I want a buddy cop style comic, but it is just Dick and Donna trying to keep their younger siblings and teammates out of trouble while trying to figure out which Wonder Twin Roy, Wally, Kori and Garth is in love with.
Every couple of issues are focused on a different group of siblings, teammates and potential core titans love interest, but every time you think one of the wonder twins are about to get the girl/guy they get blue balled by having to go save someone else. The other twin is laughing at them from the other side of the room while starting up the Zeta-beam.
They save the world like 5 different times and save thousands of lives but their banter the entire time is just them making fun of each other and their crushes.

*hanging out at Titans Tower*
Dick: do you know what I hate? People acting as if JASON was an angry Robin-
Jason: can you not?
Dick: shut up! I'd say I was angry as Robin, Damian for a bit, Tim a little bit but JASON! JASON?
Jason: I have a rep-
Dick: HE WAS ADORABLE! He said 'Robin gives me magic', he had his little front curls, he used to wrap himself up in his cape so he was just a yellow triangle with legs, he looked like a little duckling!
Jason: *launching himself at Dick* SHUT UP!!!!
Dick: *prying Jason's hands away from his face* HE-
Jason: IGNORE HIM! He's a liar.
Donna: Jason you worked with us as Robin to fight Brother Blood. We know how you were and you were adorable.

Idk if this is accurate, but this is how I see the fab five relationship with their mentors when they where teens.
Tumblr media
Just as a general thing, cause their relationships are super complex. Like, Ollie and Roy go from being in good terms, to not seeing each other to being in good terms again. And same thing with everyone here, but that's okay! I'm not critizing or anything.
It's just so interesting to me how their relationships change so much over time, and I know it's partly because of the writer, but it's also realistic. As you grow up, you start seeing your parents in a different light as you did when you were a kid. I know they aren't necessarily their parents, but they do fill that role for the Titans. And heck with Wally and Dick their arcs mirror the struggle of following your parents foot steps, both of them choosing a path that that leads them to different places while ending up in the same conclusion that they're not the the same people who raised them. (which in this case I mean Bruce and Barry, but their bio parents are also important just in very very different ways).
I think it's also important to note that all of their relationships got better once the fab five were grown up, and there's so much to say about that. About how the space they gave each other helped both parties. Raising a child is an incredibly difficult task, and the responsibility of caring for them may have been overwhelming at times. Especially because of the environment they were constantly in, I mean imagine havinf to patch up a ten year old kid who you have many feelings about. Oliver admits that it was a downright scary experience for him, and how could it not be? And for the fab five it had to do a lot with finding their own identity. That was a key part of their character arcs and once they found themselves, mantining relationships as complicated as these ones was easier. At least I think so.

I want Donna and Dick to have a solo adventure together so badly (maybe with Damian like Roy got, that was fun...)
Gimme please ?
I also would like Donna to be the first person people would think about when they think about Dick's best friend both in canon and in fanon space. Not Wally. Because she is is actual best friend. Platonic soulmates 💜 the wonder twins but that will never happens so I'll just.... Be sad about it in my corner.

I know you don’t draw Donna Troy much but she looks SO pretty in your style! I was wondering who you ship Donna with.
Sorry for the late reply, and thank you so much! I ship Donna mainly with her husband because I think it's sweet that she married a history professor, and I love the way he looks (so im a bit vain, sue me), but I also think she would be cute with Koriand'rs! I don't think her and Roy, or her and Wally, were meant to be, but I can understand and respect people who choose to ship them! However I will never ever ever ship her with Dick Grayson... that man is her brother lol

I can see Jin and Zuko becoming like Arsenal and Troya from DC Comics:
Two friends that dated for a bit, decided it wasn't going anywhere, but remain very good friends.
I need more of Jet, Zuko, and Jin as a squad in my life. AU where Jet never sees Iroh heating the tea and life gets exponentially worse for everyone in Ba Sing Se. Zuko enjoys crime but has Morals about it, which drives Jet so nuts that they cannot crime together. Jin is mostly here for vibes; these two morons are funny and also without her they’re going to murder everyone else and then each other. Zuko gets stuck as defacto medic because his uncle has Fancy Herbs. He HATES IT and funnels his rage into his atrocious bedside manner. Jin drags a bloody Jet into the tea shop by the ear at 2am and it’s just
Zuko: -already boiling some water- what did he do this time
Jet: Whatever she tells you she’s lying-
Jin: HE KILLED A MAN

I only want the fab 5 (+ Kori later on) when they are absolutely insane about each other. The most ride and die you will ever find.
They will never hesitate to square up again anyone who says anything bad about their team mates (and best friends (and lovers)), consistently checking in with each other even (and especially) when they are not meant/ supposed to.
I want them so fucking codependent but also completely unaware bc what do you mean you don’t constantly update your friend group everytime anything happens. What do you mean you don’t just break into your best friends house and sleep in their bed with them when you feel sad. What do you mean you keep secrets from your friends. What do you mean you don’t join your friends when they shower so you can continue your conversation. What do you mean you don’t know where every single scare on your best friend comes from. What do you mean you don’t call their dad a stupid motherfucker to his face. What do you mean you don’t know everything about your best friends.
I want them to have so many inside jokes that they are basically speaking a different language. I want them to share clothes and makeup and accessories to the point where nobody really remembers who owned what first. ( I want everyone to wear the other people’s merch always)
I want them to speak about their siblings like they are shared between the five of them. I want Tim to ask Donna a question when he is too embarrassed to ask Dick, and Cassie to ask Dick when she doesn’t want Donna to know, etc.
I want the mentors to be the other people’s aunt and uncles. ( I want the mentors and adults in their life to have a group chat where they try and help each other keep track of what their kids are doing bc gods know they won’t just tell them, so whenever they have a sleepover or a mission in one persons city, they let’s the rest of the mentors know. I also want the mentors to constantly send ‘baby’ photos and videos of their ‘kids’ in the group chat)
I want the dating history within the group to be so fucking confusing that you need a collage level lecture to understand it from the outside.
I want all of them to be married to other titans, but nobody really remembers who is married to who, especially since most of them are married to multiple people. ( a mix of Vegas weddings, undercover missions that took a turn, space rituals and traditions they got court up in, bets that were won and lost, and very intense dnd campaigns)
I want their private group chat to have more encryptions and protections than pentagon and the batcomputer put together. I want the GC to be filled with Drunken voice notes, homemade memes, pictures that should never see the light of day, secrets and jokes that would get them into soooo much trouble.
I want them to bring one or two titans along to family and work events. I want people to bet on which of the friends will go with Roy vs who will go as Dicks date to the fancy Galas, bc you can bet your ass they will be there as arm candy on their arms. (Having your friends at the Gala is the only thing that makes going to these Galas bearable). I want them to sneak out every time and go to a random fast food restaurant.
I want their fighting styles to be so engrained in each other that it is impossible to figure out who thought who what, and which of them was the first person to introduce this move into the equation.
I want outsiders to look at them and be confused if one of the OG titans are standing alone without one of the other titans. Do you see the vision?

So you know how artists irl will draw celebrities? Do you think fans in superhero universes draw them? If so I think I'd be funny if they draw a mantle character (a mantle with multiple people as them) but the eras are so mushed together the hero's can't help but analyse who they were trying to draw
Donna: ok black hair me?
Cassie: but I had a black wig in early YJ days
Donna: true. Is it Yara?
Cassie: No it's short sleeve, I think it's you?
Donna: it can't be I never had red pants, jump suit yes, but you had red pants!
--------------
Jason: found another fanart of Robin
Steph: not me it has Black hair and is male
Damian: legs aren't exposed, so that leaves me and Drake
Tim: but the cape is full yellow that was Dick and Jason
Dick: their's no weapon so that doesn't help
Jason: but it had my front hair curls.
Dick: the 'R' is blocky Tim started the pointy 'R' so maybe it's one of us with pants?
Duke: is it a 'We are Robin' Robin?
___________
Or characters that look similar from a distance
Mia: Blonde Archer Girl with Red, no other color.
Cissie: well it's not my original Arrowette suit, it's full body.
Mia: didn't you have a tactical suit?
Cissie: yes, but it wasn't as streamlined. Did you loose your hood anytime? Maybe they saw you without it?
Mia: I'd still have a yellow without the hood, the bow is wrong.
Cissie: eh people usually draw them wrong, it's gotta be you the artist said they saved them, it's been awhile since I've been out.
Mia: we don't know the age of the artist maybe it was in your Young Justice days
Cissie: that makes me sound old, never say that again.

The Amazons were and weren't apart of the Ancient Greeks.
Let me explain.
In the myths, all the Amazons were originally daughters of Ares, and their society was closed off to all men, so as their society grew, they would only meet men sometimes to reproduce, and any sons would be handed off to the father's.
Now, the Amazons were have said to have traveled all over the Ancient World, from Greece to Asia to the Black Sea to Egypt and even Arabia(which of course, is the Arabian Peninsula, not just "somewhere in the Middle East"). Scholars have even linked the Amazons to the Hittites, as there has been some female warriors found in graves, also because the Hittites were a horse culture- which is very similar to the Amazonian culture that was presented by Anciet Greek writers. It's been suggested that the Hittites were the basis of the myth to the Amazons, which if true would absolutely be sick as hell because the Hittites ruled basically where Modern Turkey is, which is coincidentally right next to where Greece is.
Also, when the Roman Empire decided to Empire it up, they also incorporated the Amazons into their stories as well.
There are also several myths involving the Amazons interacting with Greek Gods and even participating in the Trojan War. In one such myth, Heracles(the correct name, because Hercules is the ROMAN name) literally rizzes up Queen Hippolyte, and while they're going at it, the ENTIRE AMAZON ARMY ATTACKS HERACLES AND THE QUEEN IS KILLED IN THE SCUFFLE.
It was also said that Alexander the Great MET the Amazons at one point and sired a child with their queen(this is most likely a very great example of propaganda as even Plutarch himself questioned it, but I digress).
Now, the Amazons home base is said to be Themyscira, both in the WW comics AND the myths. And color me surprised when I looked it up and it's a real place(or it was)! It was an Ancient Greek town in Anatolia, and was a coastal town. In Terme, Turkiye, there is a statue of an Amazon warrior there as a nod to the fact that Turkiye is pretty much the homeland of the Amazons.
Now, onto Wonder Woman herself. In modern comics, she is Greek, as she is the daughter of Zeus and Hippolyta. Some portrayals have her be born from clay, and her mother "breathed life into her", and others(thank you Justice League show) say that Hades AND Hippolyta carved Diana out together. This is definitely an interesting move, considering that Donna Troy(Wonder Girl I/Troya) was a clone of Diana(I don't know her other origins, I apologize!) and later, Cassie Sandsmark(Wonder Girl II) was revealed to ALSO be a daughter of Zeus, though they've since changed this to make Diana's niece, and Zeus' granddaughter. Now, in the comics, Cassie has a kind of... weird... relationship with Ares. Ares supplied Cassie with her lasso, and it channels Zeus' lightning bolts when she's angry(which is metal af). Ares WANTS Cassie to be his champion. And she doesn't really fuck with him, but he can influence her to feel pure rage, which gives her more power.
DC keeps changing the continuity with Cassie and her costume/lasso- sometimes it gives her powers, other times it literally takes over her mind and then other other times she's immune because she's... a demigoddess?
Comics are weird like that.
Tumblr media
Turns out Wonder Woman's 1930s design is somehow closer to how the ancient Greeks depicted Amazons then most "greek-inspired" WW redesigns from the 21st c. This was inspired my me going "Hold up... why is Diana always depicted as an ancient Greek when the Amazons were specifically... NOT the ancient Greeks.

Donna Troy x Thor Girl(Tarene/The Designate)
She was sculpted out of clay as a a weapon to hunt down and kill the gods, but was stopped by the Wonder Woman, Thor. She was mind wiped and trained and taught to believe she was raised by the Amasgaurdians. She became the Wonder Woman's sidekick and started the Young Avenging League with Richard Parker(Spider-Bat) and eventually became a hero in her own right

Top 20 Most Important Female Characters in DC
Tumblr media
8- Wonder girl / Troia 👢💋
Tumblr media
Real name: Donna Troy.
First appearance: The brave and the bold #60 (1965)
Created by: Bob Haney and Bruno Premiani
Tumblr media
Donna Troy's life has been quite complicated. Especially in the plot part where the writers have been cruel to her changing her origin over and over and over again. 😔 Whether as Wonder girl, Troia or Darkstar, the truth is that Donna is one of the most beautiful women in DC comics.
Tumblr media
Within the New 52 she is one of the most missed characters and that fans ask for with more eagerness along with Wally West, who would be two anomalies that have no place according to the new continuity
Tumblr media
Donna Troy has a strong character to lead and to be heard.
A large part of the Earth's population does not trust those who have super powers and that makes Donna Troy so angry but despite that, she does not kill criminals and tries to gain the trust of the people.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Donna Troy has a job other than being a hero, she's a photographer... and she's passionate about it. Besides, she is Diana's younger sister... but they don't always get along. 😒
