Croquetes de legumes

INGREDIENTES (29 uni):

1 alho francês

3 cenouras

500gr de brócolos

1 cebola

3 dentes de alho

520gr de grão cozido

20gr de cebolinho

20gr de manjericão fresco

Fio de azeite, sal, pimenta

3 colheres de sopa de linhaça dourada

6 colheres de sopa de farinha de arroz

5 colheres de sopa de pão ralado

Pão ralado temperado qb e ovos, para panar.

PREPARAÇÃO:

Cozinhem os legumes e triturem (guardem o caldo dos legumes para futuras receitas). O grão, embora já esteja cozido, foi 5 minutos ao lume com o refogado e as ervas aromáticas.

Depois de tudo triturado e bem esmagado, juntem as farinhas, o pão ralado e deixem arrefecer 30 minutos.

Coloquem um bocadinho de pão ralado na bancada para ajudar a fazer os croquetes, cada um fiz com cerca de 50gr.

Eu passei os meus 2 vezes por ovo e pão ralado (para ficarem bem crocantes).

Fritem em óleo bem quente, cerca de 1 minuto, ou até ficarem dourados, e já está. OU Levar à airfryer (mas ficam mais secos)
