And it's not even all violence, since they're essentially fine with the violence our nation visits upon others. We need a lot of soft, liberal-raised lefties to grow their fangs and show them; if your parents' non-violence had worked, you wouldn't be here fighting that same fights for the same rights.

You need to get a lot more comfy with the idea of guns, explosives, throwing bricks, punching cops, and assassination of public figures. You need to unpack revolution as a conceptual thing and realize that revolution means violence.

It's so insane because every time I watch CATWS I'm like... Steve Rogers would literally prefer to die at Bucky's hands than go on living without him. Steve would rather die than admit that he really truly lost Bucky. He wants to look into Bucky's eyes as Bucky kills him because at the very least, it's Bucky. He knows for certain he's gonna spend his final moments with Bucky, whether that's a peaceful death decades from now, hand in hand, or right now, as Bucky beats him lifeless.
