Hi hi!!

Hi there! This blog is just a silly little sideblog for our system's Dazai introjects to be weird and silly in their own little corner of the internet :3 I'll introduce myself and my in-sys source twins!!

My name is Zai! I don't mind people calling me Dazai, but pretty please don't call me Osamu unless we're close. I'm an introject of 15-Dazai, so I'm a little fucked up but it's okay <33

I use he/it pronouns, and while I don't really have a solid orientation label I'd say I'm pretty gay lmao. I'm just a little guy, that's all ^^

Leviathan (commonly called Levi) is an introject of prison era Dazai, and he has the most memories of Fyodor out of all of us! It doesn't mind interacting with Fyodor introjects, so no need to worry about that!

Vesper was the very first Dazai introject we split, and he's sourced from somewhere around season 1 of bsd! Vesper is probably the most chill out of all of us, but he's also the silliest!! Just in a passively silly kind of way!

Vesper uses he/they/it pronouns, and is also bisexual and polyam! They're actually dating our Chuuya introject!

Last but not least is Yozai! He goes by the names Dazai and Yozo, but the second of those two names is moreso associated with trauma. He's sourced from an AO3 fic we read a bit ago (I think it's called Caleidoscope but I can't find it to save my life omg) and is a bit more unstable compared to the rest of us

He probably won't interact here much, but he uses he/him pronouns! I'm not sure about what orientation label he uses

We have Dazai Osamu fictives — even a factive — from when our suicide programming was going strong. That’s the thing with programming, they take your real emotions in a moment and fasten it sharpened like a knife.

The first Dazai was a chronically suicidal alter who was unelaborated like depressed people are. He took that identity because it was so similar to what he already had; hopeless apathy hidden under a bubbly exterior, no knowledge of life before 15 except the quiet despair.

And it fit them well. They already bandaged their (and our) arms, albeit with more colors and patterns than the character. Injury prone in the careless sense, long coat as a gift from an abuser, then as a reminder of a dead friend. Mixing medicines came easily to them, and our entire subgroup dedicated to poisons didn’t help.

As we learned about what happened before we were fifteen, another Dazai stepped out. This one was younger, and held a portion of memories tied to the success we had in the group. A Demon Prodigy, one who could deal with the pride of the role and the shame underneath.

We have a Dazai for our success as a child, a Dazai for our success as an adult, a Dazai for when switched sides, a Dazai for when we promised to live, a Dazai for our most successful attempt, so many Dazais. Some of them are facets, others subsystem alters. Every time our timeline matches up with his, another Dazai.

We have more Bungou Stray Dogs fictives than any other media that wasn’t scripted in. Fragments cling to them until they’re fully fleshed out, and then more of them pile on until it’s too much for one person to carry. They live in a specific area in our innerworld, and they process by reenactment until they learn. We let them, because they don’t want to stop… and it’s working.

Our Dazais have become something like our Greys, but with more amnesia; they step in and out of one another as they like, and they have periods of fusion and re-splitting. The others in that area are bonding, and the relationships they share are healing in the back-and-forth way relationships are.

Our brainmades struggle with shame about introjects. Those who can get over it spill into that area like they were always there, and the rest of us keep our distance until we can do the same. We do make progress by fighting about it and losing, but we’re practicing not making our emotions other insiders’ problem.

Knowing them is good for us, and adapting our trauma through the lens of a character has helped us process it (through their effort). Even the factive, who does not stay in his area. Some of the shame is our phobia of trauma, especially those of us who share a type. When they process, we watch our impossibilities play out in real time. It’s scary, but still good.

And they do manage some of the weird shit from the media; I’ve watched the Dazais speak in codes I can’t comprehend them remembering, and at least one of them has encyclopedic knowledge of suicide methods and constraints.

They’re people, and they’re not that much weirder than the rest of us. They’ve been crucial members of our deprogramming alliance, besides existing as people in our system. We need them, and I’m proud of the direction they’ve propelled us in.

I’ve seen ‘ 🍃 ‘ proxy around, ‘ 🕷️ ‘, and someone under the name of ‘ polaris ‘ I believe, so I was wondering if any of those three or others were down to give pronouns/name/role/fronting cache? ( frequent fronter, semi-frequent, co-con, fronting only when necessary, etc etc )/nf!! <3

❤️ - what type of CDD do you have? I believe it's OSDD-1b

🧡 - are you medically recognised/diagnosed? if not, do you plan to? (no judgement either way!) I'm not diagnosed yet, but I'm working on it, even though my psychologist said "we're too stable"

💛 - if you are comfortable sharing, what is your headcount? do you keep track of it? We do on Simply Plural. And the headcount is 44/45.

💚 - do you have a high or low split tolerance? Something in the middle? I don't know how to describe it.

💙 - do you switch frequently or do you go longer periods between switching? Depends on what's happening....when it's calm around, we stay still in front

💜 - does your system have introjects of any kind? Yeah, we do. Osamu Dazai from BSD, Kindred ( and both Lamb and Wolf separately) from LOL, Crowley from GO and more

☀️ - how much amnesia do you experience? Little to none, it's very distant for us

🌙 - do you experience black out amnesia? Don't think so

⚡️ - what does switching feel like for you? does it vary between alters? It's mostly a strong headache, zone out sometimes, and that's it

☄️ - do you experience quick switches or does it take longer to switch usually? Those are rather quick

🌈 - do you get frontstuck often? what do you do to try to get ‘un-stuck’? Yeah, Ashton does. But we do nothing about it, he kinda enjoys that, he's alone there and it's perfect for him

☁️ - do you ever not notice you’ve switched, and suddenly realise that ‘you haven’t been you’ for a while? Yeah, sometimes we do

💦 - can you switch ‘on command’ or is that something that is hard for your system? does it depend on the alter? It depends on the alter, those who have like a specific role they appear when they are needed

IV: headspace

🌱 - do you have a headspace? if yes, describe it! if no, do you want one? We do have one, finally! It's a big planetarium with many hidden places, with planets exhibition, CCTV room and more!

🌿 - how easily accessed is your headspace? Everyone "works" there one way or another so they are there whenever they want

☘️ - is there a place in your headspace where dormant alters go? I don't know....maybe they go to the backrooms or the basement, idk

🌳 - do alters have their own rooms/areas in your headspace? They do have their areas like Chef and Bakerin are in the cafeteria, gatekeepers are in the guardians' room and more
