The way the Crew members wear their uniforms/accessorize themselves tells a lot about their character.

Let's start off with Curly.

The "Perfect Captain"™.

His uniform is the most perfect out of the whole crew,from the Pony Express T-shirt down to the pants. The only customisation,if you can even call it that are his fancy belt,and cowboy boots. Which are also, incredibly classy btw.

This is a direct reflection of his character,how he is the most dedicated and hardworking employee,the flawless captain who always gets it job done to the dot. A perfectionist.

Next we have Swansea

Not exactly the neatest but he's there.

Pretty standard uniform,just his jacket is missing.

He inculcates his sneaker head hobby into his uniform.

It tells you about even if he's not the most pleasant to be around, he's got his own little quirks.

Next we have the sunshine boy,Daisuke.

I couldn't even notice the pony express logo the first time.

Not very professional looking,which is very fitting.

His floral jacket reflects on the type of person he is,carefree, jolly, innocent.

His uniform is a perfect example 'im just here for the vibes'.

Sweetheart Anya.

Anya incorporates a turtleneck beneath her work jacket,which is weird.... considering the fact that if she's gonna wear the jacket buttoned up anyway,what's the point in not wearing the pony express T-shirt?

Well,this is kind of dark,but maybe the turtleneck was to help her hide her bruises.

Anya wears socks under her sandals,which can imply a sense of comfort. When she's far away from home.

Jim.

Jimmy's uniform has absolutely no hint of personal significance.

His jacket is half-sleeved,and he wears a full sleeved T-shirt underneath,other than that he wears no customised belt, nor are his shoes any special.

His uniform is a reflection of himself,no intent of finding or making one's own joy.

'accesories are for people who can afford them'.

hc that he self harms,hence the long sleeves always.

His uniform can also be metaphorically seen as "a wolf in sheep's clothing". He is wearing his work overalls alright,but deep within he is something completely else.

Something about this scene gives me nightmares because it looks like Till is about to go off for a second but when he sees that it's Ivan he immediately just looks away and I don't know why (can't tell if he was lowke choked up, didn't care since it was Ivan, was resigned, or some secret third option)

"i dislike the terms tme and tma" why do you dislike terms that are useful for transfems discussing their systematic opression? do you dislike the terms cis, hetero, white, too? you need to understand that tme & tma are not created to make "new binaries" or whatever, theyre for discussing our real material opression. realize how close you are to saying that transmisogyny isnt "real" or that it "affects everyone". do you also think reverse racism exists, or that homophobia or misogyny targets cis hetero men instead of benefitting them? or do you believe in intersectionality until it's about trans women and transfems, then the intersection of misogyny and transphobia basically becomes meaningless? you "dislike" when transmisogyny is brought up, just as existing?

what she’s thinking: the story brought both carpenter and faulkner to their inevitable end points that have been foreshadowed from the v first episode of the show ambiguity of carpenters death aside she stood on the banks of the river singing like her nana glass and was gunned down by the military and faulkner was drowned dragged delivered by the god and story he had let devour him but. but. before those things happened right before the narrative reached its end both of them stood up and said no! i want to go forward! i want to find something past this whatever it might be i don’t want it to take me yet im going to keep on walking! and it was too late! the thing is it was too fucking late!!!!!!! the aquifer was already flooding the soldiers were closing in she was to hurt to run he can’t swim. the chance had come and gone at the beginning of the episode for any hope of them reaching each other ever again but even though it was too little too late never ever going to be enough they both looked the site of their doom in the eyes and said i do not accept this. not here. not now. i am staring at you– the thing that will eat me — and resolving to pry open the jaws and choose to use the last moments of my life (whether i know it or not) to run and stumble and crawl and cry and sing in the hopes of reaching the people who matter to me more than being made your meal. and of course they got fucking eaten anyways. of course they did bc they were walking towards it from the beginning. but there is a way out, there is a way forward, there is a land beyond the storm that is possible to reach if you choose to step out of the story that has been built for you to find it. we walk on, with a rough and tarnished hope, and a tangled, ruined love. it can end with love, and it can end with kindness. even as the jaws are closing. ours is a world of miracles.

So I may have rewatched the Madagascar movies with my family (they are waaay more funny than I remember imo) and fallen in love with the Ben Stiller lion…his design is just 😩👌

I love how they push the designs to be super geometric and stylized, but they still look and move like animals and not just humans in furry costumes (no hate, I’m a Sonic fan I’m in no position to judge lmao) Anyways the colors on Alex especially are amazing, 10/10 lion design
