here's the bottom line

the homestuck team have said that john egbert is going to come out as transfem, and that june egbert is a reality in the future of the comic. as far as i am concerned, that is the end of it. you do not get to take a narrative that the creators have confirmed is a transfem narrative and say 'yeah but what if she was transmasc though'. there are like a billion characters in this comic. pick another one. who cares. just not the one who is definitely, canonically transfem
