how he asked nick if he was feeling okay before coming out to anyone

he told nick that it was okay to find coming out difficult

how he was there for nick when he was stressed about his GCSEs

how he took it upon himself to tutor nick (ioNick coMPounDs)

how he stood up to harry

he was unbelievably patient for nick to figure out coming out to his friends and family to the point that he neglected his own well being to make sure nick felt protected and got everything perfect for him

he made sure nick consented before being intimate with him

the way he made sure nick knew that he didn't have to have sex with him ever

he was the only person nick could show all his emotions to. the negative and the positive.

Coming out??

at first there were supposed to be only 2 pages with 4 frames where all the gang sits in one room, Alastor passing by and says like, happy pride everyone, and everyone are just yeah to you too, then pause and then they all suddenly relise and are sitting there with big shocked eyes

just finished season two of heartstopper and you guys have no idea how i felt when i heard the words asexual and aromantic and how i related to everything isaac went through: the confusion, the constant feeling that something is wrong with you because you don't feel the same as people your age, society's obsession with relationships and isaac's burst of anger because he felt like the group only cared about the romantic aspect of his life as if it's the most important one... i'm so so grateful to alice and the show for the aroace representation and i can't wait to see more of isaac's journey in the next seasons because this one made me feel seen and valid and i actually teared up a couple of times especially when he picked up the ace book from the library in the final episode :,) ALSO can we talk about how iconic it was to use "crush culture" by conan gray when that man was explaining the meaning behind his artwork to isaac? i was literally smiling from ear to ear

Alastor misinterpreting modern LGBTQIA+ labels also leaves room for so much confusion with the rest of the cast:

-Genuinely thinks Husk is attracted to kitchenware, to the point where one of his “punishments” is not being allowed in the kitchen

-If Huskerdust then Alastor begins to question if Angel is secretly a pan

-Knows Angel isn’t a pan so Alastor tells him there is no chance if Huskerdust happening (talked about here)

-Angel saying he’s gay and Alastor questioning that because he was sure Angel was depressed

-Reevaluating the bisexual label AGAIN when he finds out Pentious has two dicks, causing him to question his previous statement of Vox being dickless

-Vaggie: Im Lesbian, Alastor: I don’t believe I’m familiar with that country

-Alastor thinking all angels and/or exorcists are lesbians (yes, this includes Adam and Lucifer)

-Him thinking of Charlie as half-lesbian, not because he’s biphobic but because she’s half angel

-Lucifer mentioning he’s kind of gender-fluid so he wonders if the fluid of Lucifer is what’s responsible for one’s gender

-Thinking trans means transportation/transit/transcontinental railroad and assumes they’re the best people to travel with

-Him thinking “bisexual” refers to having two partners

-Him thinking “bisexual” refers to being attracted to bicycles so he removes all bicycles (and pans because fuck you Husker) from the hotel

-Him thinking the term “ace” refers to a phenomenal card player because he beat Husk in poker, taunts Husk for not being “ace” anymore (Alastor stole Husk’s aceness)
