Dropout is great because while on a traditional network nowadays you would have one knockout concept and be done with it never revisiting it again dropouts like “okay we love doing that now let’s do it AGAIN and AGAIN and make it BETTER and more COOL and more ENJOYABLE and let’s keep doing it until our hearts tell us to stop and we love doing it so that might be never so long as we’re passionate about it” and that’s so fucking cool, in an era of commodified creativity the enthusiastic passion for the arts that drives dropout is not only refreshing but heartwarming and cathartic as a fellow creative who would love to have the chance to do what I love to do like that.

so @capnsoapy has already broken down the math (check that out here!!!) to prove how infrequently transfeminine people show up on Dropout but i wanted to highlight some of the stuff going on in those numbers. (i hope it was ok to use your graphs here, girl, lmk if you want me to take it down <3)

so, as clearly shown here, there have been more cis men featured on Dropout than cis women & trans people combined.... which is a whole other fucking kettle of fish! no wonder they don't adequately showcase transfeminine talent -- they aren't even treating their cis women well enough! but you can also see there are (over) twice the TME trans performers compared to TMA trans performers, too.

but this is the one that really takes the cake for me. only 26 appearances of TMA performers on Dropout to 317 TME trans performers, 824 cis woman & a whopping 1,546 appearances of cis men.

christ almighty -- everybody saying that trans representation was equal across the board was obviously mistaken. we don't even hit the triple digits. to be honest, we're barely in the double digits. as a friend of mine pointed out, there are more seasons of The Simpsons than appearances of transfeminine folks on Dropout.

look at these numbers and ask yourself honestly "is Dropout adequately platforming transfeminine comics, actresses & performers?" we know what the answer is.

my favorite thing about the dropout community is that anytime i see someone post something like “this might be what gets me to sign up for dropout” there are no less than five people responding like “do it!! it’s the best decision you’ll ever make!!!” and i love that for us. we’re all so excited about our silly little streaming service <3

Of course something like this would happen, while Bruce was out of state with Alfred. Some business for Wayne Enterprises had come up and after he was sure the kids had everything under control in his absence, he left.

If Tim had known this would happen, he would have volunteered to go instead of Bruce. But his newest case had just been to intriguing.

Tim looked at Damian, Dick and Jason. They seemed to feel the same way as him.

Tim just had wanted to look something up before dinner! He had found the two floating Toddlers in the Batcave. And after he send a quick emergency signal up to the Manor his brothers had come down prepared for a fight.

Instead all they saw where two black haired three-year old Twins, who were either bothering the poor Bats or crawling into the mouth of the T-Rex.

"You can order Pizza, I'm not going to deal with... this", was all Jason said with disdain, before he left for the stairs to the Manor.

And yeah... absolutely understandable. Tim would do the same if he could.

"Dick, get the pool net. Damian, prepare a room. I'm going to call Uncle Clark and ask him how to handle flying Toddlers", a deep sight escaped Tim.

Why had it be today, when Alfred wasn't here.

whoever it is at dropout who keeps putting various combinations of erika ishii, becca scott, rekha shankar, persephone valentine, izzy roland, danielle radford, aabria iyengar and amy vorpahl together is SO SMART because every episode they’re in together has the most incredible wholesome sleepover energy and i eat it up! every time!
