As a copinglink / fictkin / soulbond myself, I was wondering if I should make a blog that offers all kinds of services for you all. anyone else in that like weird middleground between coping kin and spiritual kin where you're not like. 100% sure you believe in the past life stuff. but also you're definitely certain you have a connection to a character that just can't be explained away by "oh they're just my favorite/comfort character"? bc that's how i've been feeling lately.

like i have canons that i remember. but my memories are more based on..... /feeling/ rather than i vividly remember it happening, you know? like i could not tell you for certain that all of this happened to me in a past life but it definitely /feels/ right and even if it's not anything i directly experienced in this life either, it's definitely helping me process other things going on irl.

Nonhuman expressions of affection are great. Purring. Exposing weak points as a show of trust. Head bonks. Preening and chewing. Nuzzling. Biting. Intertwining tails. Feeding each other. Little chuffs, chatters, beeps and squeaks. Fluffing up of feathers, fur or other things. Dancing to impress. Cleaning their fur, scales, feathers or skin. Sharing body heat. I know there are several posts like mine, but from the bottom of my heart, I want to say I genuinely love the tumblr alterhuman n nonhuman community so much, for just having so many people that are open about being themselves. As a being who discovered it was nonhuman a while back, and went through alot of toxic therian communities filled with misinfo before finding tumblr communities n blogs like the ones I see now, it's a spectacular thing to witness.

Newly Awakened alterhumans when you are discovering yourself try not to push your entire life into the box of animal-hood. This can be beneficial but also a bit hindering to your growth. Not everything in your life and identity has to be 'animal', do you understand what I'm saying? You're alowed to have an identity outside of alterhumanity.

Now later on in your journey you might realize or decide that nothing in your life/identity/experience is human and thats ok but at the beginning don't force yourself into a box. Really think about and analyze yourself in all contexts, not just in an animal one.

You're alowed to feel human sometimes and your alowed to have an identity outside of alterhumanity.
