An atypical dysphoria term pertaining to one's dysphoria caused by a disconnection between how others perceive you or your identity and how you perceive yourself or your identity.

Example:

Someone who is CuteObsersuix may feel dysphoria around being perceived or not being perceived as cute but others, often only preferring to be called cute by specific people or only wanting a partner to perceive them as something other than cute. The distinction is up to the person using the term.

Etymology:

Obser coming from the Latin root word for observe or observed, "observāre", "to observe" being a synonym for "to perceive"

Sui being the Latin word for self

Interexter

A term describing ones relation with ones outer self being disconnected in some way to ones inner self, with any multitude of aspects not matching up due to atypical dysphoria of some kind.

A person who feels their body's skin details do not match their inner self image, say for scars, would be scarintexter or interexscar. -intexter or -interexter being the suffix, or interex- being a prefix.

Inclusive to system alters, alterhumanity, and any and all things that may cause one atypical dysphoria.

Not a transid term. Radqueers and transx cannot touch this.

This post doesn't support any harmful transitions, only identity affirmation and a term to help describe ones dysphoria.

Etymology:

Inter -> interiore is Latin for inner

Exter -> exterius is Latin for outer

Latin is also the root of both French and Spanish which both have words starting in inter/exter for inner and outer (and are also the languages my partner and I speak <3)

Boss+Personal Assistant: a 16+ nichelink relationship where one person in the nichelink takes a “boss” role and the other/s take an “personal assistant” role.

this is a subset of Boss+Employee. i chose to make this 16+ because of the focus/dedication described whereas i feel like Boss+Employee is easier to interpret as just for fun. wikipedia describes a personal assistant this way:

An assistant helps with time and daily management, of meetings, correspondence, and note-taking. The role of a personal assistant can be varied, such as answering phone calls, taking notes, scheduling meetings, emailing, texts, etc. In business or personal contexts, assistants are people who provide services that relieve his or her employer from the stress of tasks that are associated with managing one's personal and/or business life.

this nichelink may include, but is not limited to:

deep trust/understanding, possibly enough that the assistant is trusted to manage funds, take notes, write emails, make appointments, make phone calls, or other tasks for the boss

the assistant otherwise helping the boss with their work or personal projects

tertiary attraction like tutelary attraction

the boss trading benefits/rewards to the assistant in exchange for work, instead of funds, if it's not feasible for them to pay at the moment

the assistant being a recovering r*dqueer and the boss wanting to help them express their feelings of wanting to be "subservient" to someone in a healthier and risk-aware fashion

Okay, what you do is get a block of wax. Then you get a brush hooked up to a cartridge that lets out ink at a steady pace. Clip that brush to a metal arm with a pick at the other end. Every move you make with the brush is copied by the pick at the other end of the stiff arm. Push the block of wax under the pick. Place your seal paper under your brush. Draw out your seal while the pick copies your movements in the wax (idk, there’s gotta be some balance between softness and thickness so it can still carve a shallow line when you lift the brush). Harden the wax or transfer the imprint to a metal copy.

Set up a new arm with a roller ball instead of the pick. Follow the imprint saved in the wax/metal with your brush on a fresh sheet of seal paper.

Mass copy seals.

Like many folks with limitted energy and mobility, future grandfather-in-law has the TV on constantly. And I'm feeling very "their accursed television vs our beloved youtubes" about it. I do not want your moving pictures, I declare, with my own moving pictures playing on my phone. But my moving pictures come with adblock, whilst theirs most assuredly do not. So I feel at least lightly justified in my feelings.

With that said, I would much prefer that the 85-year-old man with memory issues be entrusted to the Smithsonian channel and its endless replays of airplane disaster docs and breakdowns of the wwii pacific theatre than throwing him to the thankless jaws of the youtubr autoplay algorithm, ads or not.

Assistant Regulator Flag

The dark, dull purples represent the upset and bad feelings of the emotional or disregulated alter. The nice soft and sunny yellows represents the calming / balancing effect of the Assistant Regulator. The cream and white symbol in the middle is a pair of hands holding each other in the shape of a heart, it represents the specific partnership between dysregulated alter and assistant regulator, and the kind of caring affection the assistant regulator has for their charge.
