scandinavian trio headcanons?🧌
Alrighty!
-they rely on Denmark as a mouth piece. Norway and Sweden have the social skills of a neuro divergent ant. There is no way they are ever to be trusted to hold a competent social interaction.
-Norway is often times portrayed as this really dainty, weak guy, but you'd have to be pretty damn strong to pull Denmark and Sweden apart when their petty fights turn physical.
-old. Like... A lot older than they're often headcanoned. You can't convince me Denmark isn't at least in his late thirties.
-they have really interesting stories about their viking days. Piece of advice, if you want to hear said stories in a coherent way, do not ask them if more than one of them is in the room. The amount of 'No, that's not how that happened' s you'll hear will probably be more than the actual story.
-in every trio there's a duo and if Denmark takes Norway's side in one more argument, Sweden will commit atrocities.
-despite being pretty decent parental figures for their respective children, only each other know how absolutely clueless they are.
-have a pretty hard time relating to the other two because of the age gap. The three's ages range from late thirties to late twenties while Iceland and Finland are both 16-17/20-21 respectively.

came on tumblr to find some funny fanart and history facts but i blew theough my feed so funky wrring ideas time!
here's a little hogwarts x hetalia idea i was working on to entertain myself the other day
So the premise was that, y'know how in HP there's dragons and a couple are Scandinavian? Norweigen Eidgeback, Sweedish Shoetsnout. And Denmark has a magical government. Finland the personification also probably has some magic because of the whole santa thing, and just becuase tou can't see norway's trolls doesn't mean you don't know Hp magic cuz even muggles can see that stuff. So let's assume countries could see HP magic, just not always do it themselves. And i would hope they know about their magical governmwnts except maybe America who is in denial. Actually maybe Germany doesn't know either but you canMt tell me the Nordics don't know about theirs, not when Norway is right there and Iceland literally has A TALKING BIRD and can probably dk magic if he wanted to and Sweden is up in the air (i like the headcanon he's very much in need of a new glasses prescription) but i want to say he does because finland + isn't durnatrang somewhere up there and potentially in Sweden? And Denmark, well he's besties with Norway sooooo
also you can't tell me they didn't know for 1000 years like c'mon. Older countries def know about magic and younger countries are like modern people, they don't believe it unless it's smack in their face. Can't tell me HTTYD came out of nowhere either and is based on VIKINGS-
anyways lets say this is set like 2000s after stuff dies down
so i had this little picture where the nordics got really bored and what did they do? Hey look, a dragon! Let's ride it!
iceland thinks it's a bad idea but nation power = animals galore so anyways now Norway and Swedenband suprirsingly Denmark are being menaces on dragons. Finland is filmin but soon joins Sweden on his Sweedish Shortsnout. Iceland will keep his feet on the ground thank you very much he does not like flying, when his whole thing is boats and water and fishing.
well before he knows it, the Nordics have a new paatime: professional dragon riding. And professional HTTYD-type fighting. Cuz wizards love old stuff like that.
they get a little popular to Iceland's annoyance
anyways at some point they end up at hogwarts and oh joy this is fine. Iceland just has to talk to each year, because five days = mornings + afternoons = ten slots for this little guest series and if they give years 1-7 one of those slots each and then some extra time for the COMC class and then pne more day for doing whatever like demos or stuff or in case of a delay, it works out peefectly! Iceland as the one not riding gets deemed "the lresenter" but its fine he leads tours of his home all the time anyways being in tourism buisness.
and anyways they're using Norway's usual ruse of "my name is Lukas Bondevik, heir of the Ancient House lf Bondevik" and Sweden pulls out his "my laat name is Oxenstierna" card whoch Denmark stares and gapes at. While sweden snickers, and Iceland just triesbto figure out s family tree to explain that one because seriously you guys one day the public will realize something's up idc if the both governments muggle and matic said it's fine-
anyways he always starts his spiel to the children with with "don't try this at home dragons are DANGEEROUS, yes rhe hirncolor is natural, and for the older ones "no i am taken i am not single" (he's refering to having a life partner in a bird as his one truest friend btw)
and iceland is just kinda done by the end lf it, cuz he's on the ground and the nordics are showing off more and more and finally on the laat day after telling everyone he doesnt fly for pwrsonal reaskns he loses it at Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland teasing him and oop now he's flying and the others are scrambling a little because it's Iceland that knows things the wizards want to know, and Denmark is trying to keep it together while Norway takes pics and Sweden is flying because kh gosh iceland gkt on NORWAY's dragon and Finland is laughing. Hogwarts is amazed the 17 year. Old can also fly but also omfg-
and that's as far as i got for now tbh

Do you have Faroe Islands and Aaland islands OCs? 😊 Or other children of the Nordics. How do you view them? I would like to know
I do have Faroe and Åland oc's though they're both kinda work in progresses still 😅
for a total list you have
Denmark's kids
Kalmar Union - Henrik (deceased)
Kristiania - Benedikte
Sweden's kids
Åland - Kristiina
New Sweden - Johan (deceased)
Ladonia - Arvid
Norway's kids (not particularly in age order; my man got around during the viking age lmao)
Shetland - Liv
Orkney - Bodil
Faroe - Ida
Iceland - Ari
Isle of Man - Erik
Caithness - Ailsa
Sutherland - Solveig
Greenland - Sia
Helluland - Anders (deceased)
Markland - Aksel (deceased)
Vinland - Dagny (deceased)
how I view all of them would be a really long post so i'll just do what I have for Åland because out of the two you asked for I have more on her haha ( side note; I hc Finland as being trans and all three of Sweden's kids were mothered by Fin)
So anyway; Kristiina was born in the 1380s around the same time Kastelholm Castle was built. That makes her younger than all of Norway's kids by a good 300 years, but older than Denmark's oldest by about 10-15 years (aka her and Henrik were physically about the same age). Her childhood was interesting, cause not only was it a time when upper class/noble parents weren't all that involved in raising their children but also Björn wasn't around all that often, and Kasper really didn't get along all that well with Björn at the time and was distant not wanting to acknowledge they had a child together. All of her cousins were either far older, or had more responsibilities than her; because I do believe her and Henrik did a few years of their basic schooling together he reached about ten and suddenly was being taught things 'not appropriate for young ladies'. So she's alone again.
In August of 1521 when Harald and Björn got into their Last Big Fight, the Straw that would break the camels back; all she remembers about actually leaving are snippets where she woke up to her papa carrying her, and her parents whisper arguing about something (she couldn't tell you what). She was told she woke up at some point and asked where they were going but was just told not to worry about it, and to be quiet. There was a year or two where she was left in Lübeck in Germany with a couple different people to watch over her. She didn't really see either of her parents for those two years, they didn't even technically come back for her. A letter just came one day asking for her to brought to Stockholm. At the time she was just relieved to see her parents again, but now she sometimes look back at it in a bittersweet way, it took two years of being apart for them to be excited to see her.
I'm gonna jump forward to 1809; she's about fifteen physically when Finland and Åland are ceded to Russia. For the first time in her life she had no one to speak to except her mother, Kristiina had always gravitated towards Björn because he never well... he never seemed as if he regretted her existence, to be blunt. Even when he was gone on months long trips for some reason or another she would beg to go with him to avoid being stuck with just her mother. But her uncle was there at least, and Kasper turned into an entirely different person around Kalev; a happier person, even if comparatively the situation was worse.
It was still super odd for Kris, she had been around mostly her dads family her entire life and suddenly she's been moved from her home and is interacting far more with her mom's side of the family (her Finnish is iffy at best at this point). And her mother, a woman she had always known to be very quiet and fidgety was suddenly loud and always getting in dumb fights with her siblings. The big turning point in their relationship would be a fight they would get into where something along the lines of "Don't you want to go back to Stockholm? Don't you want to go home?" "Stockholm was never home." would be said.
jumping to modern day bc i'm bored
she's kind of distant by now, her relationship to both her parents became odd once she went to live by herself, and even a little more when Arvid was born because both of her parents were happy about him and it upsets her seeing them treat him differently.
It's not as if her relationship with them is absolute garbage, and she's bitter and isolates herself now. She's just an adult, and there's things from her childhood, and with her relationships to her parents she's had to reconcile. I think she's accidentally become very close to Kalev because he seemed like Kasper's opposite while still being family and someone she could see regularly. She did want to be apart of Sweden again for a little bit, but not in a 'would be upset if it didn't happen' way because she is also trying to be on better terms with Kasper.
I don't know... she just had a long and complicated childhood most nations do, and now she's just doing her best to hang on to the things she did like about it, while also trying to forget most of it? If that makes sense.
also kinda random side note: I think she prides herself on being more 'quiet and stoic' like Sweden but anyone who's been around her for more than five minutes knows she is neither of those things and is far more like Finland. Though no on is going to tell her that.
#hws åland#hws sweden#hws finland#sorry this took so long!!#hetalia#i know it's kinda rambly and long i'm bad at talking about oc's personalities without giving entire histories about them

the Seven react to a toddlers' public tv show about pirates that say "a real pirate always does good deeds and love to share and have lots of fun!"
"Eh. Let them. The modern image of piracy has evolved so far from its origins of our time, I can imagine the discourse in social media if you attempt to correct the public outside of academic circles. Such as how the word 'pirate' during the day was as dreaded as it would be for 'serial killer' or 'mass murderer' today, so most actual pirates would insist other vernacular such as 'privateer' to sound 'softer' or more legitimate."
"How about the fact that a lot of pirates fought for political loyalties? Blackbeard wasn't raiding for shits and giggles or for some blown-up fight against freedom and liberty, he was a Jacobite who wanted House Stuart back in the English throne. A rebel, yes, but not the kind you'd think he is. Not to mention a good number of pirates were nobles bored with their lives and resorted to piracy because they didn't like the status quo."
"I can imagine people sending death threats for daring to remind people pirates tend to be slavers and treated slaves as cargo as opposed to the popular image of abolitionists and freedom fighters, and that racism was just as rampant as with everyday civilians as they are with any other criminal."
"Oh, oh, tell them 'Calico Jack' Rackham actually SUCKED as a pirate! He wasn't fearsome or accomplished, he was a drunken layabout! And that Anne Bonny and Mary Read were nothing special as women pirates, women pirates were not as rare as you think they are! AND they don't HAVE to wear men's clothing to be accepted in any pirate crew! It was a matter of pragmatism in combat!"
"Just outright state that the source of pirate 'history' for much of existence of pirate research comes from a book that just bullshitted its 'facts' and can be debunked fairly easily if you just cross-reference other elements of history contemporary of the times. Please, for the love of God, do not use 'A General History of the Pyrates' as your primary source of pirate history. Even back in 1724, it was all nonsense."
"Piracy sucked. We're no exception. For any 'goodness' we display in the name of virtue, that's on us as people through personal choice, not as romantic freedom fighting vagabonds. There is a reason the Golden Age of Piracy ended the way it did, and why pirates today are not at all seen through the same rosy lenses popular media today uses."
"With that said, feel free to continue to perpetuate the stereotype that pirates are fun, virtuous, and harmless. Let children have fun, let people have their blockbusting films. At least we got that catchy song from that one girl with the pink hair and plastic puppets. I forget where it's from. Norway? Finland? What's the show called again? Crazytown????"
#TL;DR: they know it's all wrong they just don't care anymore lmao#yes I know what the song is what show is and where it's from lmao#I'm being silly#[Captain Josep Frascona]#[Abena Frascona]#[Rashid al-Qadar]#[Wang Ruixiong]#[Guy Duchamp]#[Giovanni Vespuccii]#slavery tw#racism tw#crime tw

Nordic countries unite to fight Sweden’s gang violence epidemic
Nordic countries will step up police co-operation and set up a centre in Stockholm to prevent Sweden’s serious gang problem from spreading to Norway, Finland and Denmark, Reuters reports.
Swedish gangs have long been among the most violent in Europe, but this year 10 Swedes – more than half of them minors – were charged in Denmark with attempted murder or weapons possession, prompting alarm and sharp criticism in Denmark.
Swedish Justice Minister Gunnar Strommer told Reuters on Wednesday that Sweden and Denmark would send police officers to each other’s countries in response. He also said:
“An important reason for this is to be able to share information between our countries in real time. Both to be able to identify at an earlier stage which children and young people are at risk of being drawn into these criminal networks, and to prevent it.”
A Nordic centre will be set up in Stockholm, with police officers from Finland, Norway and Denmark. Norwegian and Finnish police officers are already working there, and the Danes will join them in a few weeks.
Swedish gang members are hired by Danish gangs to carry out brutal attacks on rivals. Danish Justice Minister Peter Hummelgaard said there have been 25 such cases since April alone.
He called them “child soldiers” and said Sweden had a “sick” culture of violence that Denmark did not want to see.

FATHER : Final description of the character
Name :
Harald the Redbeard
Attributes/Traits:
Loves to feast and drink mead
A true Viking at heart, with a burning desire to raid and conquer new lands
Known for incorporating silly jokes and puns into his battle strategies
Famous for his fiery red beard, which he dyes with beet root juice to keep its vibrant color
Strong and fierce warrior and a skilled and respected leader among his clan
A bit of a hothead and quick to anger
Despite his intimidating outer appearance, Harald has a soft spot for his family and can often be found doting on his wife and children
Personal Accessories(?) / Attributes:
Wears a set of arm ring, which are traditional sign of wealth and status among Vikings
Carries a drinking horn, which he uses to drink mead and other beverages.
A battle-axe: Harald carries a battle-axe, which he received as a gift from a neighboring chieftain as a sign of friendship and alliance.
A shield : He also owns a shield, with his clan's symbol painted on it, that he uses in battle. The shield is passed down to him by his father, it has many scars and dents on it, each one tells a different tale of Harald’s fierce battles.
History:
Harald the Redbeard was born into a small Viking clan in the 9th century. Ever since he was very young, he showed talent for leadership and a fierce love for adventure.
Harald eventually grew up to be the leader of his Viking clan. He led many successful raids, but also many comical ones, such as raiding a monastery for their delicious pastries, or a wealthy merchant's ship because it had a fancy figurehead of a dragon.
He was often referred to as "the Redbeard" not just because of his fiery red beard but also because of his stubborn demeanor and tendency to get into arguments with other Vikings. Nevertheless, despite all of his quirks, he had successfully led his clan in many raids and battles, gaining him a reputation as a brave warrior.
Setting (Backstory):
Harald’s clan is based in a small village located on the coast of Norway. It’s a rugged and beautiful place, with towering mountains and deep fjords. The villagers are tough, used to surviving the harsh winters and fighting off raiders from neighboring clans. Although, despite the constant threat of battle, the village is a lively place, with feasts, mead-drinking contests, and epic storytelling sessions taking place on a regular basis.
Harald’s village is located in a strategic spot for raids to the British Isles and the Frankish empire, but sometimes they accidentally raid the wrong village because Harald can’t read maps in the excitement of raiding. They are known for their humorous and light-hearted approach to raiding, often incorporating puns and jokes into their battle strategies.
Harald’s village is surrounded by other Viking clans who they have friendly rivalry and they often challenge each other to see who can raid the most monasteries and bring back the most loot.
Harald’s goal is to one day lead his clan on a successful raid to the mythical land of Finland, where it is said to have the best mead to exist and the grass is always lush.
But Harald’s ultimate goal is to one day have the most vibrant red beard in the Viking village and be known as the “Redbeard of all Redbeards.” He dreams of perfecting the art of dyeing his beard to make it the most vibrant and striking shade of red possible yet it would always fade away. He would also challenge any and all comers to a dyeing competition, determined to become the undisputed champion of the most vibrant red beard in the land.

Chapter #4
Ladonia knew to always keep a tight hold on hanatamago's lead. She was a tiny little pupper, but she was very fierce and very determined to run off. Still, he loved getting to hold her lead. He and Sealand often fought over who'd get to do it, but Sealand had already gotten tired of walking and begged to be carried by Sweden who happily obliged.
Finland was very happy to not have to fight with a tiny dog to keep her close and used his new found freedom to keep an open dialogue with Sweden who was more than happy to listen.
Sealand was even happier to be carried. Walking through the snow was very hard for a kid who was used to a much smoother terrain. As such he often tired easily, but Sweden, being as caring as he is, always made it clear that he was more than happy to carry him whenever he got tired. Sealand was only reluctant to take that offer because ladonia often teased him for needing to be carried like a baby. Ladonia of course was always chastised for doing this, but he never really stopped.
Though, now of course, he was too occupied with trying to keep the vicious beast known as hanatamago at bay.
"oh man! I forgot how nice it is to get out of the house and do something for once, isn't it, Su-san?"
Sweden gives a curt nod.
"mm..."
"oh, I really miss being a kid. Going out to play, pretend you were having some sort of adventure."
Sweden thought for a moment. He thought it wise to avoid mentioning that he actually went on proper 'adventures' as a child. Mostly led by Denmark with his usually half-baked schemes, but a lot of them ended successfully, so there was that.
He was glad that Sealand and Ladonia got to play like proper children.
Finally he gives a proper response.
"Finland, it's very hard for us to have 'adventures' without getting into political trouble these days."
"I don't mean for us to go out and colonise a country. That might be what adventure means for Britain, but for me, it just means finding something cool or interesting and making up possibilities as to where it could have come from."
Sweden gave a slight smile. That could be fun.
"alright, we should try to find something interesting. Care to help us out, Sealand?"
Sealand beams.
"you want something interesting? Okay! I'll find you one."
Ladonia turns around and hands the lead to Finland.
"I bet I can find something better."
Sealand gives Ladonia a look then grins with determination.
Finland secures a tight grip on hanatamago and smiles.
"Just stay in sight, okay?"
The two boys nod then run up ahead each trying to find something that stood out.
Sweden has to keep himself from positively beaming at the sight of those two boys trying to find something in the snow.
The snowing had been a lot lighter these days thankfully. Blizzards are never fun.
"There! I found something!"
Both Sweden and Finland exchange a look, almost shocked that Sealand had actually found something.
They follow Sealand's finger to the ground and...
"that's nothing! It's just a footstep."
Ladonia clearly didn't think it was that interesting, neither did Finland, but he didn't want to disappoint Sealand.
Sweden however had a strange feeling. Sometimes wasn't right.
Until he realised what was wrong.
"that's not any footstep. That's Iceland's."
Finland, clearly taken aback, gives Sweden an incredulous look.
"how would you know?"
"he had those boots made specially. The markings are different than any of ours and unless you also know someone who has a similar pair of boots I think it's safe to assume they're his."
"the markings aren't even that clear. They've been snowed all over."
"true, but there are other things that prove that they're Iceland's."
"really? What?"
"the markings are all slightly deeper at the front than at the back, only Iceland and Norway walk on their tiptoes in the snow. The distance between each step is proportional with Iceland's gait. He also always slightly leans to the left when he walks."
"you pay too much attention to these things."
"I tend to pay attention to the way people walk because I look down when I walk."
Finland shrugs.
"we could follow them to see where they end up."
Finland glances at Sweden in shock.
"what? No! Absolutely not. What if it lands us somewhere dangerous?"
"dangerous? Iceland?"
"he's a teenager. Probably dogging off to do drugs or something. Smoke with his teen friends. Whatever teens do these days."
"not to offend, but most of his friends have bigger problems than drugs. Iceland's asthmatic so I doubt he's off smoking or doing drugs, plus, he's not exactly the type to do those things."
Sealand and Ladonia already looked keen on following the footsteps.
Finland sighs, and reluctantly agrees.

Since my state, Georgia, is having the annual Peaches to Beaches event which is two days of statewide yard sales, I thought it would be interesting to show how America, the states, and any other countries wanting to participate both 1p and 2p would be during this event. So here you go!
Georgia is happily selling fresh produce like boiled peanuts and Vidalia onions and peach-based deserts. Her homemade peach cobbler and ice cream are to die for!
Antonio (Spain) also sells many fresh tomatoes, olives, and other vegetables. He doesn't understand why no one wants his Olive Juice though.
Hawaii and Alaska make a killing selling lemonade at their stand with a free complimentary handmade flower crown with every purchase. While using their sheer cuteness to attract everyone including one of those sweet biker gangs. It's really surreal to see a huge gang of buff, tattooed, tough-looking guys in leather wearing flower crowns and drinking lemonade. Allen's also there to supervise and ward of creep. Also, to provide people more 'incentive' to buy their lemonade.
Texas breaks out the Texas BBQ and is in a Barbecuing turf war with Jett (Australia). They draw huge crowds for the five-alarm chili as well and hold a competition who can eat the most without burning out their tongues and/or passing out.
Florida sells some of the weirdest stuff you'll ever see. "Want a full-scale model of a gator made entirely out of bottle caps? Only ten bucks! Want a portrait of Florida Man painted with orange juice? 15 bucks!"
Nevada also tries to sell weird and sketchy stuff to scam everyone. "This piece is the genuine article folks! One napkin gently used by Elvis Presley himself! Just 500 bucks! Also, gets into a haggling war with Lars (Netherlands). Somewhere Alfred's dad instincts go off and he reminds himself to ground Nevada.
California, Oregon, and Washington collaborate and California sells anything vegan or made with avocadoes and the autographs of Hollywood stars, Oregon sells his old tye-dyed shirts and records, they also made him sell his old groovy hippy bus from the sixties he'd never got rid of no one knew they had. Oregon can be a bit of a hoarder, so they had to tie him to a chair and gag him because he wouldn't surrender the bus without a fight. Washington also tries to sell and drink cups of coffee, but in the hot Southern heat, this doesn't end well.
Louisiana sells anything Cajun-style from frog legs to fresh gumbo, to beignets. Also has a full collection of Mardi Gras masks and shrunken voodoo heads on sale for two bucks a pop.
Gilbert (Prussia) gets tricked by Nevada and gets a ton of stupid things he doesn't need. Ludwig (Germany) tries unsuccessfully to keep him on a metaphorical leash.
Ludwig always checks the quality of things he sees and buys dog toys and supplies for Blackie, Berlitz, and Astor. Later, he actually buys a kiddie leash for Gilbert.
All the while Lutz (2p! Germany) is asleep in a lawn chair with his hat on his face after drinking like six cold beers from this really good booth. All the while, Klaus (2p! Prussia) finds an antique Teutonic Knights flag from a vendor whose family was from Germany.
Vash (Switzerland) buys antique guns from Alabama and Roderich (Austria) also checks out some of Tennessee's guitars. He's horrified upon seeing Alabama's banjo and washboard.
Mathew (Canada) and Emma (Belgium) combine their powers and tag team to sell the best pancakes and waffles on earth with genuine Canadian maple syrup.
New York sells tons of baseball memorabilia and collectibles. Allen, trying to save his bad-boy image, tries to be discreet when buying some while taking Hawaii and Alaska around to get something with their lemonade money. James also gets some hockey memorabilia with Michigan and Minnesota who also got snow cones.
Alaska and Hawaii see a giant deluxe dollhouse but are almost in tears when they don't have enough money. But they end up getting it for free because no one can resist their weaponized puppy dog eyes. Also, no one can resist a growling Allen. Using the leftover money, they buy cute little rainbow umbrella hats for everyone and have Allen wear one who begrudgingly accepts it.
James, walking by with an armful hockey gear and flannel shirts, bursts out laughing when he sees this. In revenge, Allen forces him to wear one too and help him carry the dollhouse, much to Hawaii and Alaska's delight! "I said go my way puck head!" "No, it's my way, you vegan loving hoser!" A passing Francis (France)' is in stylish horror when they also make him and a nonchalant Luis (2p! France), holding a case of vintage wines, wear them too. Hawaii and Alaska go around giving umbrella hats to everyone including a sleeping Lutz they pass by.
Loving (Romano) practically has to supervise Feliciano (Italy) and keep him from buying anything too stupid on impulse or get scammed. They still end up with stacks upon stacks of cookbooks, kitchen wear, and a Mona Lisa made entirely out of Macaroni. They also get umbrella hats.
Flavio (2p! Romano) browses through clothing racks to get ideas for his vintage line. Also checks out the handmade fabrics like quilts. "Such craftsmanship! This pattern is so unique and chic! I simply must have it! What's your price Bella?" The nice old woman selling the quilt just smiles, "Oh just about five dollars young man." "Perfect!" Flavio hands the quilts off to Andreas (2p! Spain) who's practically buried underneath the fabric. Luciano (2p! Italy) facepalms while holding a new knife set in its case. "Oooh! Look at those adorable hats I just have to have one." Cue three more umbrella hats and a humiliated Luciano. "Just kill me now..."
Katyusha (Ukraine), Elizaveta (Hungary), Lillie (Liechtenstein), Natalya, (Belarus), Katya( 2p! Ukraine) and Anastasia (2p! Belarus), and Michelle (Seychelles) explore with armfuls of clothes, new ribbons, and a gun case for Switzerland (Lillie), cast iron frying pans (Elizaveta, watch out Prussia!), farm tools (Katyusha), Jewelry and unmentionables (Katya), dresses (Anastasia), an assortment of switchblades (Natalya), and one of those singing fish on a plague (Michelle). It's definitely an interesting group.
Kiku (Japan) and Kuro (2p! Japan) find a nerd booth selling comics, manga, and Japanese weapons like katanas. Kuro test swings a blade and tries to slice the table so hard it breaks the blade, "Hmmm, not sharp enough for me, got anything else?" He throws it on the pile of broken blades he's already tested. Kiku stockpiles on limited-edition manga and he and the vendor end up getting into a huge, heated by Kiku standards, debate on who's waifu is best. Further down, Alfred reads every Marvel/DC comic while keeping an ear out on every state's location. He checks on Texas via his glasses and notices he's beating Australia in the chili contest. "That's my boy!"
Wisconsin wearing a cheese head sells anything cheese-based. He's got cheddar, goat cheese, string cheese, cheese spray, gorgonzola, grilled cheese, cheese curds, Mac n' Cheese, cheese sculptures of all world monuments, you name it he's got it! He also starts a war with Iowa's corn dishes and Idaho's potato dishes. They eventually end up flinging cheese, potatoes, and corn after they start dissing each other's foods. "Take this cheese brain!" "Nice aim, I-da-ho!" "I told you not to call me that!" "I'm gonna go children of the corn on y'all's behinds!" Poor Nebraska is stuck in the middle.
Alfred (America) hears the commotion and using his parent radar, immediately knows who it is and reminds himself to ground Iowa, Wisconsin, and Idaho later along with Nevada who, though still grounded for sure, makes him feel a little proud of since he managed to out haggle Netherlands.
New Mexico and Arizona also sell Native American handicrafts along with things like dreamcatchers and giant inflatable aliens. While Delaware, being the boring stick in the mud that he is, walks by with a framed and complete U.S. quarter collection from a vendor.
Kansas sells out of every sunflower she had courtesy of Ivan (Russia). Ivan and her the team up to buy out every sunflower seed from here to kingdom come. Viktor (2p! Russia) buys all the vodka he can find and a new shovel while Xiao (2p! China) tries giving people tattoos for 10 bucks a pop.
He tries to convince Yao (China) to get a hello kitty one to match the giant plushie he's holding, with the encouragement of Leon (Hong Kong) and Yong Soo (South Korea) who all collectively agree he needs to quit being such a grandpa. They also like calling him an antique-like the items on sale. " Aiyah! I'm not that old, aru!" "Yeah, you are Sensei." "Don't deny it! Da Ze!" Respect your elders!" "Tattoos originated in Korea da ze!" He totally is that old.
Oliver (2p! England) holds a bake sale and has people lined up for blocks to get some. Arthur (England), after having his scones shut down after it poisoned some unlucky squirrels, fries selling authentic magical items like unicorn hair or pixie dust. Everyone thinks he's a little crazy but he did sell a good bit of old magic books he needed to get out of his house, after making sure no one could actually use them of course.
The Nordics also went perusing for antique and handmade furniture when Mathias (Denmark) spots two full sets of Viking costumes and tries to get Lukas (Norway) to try them on with him. Lukas wasn't amused.
Berwald (Sweden) and Tino (Finland) also find a great handmade table to get after inspecting the workmanship and a full Lego set for Peter (Sealand), now if only Mathias would stop squealing like a little kid at the full piece lego death star. Emil (Iceland) keeps thinking he's the mature one until he spots a mini top hat and cane for Mr. Puffin.
In the end, everyone ends up wearing umbrella hats courtesy of Hawaii and Alaska, loving all the strange things they bought or counting the profits they made. Alfred (America) is proud of his kids and visits everyone one of their stands. He ends up looking pretty funny with an umbrella hat (HW, AK), a washboard, (AL),a picture of Florida Man, (FL), a balloon alien (NM, AZ), a tye dye shirt (CA, WA, OR), hockey stick shaped glasses (MN, MI), a giant stack of comics with a replica Thor hammer and Captain America shield on his back, all in a shopping cart (NV), and a giant turkey leg in his hand (Tx). Unsurprisingly, it was a tie between Oliver, Texas, and Australia for who earned the most with their food. Georgia just smiled as this was another great year for her state and people!

May I request The Nordics plus Austria and Prussia when their kid shows them the A+ they got on an essay they had to write about their favorite person and the person they wrote about was their country papa 😿
No rush and I hope your day and tomorrow are filled with joy! (I hope I’m not bothering you with how often I request 😅)
Thank you for the compliment! I'm happy to make others happy as well! And don't worry about sending multiple Requests! I love it!
Also this Request is really cute, and I really enjoy turning everyone into a soft Dad (lol).
The Nordics, Prussia and Austria: Their kid gets an A+ on a special report!
Nordics:
Sweden:
He was trying so hard not to just blurt out how proud he was, but the happy whimper he let out let his kid know he, was in fact, proud.
Then he read the report.
His kid had written about him, and how he's their favorite person.
A silent tear than fell and he immediately embraced his kid.
Sometimes the best appreciation is the silent kind!
Finland:
He was off his rockers happy for the A+! High fives all around.
Oh but then he read the report! It was about him, and how he was the kids favorite person! Really!?
He was over the moon, and had to fight back tears, immediately twirling his child around, happily listening to their giggles.
Iceland:
Mr.Puffin best him to congratulations on the A+. Now Mr.Puffin has a ribbon muzzle.
He gave his kid a shy pat on the head and a good job, trying his best to sound sincere. Hoping his point was getting across.
When he asks about what he wrote about, and their response was their favorite person, he asked who. "You "
He immediately clutched his chest, cheeks flaring red. His child was being too wholesome and he had to sit down.
He took them out for ice cream, and he's lucky his kid is his. His whole behavior would have worried most children.
Norway:
He was silent, face extremely focused when he was reading. He was proud, but was now trying to decipher his feelings over being his kids favorite person.
Seeing the happy beam in his eyes made him smile, and pat their head.
"Let's go out to eat today..."
The report card is proudly hanging on the fridge.
Denmark:
He's vibrating at inhuman frequencies with happiness.
The smirk gets even wider when they tell him the report is about him.
He's going around bragging about it to all the other Nordics, because of course!
He went and made a copy for himself. Very happy father moment.
Others:
Prussia:
An A+? Means Awesome!
But seriously, man had tears in the Corner of his eyes seeing how proud his child was.
He doesn't care what his kids grades are, so long they try their hardest, but something about that big ol smile on his kids face made him feel all giddy.
Then he gets to read it, and is through the roof.
Immediately calls Germany to tell him. The kid is getting praise from both his dad, and his uncle.
It was a very happy moment for everyone involved.
Austria:
Is on of those "as to be expected by my kid" kind of guys. But is inwardly celebrating.
When he sees the joyous and proud look on his kids face start to fade, he immediately asks them to read it
He didn't want them to think he wasn't proud, he just sometimes sucks at parenting.
Becomes speechless over the report, and the topic.
Is slightly confused as to why they'd want to write about him. No one's ever thought of him that highly unless it was Hungary.
If his kid keeps quiet they can catch the few sniffles he makes while reading it.
Maybe he doesn't suck as a parent that badly...

2p Denmark
Name: Markell Køhler
Age: 25 human, 1521 nation
Height: 5’10
Weight: 182 lbs.
Appearance: Between Markell and his 1p, they both have amazingly soft, spikey blond hair. Though Markell’s has a more golden shine to it. Markell has drooping blue-violet eyes that make him look relaxed from a distance, but when you look into his eyes you know that he is very alert.
Markell has a very sharp and toned body. He is built in similar broadness to his 1p and both of them can pull heavyweights like an ox with a wagon.
Markell wears nice suits, though he doesn’t carry the jacket around. Markell doesn’t enjoy jackets, he likes the feeling of the cold and usually goes without one. He tends to wear his suits nicely, but if he needs to do dirty work, he will roll up his sleeves. Denmark’s clothing tends to be monotone in color. Blacks or whites for pants and shirts, with the main splash of color coming from his tie. Like his flag, his tie is usually red. Markell likes to wear gloves and keep his hands protected in case of a fight. They are leather gloves that are black as night and his current pair have been around since World War 2.
Personality: Markell isn’t very expressive. He tends to stay monotone and stoic ninety percent of the time. At times it annoys his brothers, but he could care less. He believes the fewer emotions he shows the less control he is handing over. There are times when he enjoys the frustration that his brothers express when he doesn’t react to their taunts.
He is mature. Markell gets annoyed at childish antics, especially in moments when they aren’t welcomed. Markell puts work first and doesn’t care much for distractions or childish people. Markell will excuse young children, but once they reach the age of ten, he has expectations. If they are not reached Markell will either say some kind of slight against them or give them a quick but firm hit to the head as a warning.
Markell is very much someone that thrives on alone time. If he had it his way, Markell would be left alone. That way he could work and plan to his heart’s content, though he makes do with the moments he has. To Markell, they are too short and too far between.
Dead: He should be from the number of cigarettes he smokes.
Weapon: Schouboe Pistol and brass knuckles
Family: Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland
ETC: This man has been smoking since he was physically about eighteen. Since that day, he has continued to smoke. There have been moments where bosses or other nations have tried to convince him to quit, but no one has succeeded.
Markell is not a drinker. Denmark does not like how alcohol warps judgment. It is so easy for someone to convince another to get drunk enough to reveal many truths, and for Markell, that is a no-go. He would definitely use that to gain information, but with the risks that come from drinking, he would never.
Denmark is very quick to let arguments die. If it isn’t something he actually cares for, then he could care less. There are many times his own brothers are at his throat for an argument, but the next day where they may still be upset about it, Markell will have dropped the subject. If someone else wants to hold on to a subject and be petty, let them. It is less energy that he has to use to get someone to leave him alone, most of the time.
