To me, Alastor AND Rosie are aromantic. They are just on complete opposite spectrums

Rosie: romance-favourable. She lives for the tea. She wants to hear all about how the fourth husband treats you so much better than the first and especially better than the second husband.

Alastor: romance-repulsed. Wishes to be anywhere else when relationships are discussed, or to dissociate right then and there. He has to keep it together and use willpower on 1000% capacity so to not kill anyone when someone flirts with him or even implies something.
