The G7 countries refusing to go to the commemoration of the Nagasaki's bomb is fucking disgusting.
Yes, Japan is far from perfect from how they handle their own war crimes and actions during WWII, but this is about innocent civilians. This could be any of us.
This is a commemoration of one of the worst war crime ever done. The violent murder of civilians, the destruction of a city, in just a couple of minutes, with the worst weapon ever created by humankind, just so a country could show off its power and impose itself as the strongest. Refusing to attend that because your colonialist project is being refused entry is insulting and disturbing.
Do you have no shame? No remorse?
I have read accounts of survivors, explaining the horrors they witness, the painful death their loved ones endured, as their skin melt. It was hell.
And I am so mad at every single on of theses countries, but especially the USA, because it's their fucking crime. A war crime, a crime against humanity, they never were punished for. It's like Germany refused to go to a commemoration about one of the Nazis' crimes. It's showing no remorse, and it's telling "I will do it again".
The bombs were dropped to show off how the USA was in charge now. That's why they were so against anyone else having nuclear bombs, because they didn't want competition (even Israel. I saw some people being like "JFK was against Israel having bombs because he was for Palestine" nuh uh, he was against the bombs because ONLY THE USA could have the power) And refusing to come to the commemoration of your crime because the victims don't want your genocidal project here screams "Cross me and I will do it again"

Remember that Yemen pays a heavy price for its active solidarity with Palestine: just today, US and UK aircraft bombed a girls' school in Taiz Governorate, killing two students and injuring several others.

Nazi Germany lasted for ~10 years. the US' genocide of indigenous people inspired the Nazis, and we've been at it for ~500 years. 55 MILLION indigenous turtle Islanders were killed by American colonialists. Tell me again why we're arguing over whether or not these bourgeois politicians are 99% Hitler? This country is far worse than the Nazis were even remotely capable of. There are nearly 1.8 MILLION people in Slavery in the United States right now. This country is cartoon levels of evil, and beyond that! it's beyond parody! it's worse than you can possibly imagine. and that's just two examples over the 500 years they've been at this, and they only domestically! Do you have any idea what the ruling class has done in other countries? the war and famine they've intentionally induced from profits? The millions they've bombed? The only country to ever use nuclear bombs! and it was on civilians!
So yes, of course we cry out death to [US]America. Do you seriously not understand how deeply deeply evil this country is? Again:
Death to the USA

Fuck the US empire and the UK
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The USA and the UK are bombing Yemen/"Houthis" all because they were fulfilling their international obligation by trying to stop a genocide. What they get: getting bombed. Just to defend Israel. Shame on Sunak and Biden!

Happy 4th of July! May this country crumble into nothing more than a hellish memory so that the rest of the world might finally be free.

let me offer up some wisdom to yall as someone who grew up surrounded by bigots in my family, college, work, etc. there were maybe 2 or 3 others who already believed in basic shit like marriage equality and medical privacy when i met them. as for the rest, i helped many of them gradually change their views.
here's what ive learned: their views on anything can be shaped through emotional manipulation. the clever cunts at the top know this. but as for us, we are too dependent on intellectual arguments. they are not working efficiently enough to challenge bigoted beliefs, because most of the time you are not talking to emotionally-regulated people. its fear-mongering that shapes their worldview. a fear response is a natural thing; it exists to keep you alive. most people cant process any information without checking to see if it scares them. they're supposed to learn how to regulate this to avoid reaching extreme conclusions. think first, react later. but we're absolutely shit at raising people with healthy mental development. some do find a way. but your problem is you need to learn how to address those who don't, or at least haven't yet.
if any information presented to them was crafted with a misleading and fearful narrative i.e. a sensational story that uses reactive language, irrelevant details, causal fallacies, etc, while excluding any fact or context that would have functioned as a barrier to these triggers....they are going to accept that narrative as truth if it scares them. trying to change their minds through facts and logic rarely makes a difference. infact, they're not going to trust the information you've offered up because they think THAT'S actually trying to manipulate them.
i fear we don't have time to teach millions of people how to think first, then react. healing has to come with intention anyway. but do you want people to switch to progressive politics or not? then you need to reach them at a place where they can still listen: their emotion. If you dont start talking to them through an angle that addresses their fears, we will be fucked. the ultra wealthy run the media, and they aren't playing fair. you cant keep praying people will open a history book, go to therapy (expensive and inaccessible for too many anyway) or develop their critical thinking skills. it may feel unethical (i personally dont think it is if you're not the one lying) but you need to utilize this because its not going away soon, and the right and centrists are going to keep using it to get what they want.

The US is a rogue state and the largest, deadliest terror organisation in the world. The genocide of the Levant is overseen and carried out in its interests; the Zionist occupation of Palestine is only its imperial outpost and vassal state. It's past time the rest of the world walked out of the UN and declared war on this imperial death cult and its allies. It is the moral imperative of every leftist in the world to commit to its destruction.
Remember that the administration that started World War III was Biden-Harris, aided by Starmer, Von Der Leyen, and Macron. The "rules-based" order of the Western neo-colonists has once and for all been unmasked as a farce created to legitimise its imperial atrocities. Every person that defends any of these countries and their governments is a terrorist and, to speak in the only parlance the West understands, a Nazi. Future generations will spit on every one of you who put them in power. You will all pay for your choices before the end.

This is the last I'm going to say about it because I admit I'm ignorant and don't know everything.
I don't think any breed of monkey should be used as an insult under any circumstances and nobody who isn't black should be saying America with 3 KS.
However, claiming Korean women aborted or abandoned the babies of black GIs is a low blow. I'm not saying consensual sexual encounters with soldiers never happen under military occupation, what I am saying is that it is entirely too easy and extremely common for occupying soldiers to either rape or leverage their power with the occupier to coerce people into sleeping with them, ESPECIALLY if the occupying forces are American! The American army is evil, and so are It's soldiers regardless of race or ethnicity. I'm sorry for anything I've reblogged which seemed to indicate I felt otherwise, I do see where white non-US Americans tend to scream "imperial core" to distract from, ahem, the first colonial super powers and their continued role in worldwide oppression, but I do think that this is just going to circle back around to American boot licking and I won't have a part in it.

So, umm, Donald.J.Trump has become the new president of the United States of America and the Grand Old Party is now leading with him...
Thank Buddha i don't live in that wacky place.
But people of the impoverished dictatorship of the USA, who have been in a dictatorship that has only gotten worse for about a hundred years, please survive, and try and start a revolution soon or something.
Love you.

i mean like. lrb, they literally Are ceding the election to trump. that was the whole point of running biden again. and its crazy that ppl r like Get Out There And Vote! as if trump wasnt always going to win 2024. as if project 2025 wasnt Always going to be enacted (regardless of the talking head we call president). like this is very much the goal of the united states government at large, not any particular administration. once you can accept that its reality you can start working on your anxiety and actually start having a game plan. fascism can, will, and is coming for the imperial core of the world. It Can Happen Here. please get fucking real

How is it so hard for folks to understand that there is NOTHING that will convince me to vote for someone that is committing genocide? NOTHING. PERIOD. No domestic policy is going to make me condone FUCKING GENOCIDE. Genocide is a red line for me, and I don’t get how THE FUCK it isn’t for others.
How the hell can you vote “yes” for a genocidal candidate who is actively committing genocide? That is LITERALLY being an accessory to GENOCIDE.
No domestic policy is worth trading the lives of tens of thousands of innocents. No “personal liberty” Biden can give me is worth the slaughter I have to condone to get it.
How the fuck do people not see that? Are they that selfish? Is your sense of personal security truly worth more to you than the lives of the over 2 million displaced and dying people in Gaza? You would seriously support their slaughterer for a handout from the capitalist class?
Will you feel comfortable in your privilege knowing it came at the expense of more innocent blood than you can quantify?
And this is assuming Biden will even do anything to help a single working person in the U.S., which the past four years have shown to be false.

shouldn't need to be said but if you call yourself an "anarchist" you should be a anti-imperialist before all else. imperialism is the unjust hierarchy, the injustice from which all other injustice flows. it's all well and good to care about transphobia and patriarchy and racism and capitalism within the imperial core but, unless you care about the world system that all of this is service of, you aren't really opposed to unjust hierarchy in any meaningful sense
