My face when I was told that I would NOT be receiving a complimentary slow cooker or toaster oven for my 12th time on the operating table in two years. I just had my permanent DRG stimulator put in. I’m now an official heavy metal zombie cyborg. My body keeps acquiring more and more non-original and non-human parts. I’m in so much misery right now. The tramadol and ice are doing nothing to help the pain. But I’ve got a pregnancy pillow arriving tomorrow, I’m going to eat my weight in pineapple, and just try to focus on everything that’s waiting for me on the other side of healthy.
