122 Hakim House – Art District Apartment 🤍

I’ve given 122 Hakim Street a full renovation in the heart of the Art District! This three-bedroom apartment has a clean girl aesthetic with marble finishes, beige tones, and elegant white and gold accents throughout.

Master bedroom – luxe with soft neutrals, a built in vanity, fireplace and cosy chaise

Combined living, dining & kitchen - cosy and inviting with a built in bar, marble kitchen and lots of lounge area for entertaining

Children’s twin room – for twins! cute and cosy with neutral tones

This took me way longer than a house build (apartments are so tricky!), and I’m still working on my interior styling skills. My goal is to renovate all the apartments, I’m slowly making my way through!

Let's get physical, physical ....

As you may have seen in my work-in-progress post, this Estate release is all about fitness and wellness. I never expected to create a gym set, but after discovering the ultra-stylish brand PENT Luxury, I couldn’t resist using it as inspiration.

I focused on the functional fitness items already available in The Sims and designed my pieces around them. To complement the set, I also added a steam sauna and a Roman bath, which pair beautifully with last month’s marble items. 🙂 Items included:

I'm finished with the builds for Spice Market №2 - I added a Chinese food stall right next to the old factory. I imagine that this was at some point an added garage that was converted at some point to the food stall. Now I only need to add some minor details and playtest the accessability of the build - but if everything goes well, I'll upload this lot sometime during next week.

This lot will be uploaded as a residential lot to avoid bugs connected with the newer lot types from For Rent and the new pack. The lot consists of at least 6 shops, an empty factory, an apartment and two townhouses with a rooftop terrace.
