Xigbar today."

    Xion was a little surprised, but she couldn't reply before her assigned partner called to her. "Let's get going, eh, Poppet?" Sounded like he'd been waiting for her...She wondered if he was always this ready for missions - she hadn't been on one with anyone but Roxas so far, so...Maybe this was normal. What wasn't normal to Xion was the fact he was paired up with her at all, when she had been doing solo missions recently while Roxas was down and out.

    Speaking of...

    "Um...How is Roxas?" She asked softly, finally getting the courage to ask.

    Saix didn't even look at her as he coldly stated, "Still asleep. He may never wake." Her spirits dropped, unsure how to reply to something like that. Much to her confusion, Xigbar gave a small laugh. She looked at him, and noticed a light smirk on his face.

    "Haven't you been checking in on him everyday? That's real sweet of you, Poppet." She was startled at this comment, but was even more startled at Saix's additional response that followed.

    "You may as well keep visiting him," Saix murmured, "There's still a chance he might awaken." Was he feeling okay? He never spoke even remotely approvingly to her...Still, he continued to prompt her. "Now, get to work." She was suspicious, admittedly, but she didn't dare inquire.

    "All right..." Xion spoke slowly, but would look to Xigbar as he opened a Dark Corridor.  He grinned at her, then the two departed...

    ...But Xion's eyes widened on the other side of the dark passage, as she was met with a much brighter environment - and one she knew quite well by now. The blue sea and tall palm trees...The horizon and warm sand on her boots...

    "The..." She began, but Xigbar finished for her.

    "The Destiny Islands. You've been visiting here quite a bit, Poppet." He gave a low laugh - although started laughing a bit harder at her bewildered expression. "Luckily for you, Xemnas wants us to check the place out..."

    "He did...? Um...Why?"

     "You think I know what his intentions are? As if." Xigbar waved his hand, his fang-like teeth bared in a grin. Xion had a feeling he did know, actually, but didn't press it for now. Still...Something felt strange to her. Noticing she wasn't getting any less baffled by his words, he snorted. "Look. You go collect shells. I can handle the investigation alone."

    Her eyes widened. "...Huh? B-but...Xigbar..." Was he seriously suggesting she bail on the mission to collect shells for Roxas? Was he allowed to do that in the first place? "Um...Wouldn't you get in trouble?"

    "As if! I'm the Organization's number II - Plus, you think they're gonna can me over working overtime? It's better business, anyway. Totally in your favor, too, right? C'mon, Poppet..."

    "...." Xion frowned. "....Xigbar, is there a reason you're acting like this?"

   Xigbar waved her off again. Seems like he used his hands to talk quite a bit. "Man, you Keyblade wielders always worry about the smallest things. Just trust me. Not like I've given you reason not to, right? Hardly."

  There was silence for a moment, and then Xion took a deep breath...and smiled a little. "Okay...Um...Thank you."

  "Sure, Poppet. Just be a good kid and keep out of trouble while you're all by your lonesome, huh?" He teased, beginning to walk past her towards the rest of the island - but he blinked and stopped as Xion gently grabbed his sleeve. "What's up?"

   "...Thank you for b-being kind to me." And with that, not waiting for a response, she released him and walked towards the shore. There, she would pick up a shell, and after some time softly remark there was no one else at the beach today. She didn't see Xigbar again until it was time to go back.

a thing that a lot of people dont really get about suicidal thoughts is that... as for me at least... they don’t just come out of nowhere, shake you, and then disappear as the crisis stops?? they’re always there. in a dark corner of my brain waiting for a second of silence so they can burst out yelling and screaming at me the worst things. idk how to explain this... it’s just... so tiring???

So i bite my tongue on a lot of shit but im fuming rn and i just really have to get this off my chest.

first of all, thank you guys for everything. im so glad that you guys are for the most part enjoying benefactor and i really appreciate the sweet messages and comments.

THIS is not okay in the least bit.

I have literally never had a worse like/rb ratio, on ANY of my imagines. EVER. And in a way I get it. It’s a long ass fic and it takes a long time to read and you might not have any comments initially about it, but I would still appreciate a reblog. You could leave a comment later i don’t care. But that’s not okay.

My shortest, shittiest fics have way better L/RB ratios than that, and it doesn’t make any fucking sense. I spent 4/5 months on that fic and it’s over 30k words, so surely you can see why I’m so pissed.

Especially when this fic was so highly demanded and requested. That’s really fucking funny to me. For the past few months ive been being harassed with asks about this fic and I’ll be the first one to say that I don’t typically mind those kinds of messages. I know the typical “Whens the next update!” and “When are you posting blabla” messages are highly hated by every writer in the world, but not me. 

The only reason I don’t really mind them is because I at least expect you guys to appreciate it once it comes out. And that’s not what happened at all this time. 

I really feel like boo boo the fool right now; like i wasted all this time writing this fic and it was for nothing because ya’ll aren’t engaging the way I wanted you to. 

I told my friend earlier that I literally never want to write another long fic like that again because the result was so underwhelming and really left me feeling like shit. That was when I was extremely hysterical and bawling my eyes out and even though I’m alright for the most part right now, I still feel the same.

I had so many ideas for long fics. So many- The vigilante!Shawn fic, the interactive choice-based fic, and more. I’ve pretty much thrown them out the window at this point because of this. I’m sooo tired of this shit.

You can call me dramatic all you want, I really don’t care. I’ve been feeling unimportant and unappreciated for a while now and this was just the icing on the cake. And before anyone opens their bigass throat, I know it’s not all about the notes. I wouldn’t be this angry if that rb ratio was higher- I wouldn’t have given a single fuck.

Hey hey hey sooo I’ve been thinking of writing this for a while but I’m a big fat pussy so even though we’re mutuals I’m doing it on anon (((: A few days ago I was trying to sleep and I suddenly thought about how writers aren’t appreciated enough. Honestly, it makes me sad how writing isn’t viewed the same way other forms of art are. Don’t get me wrong, a drawing can be really cool and make you experience another side of someone’s imagination in a physical way, and that’s awesome, but (1/?)

reading such beautiful and fluent writing like yours is truly mind-blowing. I mean, I can start off reading something of yours and before I know it I’m lost in the midst of fighting some huge battle, or I’m feeling emotions that are not mine but instead belong to a character that doesn’t actually exist. The purpose behind creating powerful and meaningful art is to not only express emotions that belong to yourself or to a character you feel deeply for, but to instill those same feelings in (2/?)

an audience. And wow… do you really set the bar high when I read your work. Writing is some hard shit, I do it every now and then for fun, but it never quite flows the way I want it to and hey, that’s fine with me. I write for myself, I create art for myself, and all of this is done on a whim. You, however… I’m not quite sure I could put what you do into words. (Okay, I just realized this is starting to sound really creepy… please forgive me lmao). I am no stranger to reading, I’ve done it (3/?)

all my life, and even though it’s tapered off over the past few years, but It’s safe to say you are one of the very very few writers that has me caught in a tractor beam of an overwhelming desire to read more. and regarding ur first couple of comments i agree re: writing and art.... i feel like art is very easy to consume in a way that writing isnt? i mean it obviously depends on the subject but at the heart of it, in a fandom sphere, u can Look at a piece of art, maybe think abt it for a bit, rb it, and thats it. for writing u have to invest urself in the plot and the characters and there are so many pitfalls as a writer that can easily make a reader go off ur work (eg bad grammar, mischaracterisation), and with writing as well u do have to create a whole plot and take all these things into consideration whereas with one single art piece that’s not entirely necessary. so it’s never that i dont see writing as a valid form of art, it’s just the difference in validation/exposure u get thru writing isnt as great as art (altho there’s a lot to be said abt how visual art suffers more plagiarism, and also there’s the whole likes vs rbs thing that is an issue too). so that can be....Very Discouraging lol

Its already night, rorschach was getting ready for his usual patrol.

Jeri looked so peacefull asleep, shes the calm of his life in this chaotic world, his little peace of heaven, her kindness knew no bounds, hes amazed that someone like her still exists in this cold cruel world.

The Next morning he wakes up with the smell of food, he turns around to see jeri asleep, empty tray of food and a Cup of tea.

His foods still warm, she fell asleep not so long ago.

He eats his breakfast and went to take a shower and train.

Letting all his anger out on the boxingbag,hes Beeing a little too noisy, jeri wakes up yawning, she walks to the kitchen,making a snack for him to then go back to bed.

Some hours later rorschach finishes up, eating the snack his girlfriend made for him.

He then takes a shower and goes back to sleep with her.

He loved those lazy days, where he could be human for a little bit, he felt at home,he doesnt have to be rorschach right now.

Its afternoon,both are awake, talking about anything.
