As the Commander of Kleian Knights and your bodyguard, Kieran takes his job very seriously. You thought along with the four, that he would be the same and be immune to the spell, but what the hell is this arrangement? The original soul and he have a friends-with-benefits type relationship? Kieran has heterochromia eyes: left eye; gray, right eye; red. His caramel skin is always dirty due to spars, his hair is brown and tied up. Kieran reminds you of Wren, who acted like your protector and close confidant, he always looked at you with longing stares as if he wanted to kiss you. One thing led to another, and you found yourself falling in love and you thought he did too. But joke's on you, he didn't love you. He made a bet with your sister that if he could get you to fall in love with him, your sister would date him. All of it was fake. How are you supposed to know if Kieran is affected by the spell or not?

By falling in love it could either mean: 1) MC fell in love with the idea of being loved, 2) MC had actually fallen in love with Wren.

Zara/Zeke Montclair: The Magician - Embodiment of Zoya/Zivon: [F/M] [ RO ]

Z is known to be quite... an outstanding magician. Often caught causing trouble in many ways, like accidentally setting their own tower on fire, losing valuable items given by the emperor, making kids cry, getting people sick due to their magic... Zara has short lavender hair, while Zeke has a long one. Their skin tan brown, while their eyes are black. Z reminds you of Zoya/Zivon, Your childhood friend who returned to Russia. Zoya/Zivon would always make you laugh when you were sad, always bring you food when you were hungry and starved, would always share their toys with you, would always play with you. Hey guys! The public update is now live! 🥳 The update brings 27K new words (excluding codes) into the demo, bringing the overall word count to 384K words!

Some new stuff to expect from the update (without spoilers 🤭):

Some changes and options additions in Ash's Hangout.

A whole new section and new scenes added at the end of Ash's Hangout.

A (promised) brunch with Rin 😉

Just a word of warning, I did change one or two variables in the previous iteration of Chapter 7, so if you're using an old save file, there's a small chance it might give some error. But hopefully it doesn't. Of course, the safer way would be to play with a new, clean save (either playing from the beginning or use the quickstart to get to Chapter 6 immediately).

Anyway, I'll start answering spoiler asks regarding the update in a day or two 😉 And when I answer them, I'll make sure to tag them with the #chapter 7 spoiler tag.

NEW UPDATE IS OUT!

So, like stated above, the update is out! I’ll leave a list of patch notes, but this is majorly a bigger one for Alzarez and Lance romancers. The Lance extra story “Movie and Dessert” is being released with this update. You will need to replay the game. I’m sorry about that. BUT it’s because I added in new variables to the train scene so that stuff said there could possibly be brought up in this new scene! Reactivity, yay!

Along with that, you’ll get to read Alvarez’s flashback scene which is the actual end of Chapter 4. Along with a lot of little goodies. All in all, there was about… 44k-45k words added into this update? 40k of them are entirely optional and only happen if you choose to hang out with Lance after Alvarez’s flashback scene scene.

Not gonna lie, 1 variation in I was confident it would take two weeks. 8 variations in I was a bit tired but still energized to get this scene done. 16 variations in I had to step away for a couple of days to not let my brain melt. By the time I hit mid-twenties in variation for this scene, I was finding myself thinking that it just. wasn’t. worth it.

I have no idea if I’ll make the other intimate scenes this branching. It was honestly a lot of work. Like, a lot, it it was so fatiguing after a while, but I knew I had to get it done. IT’s also the reason I paused my patreon this month, because it wouldn’t be fair to charge people for something that they’re not getting early as promised in the rewards. This took way longer than I thought, so I wanted to just release it to everyone at once.

You take an inventory of the house you've awakened within: three floors, nine rooms. The first floor is the most crowded: a small living room with overstuffed chairs, the dining room where your notebook waits, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a small bedroom with dinosaur wallpaper, torn at the seams.

The second floor holds two bedrooms and a bathroom. A giant tub on tarnished brass chicken feet dominates the room. The mirror opposite the tub is a perfect, unframed circle. In the faded lavender bedroom, black vinyl letters stretch across the wall: Dance! The letters look newer than the rest of the house.

The basement is a single large room with worn beige carpeting over concrete. The room is completely empty save for an old purple beanbag chair in the far corner. Your voice echoes off the plain grey walls.

You walk the rooms again, counting windows, counting chairs. You open every drawer. In the bedside table of the Dance! bedroom you find a poem written and re-written so many times the letters blur together. Only two lines stand out from the rest.

In the kitchen, you find a drawer stuffed with empty gas company envelopes, a lighter, two broken pencils and a hotel pen, three AA batteries, a menu for Chinese delivery, five sets of plastic flatware, loose change, a business card for a florist, and a copper key too small for the front door.

Under the bed in the dinosaur room you find a music box. When you open it, a small Tyrannosaurus Rex in clown make-up and a tutu turns and tilts in a silent circle. You turn the box over to find that someone has replaced the music mechanism with a small, blank cylinder. Inside the cylinder is a sheet of paper with a pair of honeybees drawn in one corner and a honeypot in the other. The string of letters written across the sheet makes little sense.

Every closet is empty except for one. The third bedroom with its plain blue walls, no Dance! or dinosaurs. In this closet you find all your own clothing hung neatly, divided by season and color.

You collapse back onto the bed in that room and try to decide what to search through next. As you stare up at the white ceiling, you notice an outline barely visible through the paint. The house, you realize, has an attic, and someone has tried to hide the entrance.

This is day 1. You think. Your notebook is blank, which suggests you've not written anything prior, but your memory is likewise blank. Surely whatever stole your past could just as easily steal pages from a notebook. But you could worry about this forever.

So.

This is day 1 and you are in a house. An old house, but not old in an interesting way. The furniture is as bland as faded magazine spreads. The linoleum in the kitchen bubbles. Cooking grease spreads over the wall and ceiling over the stove like mold. The bathroom tiles are chipped and yellowing. The carpet frays at the entrances to rooms. And no matter how you adjust the long, spindly antennae stretching over the top of the tv, all you can find is static.

The only new thing in the entire house is the notebook and pen. The notebook is pristine with bright white pages that feel like silk. The pen writes bold, black strokes across the page. The lines do not smear.

Outside the house is only fog.

Since waking all you've done is test the notebook and walk through the rooms looking for any signs of another soul inside the house. You've found none. The phones with their long, coiled cords have no dial tones, only static.

You do not think you are trapped here. You do not know where or what "here" is.

Chapter 11 in Early Access is finally online! ♥

Fixed an error that prevented Raf's relationship bar from being displayed in the stats;
