here's a concept: uhhhh. chuck harm except he's a saint of the wire-bitten child. because of the whole modern media personality thing. thumbs up emoji.

the overall idea is that saints of the wire-bitten child have wires shoved into their veins, and their faces replaced with cameras. the lens of the camera is replaced with their dominant eye. the wires in their veins tie them to any nearby modern technology, allowing them to manipulate it to some degree, but all they know how to do with that is cause more noise. saints of the wire-bitten child, similar to love saints, have little respect for personal space, and once they're close enough to someone else, they'll enter a sort of awareness mode, in which the camera that is their face will flash violently and aggressively, mimicking the sound and visuals of a crowd of paparazzis. they may also pull microphones seemingly from nowhere via their wires.

Why does Kotoko not pay any attention at all her to her both when she’s reading the article and when the girl is Clearly waiting for her?

Why does the girl look Angry at her in the first shot?

It makes Sense for Kotoko turn into the werewolf (Jacques) if she set that girl up. It makes Sense for Kotoko to feel so conflicted about it because Kotoko is a person who really does want to do "good" it makes...way too much sense with how the girl is Dressed as well

All of this is already a lot but...Kotoko does actively manipulate a child in Milgram canon...she does it to Es.

If she really cared about this she would of Said it earlier in the conversation when they were first talking about the punishments, and Kotoko also never brings this up again once Es relents to her.

The context of this scene is Es actively criticizing her actions, and Kotoko is Deflecting that by criticizing Es instead.

Are there things to criticize? Yes, Definitely. But, again, Kotoko is Using this, not to get Es to STOP doing psychological abuse, but to let HER continue her physical abuse.

She also Repeatedly wears Es down in this VD, calling them weak, questioning their abilities as a warden, even calling them useless.

This is what you say when your trying to Wear Down Someone, you make them unsure of themselves, you make them trust their own abilities less and it makes them more willing to trust You more.

Questions about Es success as a warden aside, that isn't really the point of this, and it all culminates in the hug.

Kotoko is calling Es a kind person, giving them validation, making them feel loved and cared for...right after repeatedly calling them weak and useless, and then asks to "Leave it to her."

This is actively exploiting Es vulnerability and emotional instability (instability she partially caused) to get Es to Agree with her. This is unfortunately consistent behavior, it makes me like her more as a Character, but also dear god Kotoko what the fuck did you do.

if you don’t mind me asking, and i’m sure you’ve already explained on your blog, but what makes Bazzy’s brain bad? i feel like i’ve watched him grow up (i remember the day he was born 😂) but i kinda left tumblr when he hit adolescence and only came back a few months ago so i missed how he matured

the Bazzle Bean (our name for his single-celled brain) is full of fear and screams. baz is very fear reactive and a fear biter as well. he doesn’t break skin, but he can pinch pretty hard, and obviously any teeth-to-skin contact is unacceptable from a silken.

he is very predictable and gives fair warning, and i have pretty good voice control over him, so we are able to manage him. he is crated or muzzled when we have guests, we have three total barriers at the front door to ensure no unexpected guests get got, and he only gets highly controlled outings (playdates at friends’ houses, rented spaces, leashed muzzled hikes, etc.). he gets along with almost all other dogs and in particular LOVES the dog beach; it’s humans (especially kids) he has a problem with. he can learn to trust new adults if introduced properly, especially if they bring a dog with them or are dog-savvy. the only people he fully trusts, however, are people he’s known since he was a puppy.

he was supposed to be my sport/show/breeding prospect but none of that panned out. it’s a real shame, since he’s beautiful and loves to work, but even besides temperament issues, he has a recurring injury that makes him extra sensitive and defensive. he and his sire, sivi, were neutered last fall. ponzu is now (hopefully) my kennel foundation and baz gets to just be my special baby boy.
