And the day has come! After much thought, I've realized I'm not fully satisfied with the result. The ending felt rushed, and some scenes didn’t turn out right. So, I’ve decided to rewrite the story. Book 1 will now include parts of Book 2, combining both storylines.

Romance Options

Daemir - The Stoic Lord. The tallest of the twins, Daemir stands out with his muscular frame. His long, white hair is often tied behind his head. His sky-blue eyes are often emotionless and cold.

Xavier - The Prisoner. His chocolate-brown eyes gleam with warmth. His short, curly brown hair adds a touch of charm, with a single rebellious curl that always rests on his forehead.

Tameran - The Pirate Captain. He has an intimidating presence, marked by his tall physique and tattoos that snake around his neck. His slightly curly brown hair frames a face where rebelliousness sparkles in his light green eyes.

Nicholas - The Rebellious Prince. He has mischevious dark blue eyes and wavy blond hair, parted into two curtains that frame his forehead. Tall with a slightly muscular build, his physique hints at a few duels fought, though fighting was never truly his focus.

Jarean - The Mysterious Servant. With his curly red hair and tall presence, he is a charming young man. One of his eyes is a deep, dark blue, while the other bears a white pupil, a lasting mark from an injury that left him blind in that eye. The scars across his face add a layer of mystery, each one telling a part of his untold story.

Maevra - The King's Guard. She has dark, curly brown hair and deep brown eyes that radiate confidence. Her tall, muscular build marks her as a intimidating soldier, and a scar over her bottom lip stands as a testament to her rigorous training.

Clara - The Adviser's Granddaughter. She has a youthful face framed by medium-length blond hair. Her light blue eyes radiate kindness and respect, and a small mole rests delicately above her lip.

Astryn - The Enemy. She has red-kissed hair, deep brown eyes, and long, dark waves cascading down her back. Despite her slim build, she's a fierce fighter, favoring speed over brute strength.

Lena - The Hateful Queen. Her long, straight dark brown hair perfectly matches the cold, merciless glint in her eyes. Though shorter than her brother, her presence is undeniably dominating, and her slim build hints that she has never touched a sword.

Revna - The Lord's Twin. Though shorter and slimmer than her twin, Revna still commands an imposing presence. She keeps her white hair cut just above the shoulders for ease in battle. Mischief glimmers in her sky-blue eyes, a sharp contrast to her brother's icy gaze.

If you’ve played the old version, I recommend forgetting everything and playing the demo with a fresh perspective for a better experience.

DEMO (prologue / 11th of January 2025) || An IF based on & inspired by the show "Arcane". Time Fall is a drama interactive fiction story with steampunk & cyberpunk elements, set in the dual state-cities of Delphora and Draeken, also known as The Spire and The Depths. It's meant to follow complicated relationships, complicated choices, and complicated consequences. It is written with an 18+ audience in mind due to heavy themes and topics such as death, use of drugs and alcohol, swearing, violence, (optional & skippable) explicit sexual content etc.

Time does not wait for anyone, even for the one that controls it.

After the bloody aftermath of Draeken's rebellion against Delphora, you're left an orphan. Your mother lies dead beneath a pile of bodies, crushed under the boots of the Time Watchers, and your older brother, Mylo, is nowhere to be found. Bruised and scared, you're taken in by Marek, your mother's friend, together with a few other strays he managed to catch hiding in the shadows of the night.

As Marek tends to your wounds and wipes away your tears, the Council of the Eternals, forever holed up in their lavish upper city, is falling apart. They are in complete mayhem and disarray as, unbeknownst to you, one of the five time shards that keep the heart of the city—the Clocktower—working in tune with time's balance has been stolen.

Oddly enough, that lost shard looks suspiciously similar to the strange shiny stone your mother gave you and your brother right before the doomed uprising. With it gone, the flow of time grows slippery and erratic, as the Clocktower starts to decay without its missing piece.

Life in the undercity of Draeken, also known as The Depths, is brutal enough. But when an ill-fated encounter leaves you forever altered—your blood itself changed—you’ll soon realize that time is strange, and the thin fabric of reality a fickle thing. Even more so when it’s something you can no longer just witness ... but may be forced to control.

After all, how could it? Jules Hawkins was a god. And as you know, gods like Jules are unbreakable. If you knew anyone death couldn't touch, it was Jules. And yet, somehow it felt like you had never seen Jules look more like them than they did, that day, dead by the lake. You had always been curious about him. Jules and him were an odd pair. How could Dylan be what Jules desired? They were polar opposites. Jules was tidal waves and traditional typhoons. He is ruddy sunsets and roseate dawns. He is habit, he is routine, he is rigid, he is never changing. A sad strange kind of tragedy. Jules was anything but that. Jules was everything at once. Jules was never the same. Jules was uneven. Jules was hurricanes and tsunamis.

Hello and welcome to my new interactive game! First off thank you so much for taking the time to check out my game, I want to let you know that this is in very early concept I have no coding experience so I can't give any guess on how long the demo will take.

So why post now? Great question! Attention... yeah I won't lie or sugar coat it, having an audience who might be interested in my project is fun and a good motivator. But on the other side feedback is great for improving both my writing, and choice selection. Oh also I just watched KPop Demon hunters last night (amazing movie btw) and thought "Hey this concept is kind of similar to what I'm working on so why not try to capitalize on the hype?" - I'm totally a genius...

Premise:

Galactic Idols is set in a world where humanity has spread into the galaxy, developing hundreds of worlds so very like but oh so different to earth. But how did humanity achieve this? Music, scientists have found a way to harness the magic of music to power machines that cut through the fabric of space to travel faster than light. And so idols became not only a source of entertainment but a source of clean energy for every world.

Not all is well in the galaxy however, unknown to the general population invaders from parallel realities invade your world. These beings are near invulnerable to most conventional weapons, only idols trained to wield the power of their music and fans can fight them. You are one such individual.

You were once a poor child living a life of petty crime in the slums of Dravon Prime a planet thousands of lightyears from Earth. The only constants in your life have been your sibling and your best friend, each of you alternating between pickpocketing, shoplifting and singing on the street corner for coins.

All that changed once they found you, Hyperbeat Entertainment, one of the biggest idol agencies in the galaxy. It’s hard to tell if a facade or not; but you don’t really want to find out, either.

He somehow always has a nice word for you or others in his vicinity, it's refreshing quite frankly. There are always critters following him around but they say animals are good judges of characters so that's a good sign, right?

Hezekiah Lyncroft [M, 24] was always a pain in your ass, even younger. Always arguing with you over anything and nothing, he was the reason for many headaches. Back then, there were rumours about his home life, ones you remember well. At least, he seems to be in a better place nowadays, even though he's still a pain to be around. But not all pains are bad.
