i'm still piecing things together but from what i've gathered; over the past 2 days, some incels got so pissed off abt there being no swimsuits in the limbus summer event that they review bombed the app. they planned to harass the main artist but upon learning he's a man, they went after the cg artist instead and dug up her feminist + pro-choice retweets from years ago (not even extremist? just normal women's rights?) i've also heard that a man (men?) physically visited projmoon's office but i'm not entirely sure what went down (projmoon has only posted their announcements about the whole situation in korean at the time of this post)

again, this is what i've pieced together so you can take it w a grain of salt, but the fact of the matter is projmoon did Surprisingly Quickly fire the cg artist and announce it publicly. they won't be replacing the art she already did but this is a massive blow regardless

many projmoon fanartists are locking/deactivating their accounts n moving. i've seen a few kr mutuals pledge to never draw pm again

personally, i'm super upset. but i also don't know what to do yet. i want to hope projmoon steps back n really thinks abt this (though i wouldn't blame the artist if she didn't want to come back either)

while i was writing this something else was revealed -

the artist for the leviathan comic has stated they had problems with projmoon as well...

Guantanamera is one of the few sentient stands among the roster, with a bubbly and joyous personality, like "a treehugger gym bro that's high all the time", with many of its moves not being manifestions of its ability, but rather its unique personality. It's a very simple and versatile stand, able to help others while standing on its own, with good stats and versatile moves, but most of all, laughs were thought of when using it.

Oh my Gosh, you watched it? People i know look at me like i have 5 heads when i bring up things i used to watch.

I think I used to watch a lot of the shows airing on that channel back in the day.

The kind of annoying show Angela Anaconda I believe was on that one, and like strange days at blake holesey high? which i think was canadian (rumored to have daniel clarks brother in it) and I saw a familiar face from one of those RFR or degrassi era crossover kinda kids on (or from lifetime movies), also a music driven talent kind of show with fergie's band wild orchid (? for clarity) which was pre-black eyed peas on most saturday mornings. i recall that show being ultra corny tbh, cringier than star search from the 90s, and lastly i remember some show about s club (a band at the time) where they'd sing and have random adventures in miami, florida for some reason and they're like European with thick euro accents but high energy singing and such, i loved them and was obsessed naturally, and still bop to them if they come on spotify.

At night like on my dinky vhs tapes, i would tune in or record movies like Casper meets Wendy (with a young Hilary Duff) or whatever they had on, during their October blocks of Halloweenish shows and films which they still do when they changed over to ABC family & now more recently Freeform.

Aw so nostalgic right now, such good times in the late 90's and early 2000's. Thanks for messaging me, I don't feel so alone in remembering that show.💌😊
