I’m so annoyed but it’s such a “first world problem” type thing that I feel stupid for feeling this, but alas, I also simply cannot get over how fucking annoyed I am rn
I’m out of town for a funeral. But, I’m going home Thursday and need dog food cause the last of it got sent with Ponzi and Spork to Ponzi’s breeder’s house. So after 7 pm last night I ordered two bags of dog food on chewy, thinking it would take them a day to process and prepare, and then it would ship on Thursday.
Of fucking course not. I woke up to notifications that it’s shipped. In fact it’s being delivered today, less than 24 hours since my order went in. And I won’t be home until Thursday afternoon so the ants will have a great feast and I will have wasted $100+ and still need to fucking buy more dog food 😭🙃
#no I don’t have anyone local to pick it up#no I can’t delay the delivery I looked at all my options on the FedEx website and since it’s currently out for delivery I’m just screwed#I have to pray and hope the chewy boxes and dog food bags are well sealed

10 Factors For Selecting the Right Frozen Raw Dog Food for Your Pup
The surge in popularity of raw food diets for dogs in recent years is rooted in a compelling principle: mirroring the ancestral diet of canines in the wild. This approach advocates for a diet rich in protein, fat, and moisture, while minimizing carbohydrate content. Among the array of raw food options, frozen raw dog food has emerged as a notable choice.
Frozen raw dog food is precisely what its name suggests: raw food that has been frozen to preserve its nutritional integrity such as chewy dog treats, dog cookies and nuggets, treat bones for dogs or frozen bones for dogs. Typically, this diet comprises ground meat, organs, and bones, often supplemented with fruits and vegetables for added nutrients. For pet owners seeking to provide their dogs with a raw diet but lacking the time or resources for preparation, frozen dog food presents an appealing solution.
Choosing the right diet for your furry friend is essential for their health and well-being, and with the growing popularity of frozen raw dog food, pet owners now have more options than ever before. However, navigating the multitude of choices available can be overwhelming.
When navigating the selection process for frozen dog food like chewy dog treats, dog cookies, treat bones for dogs or frozen bones for dogs, the quality of ingredients takes center stage. Opting for brands that prioritize high-quality, human-grade meat while eschewing fillers or by-products is paramount. Additionally, transparency regarding sourcing and manufacturing practices instills confidence in the product's quality and safety.
In the following sections, we will delve into a comprehensive guide to selecting the right frozen raw dog food for your pup so that you don’t have to think twice to provide them a balanced and nutritious diet.
Factors To Consider When Choosing Frozen Dog Food
Consider Your Dog's Specific Needs - Before diving into the world of frozen raw dog food, it's crucial to consider your dog's individual requirements. Factors such as age, breed, size, activity level, and any existing health conditions should all be taken into account when choosing a diet. Puppies, for example, have different nutritional needs than senior dogs, while large breeds may require specific formulations to support healthy joint development.
Transparency and Traceability - When selecting frozen raw dog food, prioritize brands that are transparent about their sourcing and manufacturing processes. Look for companies that provide detailed information about where their ingredients are sourced from, how they are processed, and how the final product is manufactured. Additionally, opt for brands that offer traceability, allowing you to track the journey of each ingredient from farm to bowl. This transparency ensures that you can trust the quality and safety of the food you're feeding your dog.
Look for Complete and Balanced Formulas - When browsing frozen raw dog food options including chewy dog treats, dog cookies and nuggets, treat bones for dogs or frozen bones for dogs, prioritize products that are labeled as "complete and balanced." These formulations are designed to provide all the essential nutrients your dog needs for optimal health and are typically formulated to meet the nutritional guidelines established by organizations such as the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO). Complete and balanced diets ensure that your dog receives the right balance of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals to thrive.
Check the Ingredient List - Ingredients play a crucial role in determining the quality and nutritional value of frozen raw dog food. Look for products that contain high-quality, human-grade ingredients, with meat listed as the primary ingredient. Avoid foods that contain fillers, artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors, as these additives offer little to no nutritional benefit and may even be harmful to your dog's health.
Assess the Quality of Ingredients - In addition to examining the ingredient list, pay attention to the quality of the ingredients used in frozen dog food. Look for products made with ethically sourced, hormone-free meats, organic vegetables, and natural supplements. High-quality ingredients not only provide superior nutrition but also contribute to better taste and digestibility for your pup.
Dietary choices - Consider your dog's dietary preferences and any potential food sensitivities or allergies they may have. Some dogs thrive on a grain-free diet, while others may require specific protein sources or limited ingredient formulas to avoid digestive issues or allergic reactions.
Package and Portion - Additionally, consider the convenience of the packaging and portion sizes. Packaging should be sturdy and leak-proof, and products should be stored and transported at the appropriate temperature to ensure freshness and safety. Opt for products that are easy to store, thaw, and serve, with clear instructions provided for handling and feeding.
Price - Price is a significant factor to consider when purchasing frozen raw dog food, as it impacts both the initial investment and long-term affordability. While higher-quality frozen raw diets may have a higher upfront cost, they often provide better overall health benefits for dogs, potentially reducing long-term veterinary expenses associated with poor diet-related health issues. Pet owners should calculate the cost per serving to evaluate affordability and consider the correlation between ingredient quality and price, ensuring that premium ingredients justify the investment. Budget-friendly options are available, but it's essential to scrutinize ingredient quality and nutritional content to meet the dog's dietary needs while factoring in additional costs such as storage and meal preparation accessories. Ultimately, striking a balance between price and nutritional value is key to selecting frozen raw dog food that promotes the dog's health without exceeding budgetary constraints.
Evaluate Safety and Handling Practices - Food safety is paramount when it comes to frozen raw dog food. Choose brands that adhere to strict quality control measures and employ proper handling and storage practices to minimize the risk of contamination. There are brands that operate in a temperature-controlled production area to prevent the onset of harmful bacteria. Commercial grade stainless steel equipment is exclusively used to process and package frozen pet food.
Consult with Your Veterinarian - Finally, before making any significant changes to your dog's diet, consult with your veterinarian. They can offer valuable insight and recommendations based on your dog's individual needs and help you navigate the wide range of frozen dog food options available. Your vet can also monitor your dog's health and adjust their diet as needed to ensure they remain happy and healthy.
It All Boils Down To…
Careful consideration of the specific needs, preferences, and dietary requirements of your furry friend when selecting the right frozen raw dog food. By prioritizing factors such as ingredient quality, nutritional balance, transparency, veterinary recommendations, and price, pet owners can make informed decisions that align with their dog's specific needs and dietary preferences. Whether opting for premium brands with high-quality ingredients or exploring budget-friendly options without compromising on nutritional value, the ultimate goal is to provide our canine companions with nourishing meals that support their overall health and vitality. Remember to take the guidance of your veterinarian, you can confidently choose the best frozen raw dog food to meet your pet's unique needs and preferences. With proper research and attention to detail, pet owners can confidently choose frozen dog food that promotes a happy, healthy life for their beloved pups.

All I want for christmas isssssssss ......dog food. 🫠
I would ALWAYS love dog food to be sent to us! ALWAYS! I can ALWAYS use it at this point in life! It is INSANELY expensive for my extremely picky dog who would legitimately rather starve to death than eat a food he doesn't like. 💀
Unfortunately, the food he will eat rn is the most expensive thing ever so I'm only barely keeping up with it & am having to ask for help every once in a while. Thankfully, not often, but the fact I have to ask at all sucks.
Until I get financially stable again, receiving dog food, his high value pork treats, a chewy gift card (I get his meds there, as well as everything else) or money for vet bills either 1. sent directly to my vet with my & Echo's name attached to be used for future veterinary expenses (preferred method; message for details) or 2. sent to me via cashapp ($kqroswell) paypal (@kqroswell or [email protected]) or venmo (@kqroswell).
I wouldn't ever expect this from anyone, but it would srsly be the best thing rn. Dog food prices are crazy rn. 😭
Love you all. Happy christmas! 💚❤️💚❤️💚❤️
If anyone wants to help me/Echo out for xmas, we are ALWAYS in need of his food & high value treats! Here they are on an amazon wish list. I also would die for chewy gift cards, which can be used on his food & medications. (Email: [email protected])

Just Food For Dogs Review
Chewy sent mum dog food samples from Just Food For Dogs. Finn and I were so excited to try a new treat. Mum said the food was all natural with lots of vitamins so it was really good for us. We didn’t care that it was super healthy with no preservatives Finn and me loved that we got to try something new. After mum put the bowl full of both kinds of Just Food For Dogs, chicken and rice and beef…

How to feel more like a puppy / doggie 🐶
Custom dog collars / normal collars
eating out of custom human-made dog bowls (I must express this: do not eat out of a used dog bowl)
get a chewy ball!
get a dog bed or if you feel comfortable with it, a dog cage (with blankies + pillows)
barking as much as you can
doing tricks
flops
chasing things (not other animals as you may scare them!)
eating doggy-like food (scooby snacks, beef jerky, peanut butter, biscuits)
going for walks and play times at the park
rolling around in the grass (if comfortable you can do mud as well!)
having baths instead of showers
furry paws
clip on tails
crawling on all fours
curling up on your caregiver's lap
jumpies
wiggles
lays at their caregiver's feet
spins in circles
using hands to eat / trying to eat even without hands (like licking the food off the plate)

hi friends! :D y'all voted and fought neck and neck for this SO- heres the first entry into our little cooking journey of J. R. R. Tolkeins fictional food for his fictional little guys he puts in fictional turmoils for our enjoyment and awe!
Before we get started i wanna say i owe my heart to all the LotR fans who upkeep the wiki, debate the cannon, and create their own versions of the foods mentioned. Both because of my love for people who LOVE (passionate people)(passion about anything) and because my own knowledge of this series is a little dusty. I've never seen the movies but I did read the books growing up. I'll be learning and remembering things from a fairly newbie standpoint, so no worries if you yourself arent familiar with the series! (and if you are familiar, hopefully youll forgive me!)
We will be making Lembas ('waybread') today! If you've made your own version of this please feel free to share it, similarly if you have any ideas for what we make next!
(As always you can find the cooking instructions and full ingredient list under the break-)
MY NAMES CROSS NOW LETS COOK LIKE ANIMALS
SO, “what goes in to Lembas?” YOU MIGHT ASKWell so the funny thing is we kinda dont know. At least not entirely? The elves are dicks like that. But heres what we'll be using in ours-
Butter
Self-rising flour
Granulated Sugar
Raisins
A small dried fruit of your choosing
Almonds OR Pecans
EGG
Whole Milk
Heavy Cream
And if you would like for dipping-
Blackberry jam
To the extent i understand this is kinda like hardtack from the bri'ish military, but a fantastical version of it that actually tastes really good. Hardtack was a military provision with the texture of a brick that took a long time to spoil and could be easily carried with soldiers. So the texture we're going for is super dense, packed full with nuts and fruits (haha just lik-), but perhaps not that dense. We want something closer to a dog biscuit than actual tack.
I remembered something about corn being mentioned, thankfully the wiki clarified that no actually the british just referred to any grain as corn back in the day. Thank Fuck! Although I would like to try a version of this using masa in the future.
AND, “what does Lembas taste like?” YOU MIGHT ASK
Took a few tries but eventually got it perfectly chewy and dense
The raisins cook-in like little beads of flavortown sweetness
Cant speak for other fruits but for dried apple it softened up nicely, kinda matching the raisins in the end
Im a big pecan slut, pecans fuck on anything especially here. Crumble them on top after you coat the dough with the egg-mixture for some visual appeal
Somewhat flakey outside
The jam was my idea, it was nice but might be too sweet for some tastes
Would pair very well with a kiwi flavored drink
Or mead
I can see why this would a travelling provision. Its both sugary (a good thing when expending energy) and filling (also a good thing when youre travelling) while not being overwhelming with flavor (if youre prone to motion sickness. Horse sickness? Do get motion sickness on horses?)
Its like how if you're going hiking you want a good mix of sugars and salts, to balance your intake of water.
. If you wanna make it like the illustrations or the movie, use a cookie cutter for either triangles or squares . If you don't have a cookie cutter, an apple cutter also works ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . try to keep the board you'll roll the dough out onto chilled before you use it, it seems better for the texture of the food though i dont entirely know why
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So from beginning to end, it took about an hour and half for the first attempt. Down to about 40 minutes for the second attempt. These are a real simple recipe because its not like a croissant where the margin for error is nonexistent. Middle-earth be damned my boy can work a grill.
I'd recommend storing in a tubberware container, but if you're deadset on using leaves please rinse and dry them first, and wrap the bread in either wax paper or saran wrap underneath. We dont have mallorn leaves in real life (as far as we know) but most salad greens should work, or as Marie Porter says (linked in the reblogs!) a banana leaf.
I really enjoyed the process of making this recipe, itd be really easy to batch-bake these en masse, and the process of eating said recipe. Like all jokes aside, i think this would be a great substitute for trailmix. Its not going to get smushed and even if it breaks a bit it wont affect the taste. It wont keep you fed for a whole day but pair it with some pickles or a salty snack and yeah itll keep your motor running.
I give this recipe a solid 10/10 (with 1 being food that makes one physically sick and 10 being food that gives one a lust for life again.) Let me know if you think I got something wrong, or if you ran into issues with the recipe. We're off to a strong start, lads!
🐁 ORIGINAL RESIPPY TEXT BELOW 🐁
Ingredients:
6 TBSP butter, chilled
2 cups self-rising flour
1 TBSP granulated sugar
½ cup raisins
½ other dried fruit (strawberry slices, oranges, etc.), chopped
Handful of almonds or pecans, chopped
1 egg, well beaten
½ cup whole milk
4 TBSP heavy cream
Method:
Preheat your oven to 400 f.
Cut the butter into slivers/small pieces. With your hands, combine the butter into the flour in a mixing bowl until the mixture resembles coarse sand.
Chop your dried nuts and dried fruit until it feels right.
Mix in the sugar, raisins, nut, and dried fruit of your choosing
In a seperate bowl, beat the egg until combined, and then mix in the milk until combined. Keep a bit of this mixture to brush the tops of the bread.
Stir while adding the egg/milk mixture and the heavy cream into the flour. Mix just until combined into a soft dough.
Knead the dough until firm on a floured surface.
Roll into a half inch thickness and cut with a square or leaf shaped cookie cutter. (...or in my case, an apple corer).
Place on a lightly greased baking sheet, with about an inch of space between each piece. Brush the tops of the lembas with some of the mixture you saved earlier.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until it turns a soft gold and the inside is chewy.

Jessica Introduces Jaune to Earth (And Earth Things)
Tacos
Jaune: It’s nice to know food trucks are also a thing on Earth. What are they called again?
Jessica: Carne asada tacos.
Jaune: What does that mean?
Jessica: It basically just means “roasted meat”
Jaune: Alright… How do I eat these?
Jessica: Just fold them, and then you eat them like a hot dog.
Jaune: What’s a hot dog?
Jessica: Oh! Uh, it’s like a- a sausage that’s made from different animals, and then you cook it and put it in a-
Jaune: 🤭 Pfft. Hahaha! I’m sorry, I can’t-
Jessica: … Just eat your tacos. *Jessica tries to hold in her laughter, but can’t* 😄 Hahahahaha!
Jaune: *takes a bite of the taco* Hmm.
Jessica: So…?
Jaune: 🧐 A little… oily?
Jessica: Here. Try it with all this. *Jessica adds onions, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime*
Jaune: *Eats taco again* Ooh.
Jessica: Good right? Here, try these ones.
*Jessica hands Jaune a different plate of tacos. Jaune eats one.*
Jaune: Mm. It’s chewy-er. What’s in these ones?
Jessica: These are Tacos de lengua.
Jaune: And what does that mean?
Jessica: *Excited for Jaune’s reaction* 😈 These are made with cow tongue.
Jaune: 😐… Eh. I’ve eaten weirder.

Hey so this is so totally self-indulgent, but could you do the Sans AUs(which ever ones u feel up to writing for) with a s/o who eats really tuff chewy candy despite having extremely sensitive teeth? Or like just chews on shit in general, like coke can tabs and plastic rappers, and ice. This srsly so weird, please feel free to ignore me(ur writing is just the most precious thing btw<3)
Hi thanks for requesting and your kind words ::3!! This is so cute and actually something I do LMAO I have the most sensitive teeth to cold but I love chomping on ice even though it hurts.
Careful with chewing on the little stuff though I've swallowed a water bottle cap that way!
Sans:Thinks it's kinda cute. He'll stop you if what you're chewing on is a possible choking hazard and give you something larger to chew on. Will bring you cups of ice to munch on when he gets his ketchup from the kitchen. Gets you a teething ring as a gag gift and is surprised but happy when you're absolutely delighted and start chewing on it immediately.
Blue: He's a nibbler too! He doesn't do it all the time generally an anxious habit like nibbling on the ends of pens and such but he'll sometimes do it subconsciously on random things.I actually hc that he owns the chewy jewelry like the necklaces and such. He's more than happy to share or get you some of your own if that grosses you out. His favorite chew toy would be you btw he loves gently nibbling on your fingers or chomping into your arm softly if you're cuddling.
Red: Finds it's strange. He'll just sit there and watch you chew on something completely inedible trying to figure out what the fuck you're doing. Notices is a reoccurring behavior and starts to think it's cute. Sighs in exasperation everytime he sees you chewing on plastic and pulls it out of your mouth like you're a dog before shoving some candy in your mouth.
Axe: It takes him awhile to pick up on it and when he does it simply assumes you're hungry at first because he had the habit of chewing on inedible things when he was starving, so he brings you food. Starts carrying around the candy you like to chew on and other hard chewy snacks for you to munch on. Thinks it's adorable and keeps certain items that you've chewed on as keepsakes (he's not weird stg).

TLDR: im a black trans artist who can use some help right now following the sudden passing of my only sister - her doberman is now the responsibility of my parents and we can use help for his food, supplements, toys etc.
Kofi (help me send Chewy orders to my parent's house)
Wishlist (literally send him things like toys, treats, etc.)
⬇️ more info ⬇️
hey guys
some of you might be aware of this already, but early October, my eldest sibling & only sister suddenly passed away due to a seizure, she had been dealing with epilepsy her whole life.
this has been incredibly difficult for me, and my family. her passing was incredibly sudden, she was only 30.
for the past month or so ive been struggling to find any motivation to draw, and barely able to work.
she was the incredibly devoted owner of a doberman named Remi(Ramsey). Me and my sister traveled 4 hours to pick him up three years ago. He's a goofball who tears up socks and needs constant supervision. My parents love him, but I can tell he is a lot of work for two people who have fulltime jobs and have lived long lives.
I'm going to try to help them take care of him as much as possible, I feel that it's the least we can do to honor my sister's memory, since she loved him so deeply.
My sister always wanted a doberman, for years she would watch videos about dobermans and talk about them to anyone who would listen.
Remi wasn't easy to raise - I shared a room with my sister when she got him in 2020, she still worked a 9-5, five days a week, so I was his nanny for most of his difficult childhood. I was his chew toy for the first year of his life about - but that only made him bond closer to me. If he wasn't following my sister, I was choice #2. Dobermans are "velcro dogs", they were bred to guard their owners, and because of this, they are fiercely loyal. I've been moved out of my parent's place for going on 3 years, and my sister had just moved with Remi out a few months prior to her passing.
A week before my sister's sudden passing, we had to board Remi at my dog daycare job while my family and I took a trip out of state. When dropping him off, although he was happy to see me again for the first time in months, the moment my sister turned her back to him he began to panic. He got through the boarding all right but my coworkers told me he would cry and wait by the door for me or her. When my sister picked him up, they said he jumped all 80+lbs into her arms.
Since my sister's passing, Remi has been directionless. He's with my family, people he trusts, but he's bored, confused, and heartbroken. My sister would often take him to the dog park, social events, on runs, etc. but my parent's can't do that in their age. If my apartment allowed large dogs, I would take him, but I can't, and I see him maybe twice a month if possible.
Ramsey's Christmas List
I made a christmas list for him of things that might help my parents better take care of him. We're trying different food brands out because he struggles with frequent stomach issues, and we can't seem to figure out what food my sister was feeding him. This list is by no means a necessity for him, but I tried to add things to help with his boredom and keep him stimulated when my parents can't give him all their attention.
i do want to state that my family is capable of providing him with the essentials to live, we arent irresponsible. i would just like to help my parents out since a 3 year old 80-90lb doberman is a lot of work to be suddenly placed on them soley. And I worry for his health and well-being sometimes - Remi has a tendency to eat/tear random objects when he's bored.
please consider donating whatever you can. Everything goes directly to him.
thank you for taking the time to read this, and possibly reblog if possible. ❤️

Dad Toji Headcanons!
Dad Toji, who is honestly a terrible father. Down right horrendous, boy failure, bad father. But he's trying his absolute best.
Dad Toji, who feeds a barley-teethed Megumi medium rare steak and is shocked when his son freaks out at the chewy texture he's unable to break down with his small and few pearly whites. Toji, however, still sneaks him food like he's a dog after being scolded by you.
"Shh sh, eat eat eat. Good boy, don't let mommy see."
Dad Toji, who loves taking pictures of his little boy. Megumi in a new outfit, Megumi on the playground, Megumi holding onto your neck, his unamused expression contrasting your bright smile... all of it is "professionally" captured on his beaten up iPhone 11.
Dad Toji, who thinks his son's attitude is the funniest thing ever.
"Baby look, I'm tickling the damn kid and he's fucking pissed!"
"Toji, please don't say 'fucking' in front of Megumi."
"Fucking?"
"HAHAHAHAHAHA, that's my boy! Say it again, Gumi!"
"NO!"
Dad Toji, who does not support the neck. This man holds his kid, his own flesh and blood, like a stylish tote bag. Tucked under his arm horizontally, suspended in the air as Toji grips onto his collar, upside-down held onto by the ankle. It just seems to get worse and worse every time Toji picks him up. However, the little boy remains completely unbothered and unfazed by his father's careless antics.
Dad Toji, who kinda wanted a girl. He would learn how to do her hair (and would fail miserably, but it's the thought that counts), he would play tea party with her, and would definitely tell her first boyfriend the most embarrassing stories he can think of, right after giving the young man the nastiest death stare as he walked into the house. Oh well, you'll just have try again! Maybe it will be a girl this time.
Dad Toji, who gets so nervous when Megumi starts crying. Not necessarily because of the cries, but because he has no idea how to stop them. It's like an alarm clock with no snooze button.
"Stop. Gumi, stop it. C'mon why are you crying? Stop." Toji, the baby can't understand you. He tries patting his back, or even better, just staring at him. Eventually Megumi stops crying when Toji gathers him up in his arms, bouncing him up and down a little too aggressively.
Dad Toji, who forgets kids are kids.
"Dad, I drew this picture of you." Five year old Megumi waddles up to his dad, handing him a colorful and sloppy drawing of a skinny structure of a man.
"Hm very cool bud. Does this really look like daddy though?" Toji scratches his head, looking at the very endearing drawing.
Megumi looks at his father with a deadpan glare, small fists balled up at his sides.
"Yes."
"Oh okay, little man."
Yikes, that kid is kinda scary.
Dad Toji, who genuinely loves Megumi and spending time with him. He's excited to watch his son grow into a young man and has a feeling he'll be much more helpful to him when he gets older. Girls, cheap marijuana, rebellion... yeah, that's much more up Toji's alley than singing the ABC's and speaking in a saccharine baby voice.
Dad Toji, who's not a perfect father, not even a good one but he is a father. And he's trying his best.

Regressor/Caregiver!Tim Headcanons (+ Regressor Toby)
-> Due to trauma, Tim does tend to regress to a more simple mental state when under stress or to self soothe
-> it can come in many ways, depending on where and when it happens.
-> most times, Tim regresses to what "Masky" is. Very detached, and more fueled on instinct and emotion. His brain just cannot cope with the stress so it goes back to pure animalistic survival
-> However, Masky appears when he does not feel safe in the regression.
-> Brian is his CG
-> Brian can sense the shift in Tim's expression and immediately tries to get him to a safe place. That is usually his or Tim's bedroom.
-> Brian covers Tim in a soft blanket and looks over him, making sure he has enough water and even gives him a snack or two. All of which has to put on a tray, as that's what Tim is used to the nurses giving him in childhood.
-> he refuses any food unless it's on the specific biege tray.
-> He is aware that Tim has a habit of leaving, or getting into a Masky mindset while regressed, so he keeps him company and puts on a peaceful show or movie on his phone. He sits there with him, rubbing his back or petting his hair and remains there until Tim eventually falls asleep and tucks him in.
-> Tim finds comfort in Brian's supervision and makes him feel safe
-> His regression is non-verbal and he often uses sign language to communicate, which Brian learned to understand since they're fairly simple.
-> Tim also has a comfort snuggle blanket of a dog that is worn but he loves it all the same.
-> Tim also plays a part as a CG for Toby since he does it aswell. It's one of the many stuff they bond over
-> Toby's regression in contrast is very loud. He becomes rambunctious and wants to play with lego and eat with his hands. His tics get more vocal and he stims by making whistles and clicking his tongue.
-> Tim got used to it though, and always gives him a juice box and goldfish. He encourages it and plays pretend with toys with him
-> Tim finds it healing to take care of Toby and Toby finds it healing to be taken care of and having a father figure
-> Toby is hesitant to show that side of himself to Tim at first but Tim gives him all the time he needs and never gives him weird looks so he felt safe. Tim also helps Toby to gain more healthy coping mechanisms.
-> Toby's comfort items are a chewy necklace, made for adults/heavy biters, and a stuffed bear that he has a build a bear pyjama set for.
-> They usually sit on the floor of Tim's room, and prop up the phone to watch old let's plays to have as background noise as they play with toys or build legos.
-> they both tried pacifiers but Toby chews through them and Tim just doesn't personally like it.
-> on rare occasions, when they're both regressed, Brian sets them both on the couch and puts on a show to keep the occupied. Toby will build legos and try to be not as loud, at least until Tim falls asleep.
-> Jack even joins in occasionally to keep Toby occupied and encourage play that's a bit quieter.
