Healthy Heart Solution Kit Digital - Ebooks
A Brighter Outlook on Heart Health: My Experience with the Healthy Heart Solution Kit (Digital - Ebooks)
As someone who's always been fairly active, I never thought I'd need to worry much about my heart health. But after a recent scare with high blood pressure, my doctor recommended some lifestyle changes and suggested I look into resources to keep my ticker in top nick. That's when I stumbled upon the Healthy Heart Solution Kit (Digital - Ebooks). Let me tell you, it's been a game-changer!
Unveiling the Root Causes: Knowledge is Power
One of the things that impressed me most about this program was its focus on understanding the underlying reasons behind heart issues. The ebooks delved deep into the science of heart health, explaining how factors like inflammation and cholesterol can contribute to problems. This knowledge was empowering. It wasn't just about following a rigid diet or exercise plan blindly; it was about understanding why these changes were important and how they would benefit my heart in the long run.
A Bespoke Approach: Tailoring the Plan to My Needs
Thankfully, the Healthy Heart Solution Kit isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. The ebooks provided a variety of strategies and techniques, allowing me to create a plan that fit my lifestyle and preferences. Whether you're a gym bunny or prefer a gentler form of exercise, there are options for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the emphasis on stress management techniques; a good cuppa and some deep breathing exercises do wonders after a long day!
Delicious Discoveries: A Heart-Healthy Diet Doesn't Have to be Bland
Let's face it, the thought of restrictive diets often leaves a bad taste in the mouth. But the Healthy Heart Solution Kit surprised me with its focus on delicious, nutritious meals. The included recipe guides were packed with flavourful options that incorporated heart-healthy ingredients. From vibrant veggie dishes to lean protein options, there was something to tantalise everyone's taste buds. I've even managed to impress my mates with some of the new dishes I've whipped up!
Keeping Track and Celebrating Success: A Supportive Companion
The Healthy Heart Solution Kit also included a handy journal that proved to be a fantastic tool for tracking my progress. It allowed me to monitor my blood pressure, note down healthy meals I'd prepared, and even record my exercise sessions. Seeing the positive changes I was making, both physically and mentally, was a real motivator. It felt like the program was cheering me on every step of the way.
A Heartfelt Recommendation: Invest in Your Wellbeing
Overall, I can't recommend the Healthy Heart Solution Kit (Digital - Ebooks) highly enough. It's a comprehensive, informative, and, most importantly, effective program that has helped me take control of my heart health. It's a worthwhile investment in your long-term wellbeing, and it's much more affordable than a gym membership or a basketful of fad diet supplements! So, if you're looking to improve your heart health and embrace a healthier lifestyle, this program is definitely worth considering. You won't regret it!pen_sparktunesharemore_vert

As cameras becomes more normalized (Sarah Bernhardt encouraging it, grifters on the rise, young artists using it), I wanna express how I will never turn to it because it fundamentally bores me to my core. There is no reason for me to want to use cameras because I will never want to give up my autonomy in creating art. I never want to become reliant on an inhuman object for expression, least of all if that object is created and controlled by manufacturing companies. I paint not because I want a painting but because I love the process of painting. So even in a future where everyone’s accepted it, I’m never gonna sway on this.
if i have to explain to you that using a camera to take a picture is not the same as using generative ai to generate an image then you are a fucking moron.
#ask me#anon#no more patience for this#i've heard this for the past 2 years#“an object created and controlled by companies” anon the company cannot barge into your home and take your camera away#or randomly change how it works on a whim. you OWN the camera that's the whole POINT#the entire point of a camera is that i can control it and my body to produce art. photography is one of the most PHYSICAL forms of artmakin#you have to communicate with your space and subjects and be conscious of your position in a physical world.#that's what makes a camera a tool. generative ai (if used wholesale) is not a tool because it's not an implement that helps you#do a task. it just does the task for you. you wouldn't call a microwave a “tool”#but most importantly a camera captures a REPRESENTATION of reality. it captures a specific irreproducible moment and all its data#read Roland Barthes: Studium & Punctum#generative ai creates an algorithmic IMITATION of reality. it isn't truth. it's the average of truths.#while conceptually that's interesting (if we wanna get into media theory) but that alone should tell you why a camera and ai aren't the sam#ai is incomparable to all previous mediums of art because no medium has ever solely relied on generative automation for its creation#no medium of art has also been so thoroughly constructed to be merged into online digital surveillance capitalism#so reliant on the collection and commodification of personal information for production#if you think using a camera is “automation” you have worms in your brain and you need to see a doctor#if you continue to deny that ai is an apparatus of tech capitalism and is being weaponized against you the consumer you're delusional#the fact that SO many tumblr lefists are ready to defend ai while talking about smashing the surveillance state is baffling to me#and their defense is always “well i don't engage in systems that would make me vulnerable to ai so if you own an apple phone that's on you”#you aren't a communist you're just self-centered

Is there anything significant to digital circus answered in glitch inn? I want to support the show and get peaks of special tadc content SOOO BAD BUT AM BROKEEE
So far the only things we get are typically BTS, funny glitches, and access to the community channels. We also get to ask questions to GLITCH members. Something close I would say was the original character concepts for the Pomni, Jax, and Ragatha during the show pitch.
Pomni was described to be “down-to-earth” and noted to not be trusting of ANYBODY. She relies on logic and reasoning, something the circus doesn’t accommodate.
Ragatha is constantly a victim of violence, b it remains optimistic. However, it’s implied she quote “too dependent on the companionship she gets from being positive...”
Jax was actually the most interesting to me. It mentions his chaotic and selfish behavior is what keeps him from being bothered by everything else in the circus. (So I assume a coping mechanism)
Those were the only 3 mentioned in the pitch.
And so far that’s the closest we’ve gotten to heavy details. I won’t share screenshots, but if I draw art related to something revealed in the Glitch Inn, I’ll still post it. I respect the TOS about keeping the stuff exclusive, but small details shouldn’t be too bad.

Pinduoduo: One of China's most popular apps has the ability to spy on its users, say experts
CNN — It is one of China’s most popular shopping apps, selling clothing, groceries and just about everything else under the sun to more than 750 million users a month. But according to cybersecurity researchers, it can also bypass users’ cell phone security to monitor activities on other apps, check notifications, read private messages and change settings. And once installed, it’s tough to…

Can't afford art school?
After seeing post like this 👇
And this gem 👇
As well as countless of others from the AI generator community. Just talking about how "inaccessible art" is, I decided why not show how wrong these guys are while also helping anyone who actually wants to learn.
Here is the first one ART TEACHERS! There are plenty online and in places like youtube.
📺Here is my list:
Proko (Free, mostly teaches anatomy and how to draw people. But does have art talks and teaches the basics.)
Marc Brunet (Free but he does have other classes for a cheap price. Use to work for Blizzard and teaches you everything)
Aaron Rutten (free, tips about art, talks about art programs and the best products for digital art)
BoroCG (free, teaches a verity of art mediums from 3D modeling to digital painting. As well as some tips that can be used across styles)
Jesse J. Jones (free, talks about animating)
Jesus Conde (free, teaches digital painting and has classes in Spanish)
Mohammed Agbadi (free, he gives some advice in some videos and talks about art)
Ross Draws (free, he does have other classes for a good price. Mostly teaching character designs and simple backgrounds.)
SamDoesArts (free, gives good advice and critiques)
Drawfee Show (free, they do give some good advice and great inspiration)
The Art of Aaron Blaise ( useful tips for digital art and animation. Was an animator for Disney. Mostly nature art)
Bobby Chiu ( useful tips and interviews with artist who are in the industry or making a living as artist)
Sinix Design (has some tips on drawing people)
Winged canvas (art school for free on a verity of mediums)
Bob Ross (just a good time, learn how to paint, as well as how too relax when doing art. "there are no mistakes only happy accidents", this channel also provides tips from another artist)
Scott Christian Sava (Inspiration and provides tips and advice)
Pikat (art advice and critiques)
Drawbox (a suggested cheap online art school, made of a community of artist)
Skillshare (A cheap learning site that has art classes ranging from traditional to digital. As well as Animation and tutorials on art programs. All under one price, in the USA it's around $34 a month)
Human anatomy for artist (not a video or teacher but the site is full of awesome refs to practice and get better at anatomy)
Second part BOOKS, I have collected some books that have helped me and might help others.
📚Here is my list:
The "how to draw manga" series produced by Graphic-sha. These are for manga artist but they give great advice and information.
"Creating characters with personality" by Tom Bancroft. A great book that can help not just people who draw cartoons but also realistic ones. As it helps you with facial ques and how to make a character interesting.
"Albinus on anatomy" by Robert Beverly Hale and Terence Coyle. Great book to help someone learn basic anatomy.
"Artistic Anatomy" by Dr. Paul Richer and Robert Beverly Hale. A good book if you want to go further in-depth with anatomy.
"Directing the story" by Francis Glebas. A good book if you want to Story board or make comics.
"Animal Anatomy for Artists" by Eliot Goldfinger. A good book for if you want to draw animals or creatures.
"Constructive Anatomy: with almost 500 illustrations" by George B. Bridgman. A great book to help you block out shadows in your figures and see them in a more 3 diamantine way.
"Dynamic Anatomy: Revised and expand" by Burne Hogarth. A book that shows how to block out shapes and easily understand what you are looking out. When it comes to human subjects.
"An Atlas of animal anatomy for artist" by W. Ellenberger and H. Dittrich and H. Baum. This is another good one for people who want to draw animals or creatures.
Etherington Brothers, they make books and have a free blog with art tips.
📝As for Supplies, I recommend starting out cheap, buying Pencils and art paper at dollar tree or 5 below. If you want to go fancy Michaels is always a good place for traditional supplies. They also get in some good sales and discounts. For digital art, I recommend not starting with a screen art drawing tablet as they are usually more expensive.
For the Best art Tablet I recommend either Xp-pen, Bamboo or Huion. Some can range from about 40$ to the thousands.
💻As for art programs here is a list of Free to pay.
Clip Studio paint ( you can choose to pay once or sub and get updates. Galaxy, Windows, macOS, iPad, iPhone, Android, or Chromebook device. )
Procreate ( pay once for $9.99 usd, IPAD & IPHONE ONLY)
Blender (for 3D modules/sculpting, animation and more. Free)
PaintTool SAI (pay but has a 31 day free trail)
Krita (Free)
mypaint (free)
FireAlpaca (free)
Aseprite ($19.99 usd but has a free trail, for pixel art Windows & macOS)
Drawpile (free and for if you want to draw with others)
IbisPaint (free, phone app ONLY)
Medibang (free, IPAD, Android and PC)
NOTE: Some of these can work on almost any computer like Clip and Sai but others will require a bit stronger computer like Blender. Please check their sites for if your computer is compatible.
So do with this information as you will but as you can tell there are ways to learn how to become an artist, without breaking the bank. The only thing that might be stopping YOU from using any of these things, is YOU.
I have made time to learn to draw and many artist have too. Either in-between working two jobs or taking care of your family and a job or regular school and chores. YOU just have to take the time or use some time management, it really doesn't take long to practice for like an hour or less. YOU also don't have to do it every day, just once or three times a week is fine.
Hope this was helpful and have a great day.
"also apologies for any spelling or grammar errors, I have Dyslexia and it makes my brain go XP when it comes to speech or writing"

The Attention Economy
Welcome to the Attention Economy, where platforms, brands, and content creators constantly vie for a slice of your time and focus. In the digital age, attention is finite, and those who command it, control influence, and ultimately profit. But what exactly is the Attention Economy, and how does it shape our everyday lives?
What Is the Attention Economy?
The Attention Economy is a concept that views human attention as a scarce resource, much like any other commodity in a capitalist economy. As the internet and social media have expanded, the amount of information we are exposed to has increased exponentially.
Yet, our capacity to process this information remains limited. This mismatch between information and attention has transformed attention into a hot commodity, with tech companies and advertisers striving to capture as much of it as possible.
The economist and psychologist Herbert A. Simon first coined the term in the 1970s. He predicted that as information became abundant, attention would become the bottleneck to productivity and success. Fast forward to 2024, and Simon’s foresight is all too accurate.
The Currency of Digital Platforms
Social media platforms, video-sharing sites, and even news outlets thrive on keeping you glued to their pages for as long as possible. The longer you scroll, watch, or engage, the more ads you see, and the more data they collect on your behaviour. In essence, your attention becomes the currency that fuels their growth.
This is why apps are meticulously designed to be addictive. Features like infinite scrolling, notifications, and personalised content feeds are not mere conveniences; they are carefully engineered to keep you from putting down your phone. These platforms know that the longer you stay, the more profitable you become.
The Cost to Society
While the Attention Economy may be a goldmine for tech giants and advertisers, it’s taking a toll on society in more ways than one. Here are some of the most concerning impacts:
1. Reduced Focus and Productivity: With endless streams of information competing for our attention, it has become harder to focus on a single task for extended periods. Research shows that constantly switching between tasks (known as multitasking) hampers our ability to concentrate, making us less productive in both work and personal life.
2. Erosion of Mental Health: Studies have linked excessive social media use with rising rates of anxiety, depression, and loneliness. Platforms like Instagram and TikTok encourage endless comparison, which can damage self-esteem and foster feelings of inadequacy.
3. Manipulation of Behaviour: The algorithms driving the Attention Economy are designed to show us more of what we like. While this sounds harmless, it can lead to the creation of echo chambers where users are only exposed to content that reinforces their existing beliefs. This has been linked to increased polarisation, making meaningful political and social discourse more difficult.
Who Benefits?
The primary beneficiaries of the Attention Economy are the companies and advertisers who profit from our engagement. Every click, like, and share generates valuable data that can be sold to advertisers. Platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok have turned this into a science, offering hyper-targeted advertising that maximises revenue.
For content creators and influencers, the Attention Economy presents both opportunity and challenge. On one hand, anyone with a smartphone and internet access can capture attention and potentially build a career. On the other, the competition for attention is fierce, and staying relevant requires a constant stream of new and engaging content.
Breaking Free from the Attention Economy
So, is it possible to reclaim our attention in a world that’s constantly fighting for it? Yes, but it requires conscious effort.
Here are a few ways you can take control:
1. Set Boundaries: Limit your social media use by setting time limits or scheduling "offline" hours during the day. Apps like "Screen Time" on iPhone can help monitor and restrict your usage.
2. Curate Your Digital Diet: Be selective about the content you consume. Unfollow accounts or pages that don't add value to your life, and prioritise content that enriches your mind rather than distracting it.
3. Practice Mindfulness: Techniques like meditation and mindfulness can help train your brain to focus on the present moment, making it easier to resist the pull of endless distractions.
4. Prioritise Deep Work: Set aside blocks of time for deep, focused work or activities without distractions. Author Cal Newport’s book Deep Workis an excellent guide on how to achieve this in an age of information overload.
In the Attention Economy, the stakes are high. Our attention is not just a measure of what we consume; it shapes how we think, feel, and behave. While it’s easy to fall into the trap of constant distraction, we do have the power to reclaim our attention.
By setting boundaries, curating our content, and practicing mindfulness, we can shift the balance back in our favour transforming the Attention Economy from a battleground into a balanced relationship between consumption and creation.
As we navigate this evolving landscape, it’s essential to remember that our attention is precious. So ask yourself: where do you want to invest it?
