Ibizan Hounds!!!

My friend keeps saying the ibizan hound at my job looks like a goat…I don’t see it 🤷

I went to my “local” kennel club meeting last night cause I’m trying to be more social and hopefully join it and it was so interesting

They had us newbies introduce ourselves at the end and I mentioned that while I’ve been involved with lure coursing for awhile, I’m new and learning when it comes to conformation and sports like rally and scentwork.

And they immediately went “oh! We need a new coursing committee chair!” (By which they mean for FastCATs and CATs)

I know the panic was very visible on my face bc they immediately backtracked with “oh don’t worry it’s very easy” and “we also just need committee members too”

Like I am totally open to learning and helping but y’all I am not even a member yet, this is literally the first time I’ve been to a meeting can we pls hold our horses just for a little bit? 😅
