truthfully? i don’t know that i could justifiably put it into words but i feel as though i’ve spent my whole life in darkness up until recently when i met someone who’s value to me can only be described as that of a treasure. and now, whenever i’m away from them, it feels almost as if i’ve been swallowed up by that darkness again and i’m just clawing and scratching blindly until i’m back with them. i don’t even know how to express it properly without scaring them away. i don’t know if i should express it to them because i don’t exactly live a safe and comfortable life, i don’t want to endanger them by getting too close.
