Real talk, he genuinely become my favorite character because of this. I didn't think of him much in season one, but the fact he got away with all that by basically minding his own damm business is objective very funny.
If there is another series or spinoff, and he appears, I hope he wins every time with whatever goal he has.
absolutely obsessed that singed of all characters took the fattest W in the end like here's dr. plotdevice mcwarcrimes chilling in the background actively making things worse for everyone through the whole show but was so committed to minding his own business he walked out completely unscathed with his daughter newly restored. king shit honestly

Arcane fandom and ships, man, this takes back to 2010s fandoms.
Like with toxic jayvik fans,I saw on Twitter someone slandering any ship that wasn't jayvik, including the goats that are self-shippers, and it's just like I think you need to touch some grass please.
Then there was the Maddie hatred for Catvi (pre final, though i still personally don't hate her and mind you I'm massive Catvi fan), which that whole thing, which was kind of funny, but was also just immature. Your ship isn't ruined just because one of them had a rebound, chill.
Like I know, there's toxic shippers in every fandom, but with a show like arcane, you expect an older base of fans that wouldn't pull a Maddie situation to this extent, especially pre-final.
But then again, toxicity tends to peak when a form of media is at it most popular. Hopefully, the shipping scene will calm down in a few months or so.
Except for time bomb shippers, they're already mostly chill, I have yet to see many toxic shippers with these two. Good for Ekko. My boy deserves the best.

Goddammit Donald.
Today, I learn courthouse have a long history are catching on fire with no known cause or person to blame, thus me and my sister joke there was a batman villain back then who just really like setting courthouses on fire.

I haven't seen you talk much about oswald, understandably so since he's not everyones cup and even if he is theres very little things with him in them but I gotta ask
If oswald got to appear in the comics whach'a think or want his role be? I think people get so creative when talking about this, if you think he shoudnt appear in the comics Any reason why?
i think this topic is so fun because of how diffrently people answear ♡
Oh no, I actually love Ozzie, my brain is just focus on the comics way too much and it been a hot minute since I watched a epic Mickey let's play.
Now, I always go but the ides if there's going use Oswald in the mainline comics, he should probably introduce in an arc that reflects the comics world, It can be inspired by epic Mickey but i don't just want a beat to beat retelling of the game since it won't really work with comics since it so tie to meta idea of forgetten toons. The closest thing that might work is a dimension that suck up people who feel forgotten by the world, which is a sick concept, but I'm getting off the topic.
In short, I want a new story that introduces Oswald and co to comics that fits in line with the universe. Have it be a mystery that Mickey slowly puts together! Get crazy with his family tree, add twist and turns!
Then, at the end, make Oswald a supporting character that appears in every other comic or so that helps Mickey with harder cases that cops can't help with and but also tag along with the occasional accidently adventure.
So yeah, he's basically Mickey’s detective partner that always stands by his side even as Mickey is framed for 4000000th time that week

Alright, the last section for this story. It's time for Conner to finally beat the heck of Kregan while doing his best not to do bodily harm to Sylvester. Also, Mortimer is there.

Maybe I relate to Mickey Mouse because I also keep finding myself in werid situations. Shootout to take time a scenic train ride made my mum (who pay for these tickets) freak out for hot seconds because we drove through part of Arkansas before circling back. Now, I can say I accidentally went to state once, because it I didn't know the train would drive through there, my sister didn't know and clearly my mom didn't know either.

Funny concept: Sylvester and Conner fighting over who knows Mortimer better like two divorced parents.

Meanwhile, Mortimer is the very reason they aren't trying killing eachother in that moment .

The Mickey Rogues playing Mairo party would be the funniest thing ever:
Blot: Definitely the type to try to use a strategy to minimize luck, usually ends up in second anyway.
Pete: No plan except he likes to mess with people during minigames, making them lose early and only ever gets stars by stealing them.
Portis: Tend to team up with Blot midway and also try to minimize luck, usually the one that Pete steals stars from.
Sylvester: Always either get first or last place, there is no in-between, and only get first because he managed to go unnoticed due to all the chaos.
Doublejoke: Somehow, worse then Pete. is a good team player in the frist half but then betrayed everyone in the second. Usually gets first.
Trudy: Doesn't play often but Somehow always wins. She is just very lucky ,(Pete also too in love to stop here and drives Blot up the wall.)
Triplex: Usually too busy fighting with Portis over a science topic to ever be a real treat but sometimes managed to slip into second place if Blot isn't playing
Ecks and Doublex: Do there best to help Triplex win, but otherwise there just messing with Blot.
Miklos: Not here to win but sends a message by messing with everyone game. Usually Pete’s game.
Dr.Vulter: The only one who ever wins with a strategy because he isn't beefing with anyone.
Scuttle: he's just happy to be here, somehow wins because of bonus stars.

Me explaining the simplified version of Conner's backstory: So basically Shyster destroyed his town with the mafia, but then Sly betrayed the mafia and bankrupt them, and now the mafia is blackmailing a already morality questionble Conner into doing their dirty work by holding his mom hostage, but worry Mickey doing his best to fix this mess and saved his mom.
Or in even shorter terms: Sylvester ruins everything as usual.

Damm Mickey can't catch a break
On the topic of "fun" birthdays.
Has anyone seen the movie «Mickey's 60th Birthday»?
Tumblr media
Mickey uses the Sorcerer's hat to fix the party, but some sorcerer curses him for it!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And until Mickey finds his own magic, people won't recognize him. Mickey literally ends up on the street...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And while he's wandering around somewhere, the world is going crazy - Mickey Mouse is MISSING! And Donald is blamed for what happened...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I know there are a couple of fanfics about this movie (and they're pretty sad...), but how many people even know about this movie?
And, more importantly... WHY THE HELL IS THIS NO-NAMED SORCERER ACTING LIKE THE OWNER OF THE HAT?!

I like how there are just causally different dimensions in Mickey Mouse Comics, and Pete of all people accidentally destroyed the Shadow Dimension by trying to bring out too much staff. Like someone please add accidental dimensional destruction to Pete’s villain page.

wiat wait wait mortimer has an uncle ? which happens to be a mickey mouse villain ?? wait that is pretty cool . so like are they out there hanging out as family and hating mickey together lol
Oh no, this isn't Canon at all to the comics. This is a fully fandom thing, sorta of like Felicity and Ameila being different people who are dating and are rising morty and ferbie. So yeah, this pure fandom that me and my mutuals thought would be fun to draw and write stories about, Mortimer and Sylvester actually never meet in canon. It's what you call a level four headcanon. Sorry, I should probably put in a noncanon or au tag.

Insight on how I write Disney character's dialogue:
Mickey Mouse: Uses very common and simple words and phrases. Country-dialect. exchanging almost every -ing verb and nouns with -in'. Also a ton of gotta, wanna, lotta, hafta, 'round, 'cause, 'bout, etc.
Goofy / Horace / Clarabelle: Similar as above but somehow more hardcore.
Penelope: Southern. Which is honestly very similar to country dialect wise. Though I try to use more idioms.
Minnie / Daisy: "Standard" way of speaking. Uses a lot of common words and phrases.
The Phantom Blot: Very eloquent, poetic, and with a higher level of vocabulary than most. I try to avoid using contractions with him, unless completely necessary.
Pete: Very much his own beast... But also a blast to write. I just imagine his voice in my head and try to write out what it sounds like.
