Icarus: Can we change the song? I’m not feeling the uplifting music today.

Aponi: Am I sensing grouchiness?

Winona: Nah, it’s the dread of recognizing a mistake. We all feel it too, Icarus.

Icarus: Winona, I swear to god-

[ the music gets louder ]

Icarus: So, what do we think?

Winona: [ cackles ] Oh this is GOLD! 

Aponi: It’s… Big.

Winona: I’m pretty sure the house has been broken into.

Icarus: No it hasn’t.

Winona: We’re gonna ignore the broken window? Alright.

Icarus: It’s not broken! 

Winona: It is. Have you even checked inside?

Icarus: I, uhm.

Winona: You checked, right?

Aponi: You’re stressing out your brother, I’m sure everything will be fine.

Icarus: It’s not fine.

Winona: You’ve doomed us. 

Icarus: I wasn’t trying to!

Winona: There’s rat poop all over the floor, we’re literally going to get the plague living here.

Icarus: Rats shouldn’t be common in this area-

Winona: Oh my god- Look!

Icarus: That’s… Uhm. Yeah that looks like it belongs to a rat.

Winona: Lovely, I’ll look up hotels in the nicely conditioned truck because I’m positive the AC is broken as well. Nice one.

Aponi: Icarus, I know that look.

Icarus: I messed up bad, didn’t I? Got too ahead of myself and put us in a terrible situation.

Aponi: Hey, don’t beat yourself up now. Sure, the house has some quirks, nobody’s perfect. Applies to homes as well but we’re in this together.

Icarus: I’m not gonna ask you to fix this.

Aponi: I won’t be much help, but I can do small things. We’ll all work together to build a home. It’ll be like a fun summer project!

Icarus: I can always ask Syx and Ares to help.

Aponi: Exactly! However I think for today, we can start by cleaning the place and uh, let’s stay at a hotel for tonight.

Icarus: Agreed. I’ll grab the broom and trash bags. 

Winona: Found a place ten minutes away. Can I borrow your card?

Icarus: In a second, we’re gonna clean up the place.

Winona: Why? Just sell the place. 

Icarus: No, we’re gonna make it a home. 

Winona: Dude.

Icarus: Winona, I really need your support in this. Please.

Winona: Whatever, but I call aux!
