Wriothesley is so husband shaped; those big shoulders for sleeping on snuggled in bed, thick forearms to bite when he’s fucking you down into the mattress, capable hands for kneading dough when you don’t want to, beautiful kind eyes that are the first thing you see in the morning, big wide hairy chest for leaning on in the bath, such a strong back for hoisting furniture around when you want to change the sitting room around, legs heavy and wide enough to sit on as you arrange flowers you’d both bought from the farmers market, fingers weathered from work and age sitting pretty between your thighs.

Aponi: Hey, don’t beat yourself up now. Sure, the house has some quirks, nobody’s perfect. Applies to homes as well but we’re in this together.

Icarus: I’m not gonna ask you to fix this.

Aponi: I won’t be much help, but I can do small things. We’ll all work together to build a home. It’ll be like a fun summer project!

Icarus: I can always ask Syx and Ares to help.

A few silly little small sculptures that I made with some of the leftover clay from the main one I did recently

#sculpture #birds #neopets #sparkly little aishas my beloved.....#Though I actually kind of liked them with a matte finish more?? I wanted to try out making them sparkly and shiny..but #I think they might have looked better before adding all the shine. BUT I kind of like both. Maybe I should make two more that aren't shiny #just to have variation lol... an entire army of tiny aishas.....#The little house is so bad lol I hada headache at that point and kind of just wanted to get everything over with #(I bake the clay all at once so I had to get the smaller ones done to go with the main one)#and was like.. zero effort into making things line up or measuring at all. one window on one side is like twice as big as on the other lol #but I think from afar ifnot examined too closely it's still kind of cute. The birds were also just random like 'what can I shape out of thi #s small blob of clay I have leftover' etc. I did actually put irridescent eyeshaow on the pigeon but it just doesnt show up in photos ToT #The other bird is not anything in specific... some sort of random fantasy creature bird with slight purple on it's wings or something #The strawberry is exclusively just a quickly done accessory for the birds.. I wanted them to have a little meal to share #even though I dont know if birds eat strawberries #the last picture in the set is them all sitting on a shelf (the most well lit place I could find) but looks weird #since it has all of my avocado pit eyes in the background......... ominous backdrop for such peaceful little creachures..#you kind of cant tell what they are from that angle though i guess lol

met a VERY charming lil friend yesterday who i have never (knowingly) seen before!!! 🖤💛

this is the Sequoia Pitch moth (Synanthedon sequoiae), yes, moth! these fascinating little creatures bear an incredible resemblance to members of the family Vespidae, like common paper wasps and yellowjackets, and that’s no simple coincidence!

the appearance of these moths is an example of Batesian mimicry, a type of mimicry where one species mimics the warning signals of another species, but without having the same harmful or undesirable defences.

in this case these moths look like they may give you a nasty sting, but really they’re about as harmless as a moth can be! (plus they have gorgeous slightly iridescent black-lined wings and fluffy little shrimp-like tails! absolute cuties!)

Blessings roll call!

#small group is back and i laughed and talked myself hoarse!! AND ANOTHER COUPLE IS PREGNANT!!#i'm soooo happy to be back with small group and my good buddy who's very intense about the Lord is a leader this year #it's gonna be lit #wow like. i'm so so glad we're back. this is how it should be. ah!! i love it!!!#i'm sleeping over at my cg mom & dad's house and i'm so tired i may actually sleep hard #on my way home from work i passed the farmer's market and i stopped and got flowers and sauerkraut and greens #and an award-winning pumpkin bar and some kale plants #it was so much smaller than the saturday market and they had this like kids' club happening and the lady playing guitar #was having the kids sing too it was so cute #i conquered a scary work task today and now i have only one more hanging over me that's scary and then things are chill for a while!#and i have felt very awake to beauty and goodness and the Lord this week
