Post Mastermind Blitzø getting more successful from IMP and renting a 2 bedroom apartment. Showing off the second bedroom and surprising them that he also got another mattress. Stolas is happy for Blitzø to get off the beanbag chair until Blitzø starts explaining, "I know it's not some fancy-ass royalty sized one, so it might be a little small for those long-ass legs of yours but--"

Stolas quickly figuring out that this is literally a bed for him specifically, and Blitzø plans to sleep on the couch again, and he is very not okay with this because he feels like a burden anyway. It turns into a minor disagreement and eventually Stolas caves because the more he refuses, the more Blitzø is convinced something's wrong with the bed that Stolas doesn't want to admit, and now he feels ungrateful. He spends a couple nights in that room but it's isolated, foreign: it's a bed but not the bed he had literally his entire life. This must be what people feel like when they're at an unfamiliar hotel. Eventually one night Blitzø crashes early, and Stolas carries him to the bed, tucks him in, and goes to sleep on the couch himself.

He wakes up at 2 am with Blitzø sitting on the arm of the couch, lizard mode/barely alert and looking like he's had a mild panic attack. Once he realizes Stolas is awake, he tries to swap sleeping spots back. Another, very groggy disagreement ensues, until Blitzø just slumps over and falls asleep against Stolas' legs. This situation occurs a few times, and half the time Blitzø falls asleep so hard he's purring and can't be woken up. The last time it happens, the reason Blitzø mumbles for not wanting the bed is, 'It smells like you.'

The next day Stolas surprises him. He finally figured out how to work the washer and dryer - he had to clean up the spilled detergent, and there might be some bubbles clinging to the ceiling, sorry. And he's pretty sure the fitted part of the bedsheet has some kind of magic that made all the sides short sides, so it's not on correctly- but he has all the sheets and pillows and even the blanket washed and dried. He fidgets. "I'm sorry, Blitzø. I didn't realize I had a ... smell... You should have told me. I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable."

Blitzø badly trying to explain that no, that wasn't what he was trying to say. The problem was he woke up in a bed that smelled like Stolas, but Stolas wasn't there, and it made him panic, and it got worse when he realized that Stolas was instead squashed onto a couch in the next room feeling like he wasn't supposed to be there.

Loona finally chiming in, "You know if you just split the stupid bed you could end all this. It doesn't mean you have to be fucking in it."

Something I have come to realize is that both sides of stolitzs greatest flaws have unintentionally helped a lot of people.

As I have repeatedly established blitzs self hatred while yes it has resulted in him pushing away a lot of people (or at least a few depending on how many of those guests had actual reason to be upset unlike fucking Dennis god and Satan that guy fucking sucks!) But it also allowed him to be incredibly selfless.

From small things like him always being their to protect moxxie like a little brother in truth seekers and harvest moon, giving up his only be for loona and even the couch for stolas. To big things like breaking moxxie out of the slammer, recognizing millies strength when no one else would, giving loona a home, teaching stolas he could choose his own destiny and of course his famous near sacrifice for his found family in mastermind.

Blitz is a lot of things that aren't always good but a coward and a egomaniac aren't amoung them no matter what some shitheads might try and tell you.

Like wise stolas's navity and obliviousness while yes can be incredibly frustrating and often comes off as condescending and pompous but it can just as easily allow him to support people without fail in even the most difficult times as detailed in this post here https://www.tumblr.com/caldella/776298969394544640?source=share

The wisdom of this post is two fold. First it shows how stolas is able to support people so unwaveringly even in the hardest times which makes him a prefect partner for someone like blitz who often struggles to see his own self worth but is also one of the thee biggest reasons why blitz is so attracted to him beyond his type being rich tall artistic types.

In the end while I will always give the majority of the credit behind i.m.ps success to blitzs selfless leadership it was at the end of the day a family business because without stolas's naive innocent and unwavering generosity and support it wouldn't have been possible so I think that every member of the I.m.p family deserves love and credit for this Miracle of hell.

Stolas wakes up to discover that Cash Buckzo has stopped by for a visit. Cash claims he had a change of heart after the trial and wants to reconnect with Blitzø. Something isn't right.

Heheh this is gonna be a silly one! It’s for the ‘domestic’ prompt 😋

It had been a long while coming, but as Blitzø stared up at the calendar and crossed off the current date, he knew it was time. He’d been letting Stolas recover in his own time, giving him the space to emotionally build himself up again before pressuring him into doing anything different. He didn’t want to rock the boat when it came to Stolas’s recovery, he knew he was on thin ice if he knocked all of his confidence back down again.

But, things had been good recently - they had a routine in place and Stolas was finally getting back to his ‘normal’ self, whatever normal was for a newly banished prince with an addiction to soft erotic novels.

So, he was gonna be brave and broach the topic with him, even if his nerves were making his spikes stand on edge. Christs sake, he wasn’t good at the serious stuff!

No, he had to do it. The time was never better, he just had to be honest with him.

As if on cue, Stolas appeared from the bathroom, eyes blinking awake.

“Heyyyy, Stols!” He cheerily greeted the dishevelled owl. Thankfully, he smiled back.

“Good morning, Blitzø” Stolas walked over to where he was stood, preceding over the calendar “Oh, what does that say?”

Ah, shit. He’d seen it. On today’s date, the scribble of Blitzø’s handwriting:

‘Have the talk’

“A…talk?” Stolas hesitated, eyes twitching in fear “What’s going on, Blitzø?

Dammit, he thought he’d have had at least one coffee before he got down to business. Welp, nothing like the present.

“Stolas, you know how much I care about you, and I’ve been waiting to say this until you were in a better place, so…” He closed his eyes, and blurted the rest of the out “Stolas, will you…do some fucking chores around this place?”

Some of my HCs of Stolas' temporary banishment from royalty :

. Honestly, Stolas was so stunned by the sudden turn of events on him that he literally did not speak much for a full week

. Blitzo luckily can communicate with him through drawings, sign language that they developed and notes, help ensuring that Stolas doesn't do anything dastardly to harm himself

. At first Stolas found it difficult to reconnect with his moon and star motifs again. Andrealphus is gonna fuck up everything he has worked for - how will Stolas ever forgive himself? Stolas wondered

. Stolas also noticed how Blitzo is healing from self loathing similarly as Stolas was healing from severe depression

. Millie managed to find a healthier alternative to Stolas' meds through herbal drinks from Envy and Lust

. IMP was entrusted by the rest of the Goetias to take care of Stolas all the while, and Stolas' sibs gave magical protection weapons to IMP

. Fizz and Vortex visit sometimes ( focally in representation of Ozzie ans Bee ), and also help Stolas to heal from the deep depression

. And then Stella bulldozed the IMP building AND set Imp City ablaze, and then it took like a huge fleet of Team Goetia fleets to drive Stella and Andrealphus away from the Massacre

. Stolas wanted to join his sibs and parents in this, but he has no power at that point, so IMP ushered Stolas to a safe place all the while.

. After all the chaos, Stolas" sibs checked on Stolas in a refuge in Pentagram City ( Stolas' parents already moved to another battle mission in Wrath and sent letters of condolences and concern )and Vassago is the one who helped IMP to locate to a new, bigger office in Pentagram City. Stolas' sibs also helped IMP and Stolas to accommodate to new places.

. Even when Stolas had no superpowers then, he STILL works to save as many people as possible in the Imp City wildfire....and then IMP also helped Stolas to safety

. Stolas' gesture of help then also helped him win the admiration of those imps in tow

. Now, onto the new organization of IMP. At first Stolas decided to bide his time to get accustomed to the functions of IMP...and draws some similarities in how he led his legions to battle

. Turns out it's also different in spades. Cuz when Stolas did at first try to lead an IMP mission, the new hires are just confused - leading royal legions is also a whole different animal in spades to a company mission

. So IMP had to pull Stolas aside to teach him the ropes of it

. Stolas also learns to let go of his internalized classism as he gets to know the new IMP hires better

. Blitzo also becomes a leader of the Imp Rebellion against the DiGalaxises

. At first Stolas wanted to shield IMP from all the royal drama as much as possible. And after some encouragement from Blitzo, Millie, Moxxie and Loona, Stolas FINALLY exposed everything to new IMP. Safe to say they are all flabbergasted and horrified

. Meanwhile, Team Goetia be fighting tooth and nail against the DiGalaxises amidst the weather drama then and all.

. IMP soon figured it our that it was Andrealphus and Stella who disrupted Stolas so bad that he struggled to expose everything to the wider public. But after spending time WITH IMP.....

. Stolas is even more emboldened to expose everything to the wider public

. And that inspired the rest of the Goetias to finally expose everything of the DiGalaxises' atrocities

. And then one by one, Stolas' sibs all eventually took over the moon legions and rule them in Stolas' stead until Stolas gets hus powers and legions back, much to Andrealphus' intense ire. Stolas' sibs all undid the damage Andrealphus has done to moon cycles and the nature cycle of Hell achieved more balance. Somewhat

. In the mean time, Vassago becomes a lawyer for IMP and helped them document all evidences possible of Stella's cruelty.

. As Octavia recovers in her paternal grandparents' place, Stolas' heart finally begin to heal. It also helps that his sibs all undid the damage Andrealphus has done to moon cycles

. One way or another, Lucifer FINALLY came out of his depressive cocoon ( after much persuasion from his supporters ), and he hosts the trial just in time after Stella managed to get spies to steal the Grimoire from Octavia and TRIED TO BURN IT DOWN ( which nearly destroyed the entire magic fabric of Hell )

. And as Stolas and Blitzo showed up hand in hand to the retrial, Stolas wore a magnificent starry robe that Gemory had had tailors to make for him, with his head held high with all the regality he can muster

. And Stella and her cronies are stumped when MOST OF THE ROYALS THERE ACTUALLY STOOD UP IN STOLAS AND BLITZO'S PLACE.

I was browsing around reddit and came across someone who didn't understand why stolitz was attracted to each other and I came across a headcanon I very much like.

This headcanon is that due to bltiz being emotionally lobotomized by his ratshit of a father. He has a great appreciation for those who can express themselves often through artistic means which is part of why he's into stolas (the songbird,fizz the clown, veroskia the popstar and even moxxie the thespian. It also explains why he wasn't into millie and just wanted something platonic with her because she isn't exactly the most artistic in anything besides death. As he said himself stolas was his heart.

Inversely. Stolas accurately describes blitz as his light as in the guiding light of hope. As blitz much like the horses he's obsessed with represents freedom now not just for stolas but if blitz does become a matyr than all of impkind.

Blitz was the one who accidentally taught the owl he does have a choice in how he’s treated and he doesn't have to lie back and take it anymore (if he doesn't want to that is). As his first and only friend blitz was his ray of sunshine his light of hope.

Some Stolitz Domestic HCs in the post Mastermind/Stolas' exile period :

. Look, it took Stolas a full day to truly reel in the fact that he was wrongfully exiled

. Stolas was on suicide watch for weeks due to deep despair. IMP does whatever it takes to look after him and protect him

. To help Stolas assimilate into his exile life better, IMP began buying some things to help him feel better - some plants, some astronomy stuff, some books that Stolas likes, and IMP managed to raise enough sums to buy a Yamaha digital piano

. Playing the piano has always been a source of solace for Stolas growing up. So when he was staying over at Blitzo's place, Stolas plays the piano nearly every night. And Blitzo and Loona enjoy his piano playing. At least Stolas will not have to endure Stella's taunts of his piano playing anymore

. Blitzo mocks Stella as ' a hag who basically has bad taste ' and Stolas LAUGHED in agreement

. Stolas really doesn't want IMP to take on too much for him, so he eagerly learns new domestic skills himself - how to use laundry machine, how to hang and fold clothes, how to cook some simple foods, etc

. Stolas has basic domestic things done for him by servants for nearly all his life up till that point, so as he learns more on how to do housework, he gets to understand more of the POV of his old staff

. When Stolas hears how Stella and Andre trashed EVERYTHING in his old castle soon after they move in there and remodeled it into an ice palace, Stolas was crushed - and sensing that Octavia would be devastated too. All those poor plants ( Octavia was horrified shitless at that )

. Meanwhile, Amethyst quickly has as many plants from Stolas' old castle to be sent to botanic hospitals as possible, and after Andre froze the rest of the plants, Octavia is the one who secretly had the staff to send those plants to botanic hospital cares.

. Octavia literally had to witness Stella gleefully burning down Stolas' grand piano. That image scarred Octavia for life

. Stolas tried in vain to connect to his beloved daughter. And as Stella isolated Octavia from everyone else who cared for Octavia, the Goetias became even more distressed

. Even after Octavia was finally saved, Sinsmas wasn't the same with the rest of the Goetias.

. Stolas kindly bought some Sinsmas gifts for the rest of the Goetias, and also his new friends

. Octavia spent some time to recover from the abuse of Stella after she was saved. She truly enjoyed the IMP Office Sinsmas party, and before she moves over to her paternal grandparents' place, she basically helps Stolas around the new apartment, draws new artwork of her and her new family ( Stella ripped apart all of Octavia's drawings of her and her dad. Ouch ), helped water the plants, and also getting to know the new IMP hires better

. Some days after Octavia moves over to her paternal grandparents' place, Stella launched the Imp City Massacre where she basically burns Imp City to the ground, and Andrealphus' legions show up to slay imps left and right

. Hundreds in the city died, thousands more flee to refuges of Gluttony, Pride ( outside imp city ) or Lust

. IMP took everything they could as Blitzo uses the Asmodean Crystal to teleport them and as many refugees as possible to the refuge places in Lust.

. Amidst the chaos, a number of Goetias showed up to fight Andrealphus and Stella to help protect Stolas.

. IMP managed to get a new office in the refuge place in Lust under the behest of Fizz and Ozzie

. IMP becomes head of the Lust refuge places frontlines

. Blitzo becomes leader of the imp revolution against the DiGalaxises ( ie Andre's clan ), meanwhile Stolas helps with the behind the frontlines things, while re honing his fencing skills

. All the while, Stolas also juggles being secretary of IMP and also sometimes goes with IMP in missions as a strategist/supplies manager

. Stolas and Octavia still maintain in contact

. Eventually Blitzo, Barbie Wire, Moxxie, Millie and Loona came to sometimes go on missions with Stolas' sibs too

. Stolas also sometimes visits his plants at the botanic hospitals of Pride and then Lust. The Plants all trill happily at his presence as he helps nurse them back to health.

. After the retrial, Stolas got back his Palace, titles and legions, and Lucifer had IMP to move new offices at Pentagram City. Blitzo eventually moves into Stolas' new palace, they help Loona and Octavia move into their apartments near the Hazbin Hotel, and Moxxie and Millie eventually become the new Heads of IMP. Loona becomes one of the Moon Guards
