If I had a nice blog that I curated & worked hard on it would be called disasterrecipes & I would only post recipes that don't need stove/oven since I can't use those & they'd all be gluten free. But it would also be a submission based blog where people with any other dietary restrictions or who just can't cook can submit their recipes too & we'd all form a little community together of cooking stuff that's easy to make. & it would be lovely

Very random but do you have any headcanons about Itachi and by extension Shisui's lifestyle in the modern era? For example, would they use Android or Iphone, or what sort of food preferences they would have like gluten free or vegan? Or what about their workout regimen? Not to mention, the kind of shampoo they would use (sorry if that's too specific)
I personally see Itachi as a very reticent person who would thrive in marathon training outside of any combat training. Do you have any opinions about that or anything related to Itachi headcanons in general?
In the modern AU, I see Itachi going through the same kind of things he does in canon, but on a lesser scale. His dynamic with his family and Shisui would be more or less the same.
Itachi is the Android person. He doesn't like showing off and is content with the simpler things in life. He is vegetarian. Shisui doesn't mind eggs and some seafood.
His favourite person is Sasuke. Obviously. But Shisui is up close as well. There were times in Itachi's life when he had no idea what was going on and Shisui stood beside him. Itachi is always thankful for that.
The only thing Itachi doesn't compromise with is his hair. So, he regularly does shampoo and uses conditioner on his hair. Shisui doesn't really care about his own and if he's running out of time, he doesn't mind using washing powder on his hair either.
Itachi is definitely introverted. Though since in the modern world he might not be training rigorously because he's not a ninja, he'll spend a lot of time studying.
He reads Kafka, Murakami, Plath, Dazai, Dostoevsky, Nabokov, and Camus a lot. Shisui tries to get him to read something else as well but Itachi gets bored of his recs real soon. Shisui and he argue a lot on the kind of books they like. Sasuke just stays out of their arguments because he's more of a comic book person. His arguments tend to be with Naruto the most. And they're never on the same page.
Itachi has a strained relationship with his parents. It's not too bad, but he feels uncomfortable whenever he's home. He knows he's loved, but he can't bring himself to be comfortable with his parents around. His strict father and his mom being an ideal wife have contributed a lot to him being inexpressive. Being a genius, a prodigy, best at everything is tiring. Everyone thinks he's having the best of all worlds, but in fact, he sometimes breaks down because he can't handle it. As if he's not allowed to fail. He wants his parents to be proud of him.
He knows he's the best at what he does. It's not outright arrogance but confidence that shows in his persona. He always ends up stealing the limelight, no matter who the object of centre is meant to be. It occasionally causes a rift between him and Sasuke. No, Sasuke doesn't say it out loud, but Itachi understands that Itachi stealing the attention that Sasuke deserved hurt his little brother. He hates seeing Sasuke sad because of him. Once he understands what is wrong, Itachi always removes himself from the picture, making last minute excuses why he can't make it. It happens with him and Shisui too. But Shisui tries to make him understand that he doesn't mind it and it isn't his fault. Though Itachi won't listen. He doesn't like being inconvenience to the people he loves.
Itachi is Sasuke's rock. Every time Sasuke needs something or wants someone to root for him, he always has Itachi's support. What he doesn't realize is that Itachi needs his support just as much. Itachi finds dinners with his parents comfortable only when Sasuke is around. Sasuke talks a lot, and that's therapeutic for Itachi. Sasuke's presence makes his life so much easier.
Both the brothers sometimes have heart-to-heart with each other. Sasuke mostly rants about his life and Itachi offers his opinions and suggestions, most of them work out for Sasuke. Sasuke wants to know about Itachi too and Itachi has no idea what to say about himself and his life. He doesn't want to burden Sasuke with all that he feels. Not that Sasuke doesn't manage to get some answers out of Itachi. He's understood that asking his older brother questions directly won't help. So he beats around the bush a lot until Itachi begins to speak.
One day when their parents were out of town, Sasuke managed to pry some answers out of his brother, and was horrified to know that the Itachi Uchiha had struggles too.
Ever since they were kids, Shisui would come over to the Uchiha household for sleepovers. And when Mikoto and Fugaku fell asleep, all three kids would indulge in pillow fights. Sasuke and Shisui would gang up on Itachi because that's one of those things that draw some reaction out of Itachi.

Hi Azul! :) I started following your silly scribbles about a year ago, and seeing Cheryl model how she came out to her friends and family in the comic helped me articulate my gender experience better with my wife and even come out to my friends and family. Thanks for sharing your art! I also wanted to say that I'm sorry that you're experiencing poor sleep and burnout lately. :( Those can make you feel awful. I've had a chronic illness for the past six years -- and I'm fully aware that's something separate, nor do I want to equate it with your experiences -- but, at risk of giving any unsolicited advice, I do wish someone had said something to me about this when I first felt those as well. Because I was pushing myself to work for 2 hours a day as a special education paraprofessional in a wheelchair due to fatigue and systemic dysfunctions throughout my body -- so I had to quit my job since I was making my health even worse. When I stopped working, I was fully bed bound for a time but even still kept pushing myself to attempt grad school online despite only being able to sit up for 5-10% of the day. My point is that, even when our bodies are burnt out, we still push ourselves because that's generally just our human nature to do. And I wish that during that time someone had gently said it's okay to slow everything down and listen to what my body was telling me it needed.
With slowing down, I also get that finances are a thing, and I wouldn't have been able to recover from severe to moderate ME/CFS without my wife working her butt off for us to cover medical expenses by switching jobs and upskilling. (She jokes that she has no more butt anymore because of those years :'(... )
So, although this is stepping into unsolicited advice, but as someone who was burnt out and constantly eepy for years, I feel like it would be remiss of me to not try to say something and just give a bullet point list of free things that helped my nervous system not be so overstimulated and tired but wired that I couldn't sleep and even when I did it was unrefreshing and yucky to wake up the next day:
•Search for "ally boothroyd yoga nidra" on YouTube and pick a 10 minute video •Do belly breathing to expand the diaphragm (one of the few ways we can give input to our parasympathetic nervous systems -- the rest, digest, and heal system) •When breathing, breathe in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, hold for 4, repeat to tell your body it can be calm •Spinal flossing in bed: start from your lowest vertebrae you can, try to isolate it with your muscles, and shift it up down left and right, then go up to the next one •Listen to how your body responds to foods: maybe try cutting out gluten and refined sugars for a week to see if it helps in any way; a lot of our immune system is in the gut, and being in a stressed state can cause our immune systems to mistake food molecules for pathogens which then activates the immune system and turns off the parasympathetic nervous system •Drop your jaw fully open like you're going to yawn, then stretch your tongue upward outside your mouth as far as it can go and stretch it around. This is a stretch for the muscles near your vagus nerve near your ear/neck behind the jaw to help them relax •Plan a bedtime routine for the thirty minutes before you go to bed and be consistent •Brain retraining: When you feel stressed or anxious about sleep or being burnt out, compassionately tell yourself "Stop, stop, stop." Thank that part of you for bringing up its concern, then remind that part of yourself that it doesn't need to worry anymore because you are working on recovering and healing. Imagine: Derek realizing he just put himself into the dog house.
It' wasn't often that you and Derek fought, Not since you met when you moved back to your sleepy town in Beacon hill, your Car broke down and He pulled over. at first. when a random man pulled up behind you, you were slightly terrified. but then you saw his face. you Lost the senses to speak. the moment you saw his face. every word you ever learned. just disappeared out of your mind. when he offered to help you could just nod. to agree to help. it was the third encounter with him that you finally found your voice. and the moment he heard your voice. He was a Goner.
Fast forward to a Now, Married. with a son Eli, and Derek having a successful business. you working and everything was good. Life was perfect. the Lacross team was having a fundraiser BBQ. you made cupcakes for dessert.. Seven different Kinds of Cupcakes. Not because you wanted to. but because they had to have Gluten free, eggless, (Vanilla and Chocolate), and also 2 different kinds of Egg and regular flour and Sugar free cupcakes . you've been up since three Am baking cupcakes. all before Going to work. As you walked out the door you asked Derek to bring the cupcakes. and he happily agreed. saying "it's the least i can do."
So you kissed him goodbye and promised to sneak out of the meetings to support the team as fast as you could. which turned into the last hour of the BBQ. before they all started wrapping up for the night. you arrived. hugging Eli saying sorry that there was a litteral Fire in the office. all was fine. but it just caused delay. when you looked for a cupcake curious how many you sold. you asked Susan who was a Mom if they sold out of your cupcakes.
"what cupcakes? we didn't get anything? didn't you just show up? were about to close everything up."
you weren't a fan of Susan on a good day, she was a Stay at home mon who's entire life surrounds her kids. cutting out shapes out of the sandwiches, Doing their kids homework and pretends their kid did it. Judge if you give your own kids cookies. as a treat. A Instragram mom who pretend to be perfect but you know.. She's probably has a bottle a day of wine alone to handle that. Normally you dont give her much attention but hearing her backhanded comment about Just showing up. made you boil she was older. she looked down at you often mainly because every mom has their eyes on Derek. and she hates you got him.
"what you mean? I made seven different kinds.. Derek was bringing them?"
She shook her head, "well- he didn't..." jsut then someone asked for a piece of cake she was selling as you were told to move aside. you turned seeing Derek was at the grill. flipping burgers, he noticed you and had a big smile on he's face. until you asked about the cupcakes.
Derek's face dropped as he realized. he forgot them. on the front porch. he had to set them down when Eli was stugglign to put something into the truck. and he completely forgot about grabbing them.
"Shit- Y/N.. I completely- I had them but then I got distracted. I left them at home."
taking a deep breath you counted to ten before answering, 'that sucks- but.. you know. Mom's church is having a bake sale in a week. we can just put them in the freezer when we get home."
Derek rubbed his neck, he knew that wouldn't happen. he left them outside and this heat. those cupcakes would be baking and all the icing would of melted into the bottom of the container. and tey would be a huge mess. maybe the cakes itself be fine but the icing? it be a complete mess.
"I- I was bringing them outside. when Eli needed a hand and I Put them on the front Porch...."
your body instantly tensed up as you spoke, "there Sweating in this heat?? Do you realize how- experience Eggs are?- I got up at Three blessed AM to make those Cupcakes and you LEFT THEM OUTSIDE!"
"Maybe they will still be okay?" Derek suggested but you just turned walking away. as he sighed heavily lowering his head. he knew. he screwed up. and bad. when you got home. almost two hours later seeing Raccoons were all over your porch. and gotten into the containers. and they scattered when you pulled up. you didn't even Save the containers. you just tossed it all into the bin. and walked inside. just when Derek and Eli pulled in.
"What did you do to mom?"
Eli undid his seatbelt as Derek spoke, 'I forgot your moms cupcakes onto he porch..'
"didn't she get up stupidly early to do that?"
Derek sighed nodding his head, "yea,"
"good luck with that." with that Eli bailed going to his room, he knew how your anger worked, and he wasn't going to be in the crossfire. Derek cursed softly to himself following Eli inside as you were eating some of the cupcakes that Derek forgot to grab. and were instantly dissapointed wehn you realized it was the Soybean Non sugar ones..
"it was a mistake."
looking up at Derek you spoke, "I know! But I'm still annoyed! and Cranky and So Tired. and you just- you left the crappy ones!" you tossed the cupcake at him. thankfully he caught it before it hit the wall as he spoke, 'what can i do?"
"Nothing! I'm going to watch a movie you clean up this mess.'
Derek Knew he would be spending the rest of the night cheering you up.

hello! a friend sent me your post about cirs and mcas the other day and it’s got me doing a lot of research, i’ve been sick since 2019 and was diagnosed w cirs in 2020, i’ve since hit a plateau where i’m not really improving tho and my cirs doctor doesn’t really know what to do with me until i build tolerance to a nasal spray or somehow banish more toxins from my already toxin-free room. i wanted to ask what your experience with cirs doctors was and how you figured out you were misdiagnosed? a lot of stuff around cirs is pretty sketchy but i’ve been at a point where i’ve just overlooked that :/ thank u i hope ur having a good day !!!!!
So, unfortunately, my experience sounds a lot like yours. I (skeptically and out of desperation) followed the advice of several alt-medicine doctors who believed I had CIRS and saw some improvement that ultimately hit a plateau and never really moved beyond it.
This was because some of their recommendations removed triggers from my environment that were causing my mast cells to react (scented candles, perfumes, strong chemical cleansers) as well as some high histamine foods. Gluten, for example, is a mast cell destabilizer and iirc “go gluten free!” is common CIRS advice but they never really explain why beyond some pseudo-science.
And while removing some triggers did help, they weren't doing anything else to meaningfully shore up my immune system or address the fact that mast cell dysfunction can fluctuate rapidly due to things like seasonal allergies, stress and also your own monthly hormonal cycle. (This is more common in individuals who menstruate, or those who use estrogen hormonal therapy, as estrogen can cause inflammation and act as a histamine liberator.)
I already suspected that CIRS was not my issue, but I ultimately soured on my doctors, when, like yourself, they continued to insist there was “toxins” in my environment* and I must not be following their advice properly. There was also heavy emphasis on things like essential oils and herbalism, which I knew from being a licensed practitioner of numerous holistic therapies in my 20s that they were promoting inaccurately and sometimes unsafely when they also continued to insist that my reactions to certain things were caused by “toxins” leaving my body and if I just persisted long enough, I’d see the benefit.
(As an aside, what nasal spray are they insisting you take?)
While it is true many of chronically ill people suffer from chemical sensitivities, the insistence on labelling everything a “toxin” and pushing natural alternatives to an extreme, made me nope out and continue my medical research.
A few years later, I started getting worse following a gnarly dental infection, and I began to experience slow-acting anaphylaxis which a Horrendous number of doctors misdiagnosed as panic attacks and even in one spectacular instance of medical incompetence, bipolar disorder.
By then, I had learned about and suspected that I had MCAS but was too ill to keep fighting my doctors. It wasnt until I almost died in 2019, that a new doctor panicked, threw me at seven specialits in a week and I walked away with a diagnosis of perniciois anemia, likely caused by a mast cell disorder and my body’s inability to absorb things properly.
The hematologist who saved my life referred me to an MCAS specialist who took my hand to shake, looked at how the joints moved in her grasp, and said, “this is now an Ehlers Danlos exam.”
I walked out eight hours later with a diagnosis of hEDS and “probable MCAS and undefined dysautonomia.” which is a fancy way of saying I have a genetic disorder and multiple forms of autonomic nervous system dysfunction.
Not everyone with MCAS has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, but a lot of us do. So if you have problems with chronic pain, joint instability, hyper flexibility (muscles), hyper mobility (joints), soft and easily bruised skin, migraines or a lot of unexplained GI symptoms, it might be worth your while to check and see if EDS might be relevant to you.
The Ehlers Danlos Society has a global directory of physicians you can look up.
Its also worth noting there’s a lot of overlap between people with Autism and ADHD with Ehlers Danlos and Joint Hypermobility Disorder.
Like I said, it may or may not be relavent to you. I’m just throwing it out there in case it helps.
So yeah, that’s basically how it went for me. Two years on mast cell stabilizers and a lot of prescription supplements to combat numerous deficiencies, and my health is unrecognizable from what it was. I still have nasty flare-ups (like now), but that's just an unfortunate reality of life with the numerous conditions I have. I’ll take it any day, however, over what I was living before.

*nb: to any long-term readers, this was before I unknowingly moved into a house with mold, which is a mast cell destabilizer.
This is partly what makes me think that some people diagnosed with CIRS actually have undiagnosed MCAS because so much of CIRS theory hinges on things like mold sensitivity and other environmental factors, though they never explain why beyond a basic “it's a toxin and toxins are inflammatory.”

The extra expense with gluten free pizzas really applies to everything that's usually made with wheat, barley, rye, etc, 'cause in the absence of the gluten, you have to work extra hard to keep those foods together, even if they're not as tasty in the end TnT

I grew up with a friend who had a gluten intolerance so I have indeed tasted the crumbly bread, and it has indeed humbled me

Day three of Paxlovid, Bubby wanted to test and see if we're still positive for covid19. We are negative! Though I think it's just the med, and we may test positive after it wears off, but seeing negative did feel nice.
He got a bunch of tests for free from work. How? The place he works always has them on hand as is company policy, so giving him to boxes with 12 tests each wasn't a big issue. We'll be testing daily until probably next week.
I'm still feeling weird courtesy of covid19, like the room is rocking as though teeter tottering. It's not my ears. This is triggered simply by moving my eyes. Paxlovid isn't helping. I know a couple other epileptics have experienced this with covid19 and Paxlovid, so it's likely neurological. At the same time, it could ge the Ritalin I was taking (stopped when I started Paxlovid) was doing what over a dozen seizure meds I've used had done.
Meds like to release real quick in my system, which is why I use a extended release version of my seizure med. As one doctor put it, I have especially strong or concentrated stomach acid, which is why I was diagnosed with GERD. When my seizure meds were releasing too fast, they built up in my system, and weren't be processed fast enough. Every dose released more, building it higher and higher. This resulted in the med becoming toxic, a dose of activated charcoal so my liver wouldn't crash (and why I got my liver checked once a month on some meds) because apparently that's where the meds build up, and then I was without meds for a week for a full "cleaning house" situation. During that week, I was either booked in the hospital or never left alone at home. Ritalin may be doing the same seeing as it's designed to release quickly. I may need to switch to a different ADHD med, a slow release. This likely won't last the 12 hours most are designed for, and instead six to eight hours instead. My extended release seizure meds in the past did the same. Some of them I took more than once a day.
It's also why I can't be more than a two to three hour late for my next dose of my current med. After the second hour, I start having issues. When the end of the third hour hits, I either get my meds or a hospital visit.
Before anyone comes at me with "suggestions" or "advice" about my seizures or epilepsy: shut up. Not all epilepsy can be 100% controlled. Not everyone qualified for surgery nor implants. Not everything has the ending TV, films, and books consider happy. My epilepsy has 0% chance of 100% control. I have been on over 20 meds in 30 years, some of which are now blacklisted and illegal due to permanent side effects. My seizure threshold is fucking low, trigger by mood/state of mental health, fever/illness, hormones (i look forward to being postmenopausal), noise (not helped by autism), specific sounds (i don't know what they are, but when made it sets off a seizure), flashing/flicker lights (I haaaaaaate fireworks with a cold deep passion), food (celiac disease causes gluten to inflame my gut, resulting in my meds not being absorbed at all), and heat. The threshold is fucking low, meaning it takes little set off my seizures. My epilepsy is the number one reason I'm permanently Disabled and on SSDI. When I tried being part of the workforce, most of my time was spent fucked up from seizures. It nearly killed me. Ah, yes, epilepsy is terminal if not controlled. Every seizure is brain damage, every seizure a risk of SUDEP.
I feel weird, wonky, and physical unbalanced. For those who haven't experienced med toxicity, it's like being drunk but so much worse.

Literally every person and anyone not here that ive interacted with and hope to lots more over the new year. irl friendships have been wacky and online ones r hard to initiate but, im feeling rly hopeful abt this.

Nothing beats a good comfort food to make us feel full, happy and sleepy all at the same time, so forget about fat and carbs just this once and enjoy a bowl (or pot) of that filling, creamy goodness.

Okay, let's do it. Throw a grenade. Can you get access to grenades? Do you think your little group of friends with a bunch of grenades would be able to get your little grenades anywhere close to a millionaire lawmaker in congress or the white house or corrupt police stations or billionaire villas etc? You wouldn't even get close enough to make a difference. You and all your little buddies just get charged with attempted murder and you go to jail for life, having helped 0 people in the end, fixed nothing.
How do I know? Because if it were that easy, we would have done it by now. YOU would have done it by now.
2)Band together and try to get away from it.
Who gets to leave? Not all of us can leave. I currently can't walk because I have a painful disability, but I'm lucky, my pain will only last a few more days and I can go then, so as long as I'm there when the...train arrives? What? What's the plan for that? Who will drive that train to get you there? They will have to work the whole time you are evacuating everyone who can leave. Where are we going that is free from capitalism,huh? Fucking space!?! Can you get there? I can't.
And how should we band together and leave? Will you give all your money to that needy family so they can start over somewhere else? What of you then? Will you stay in this human right hell hole with no money at all for that family to be free. But they have friends and relatives they don't want to leave. Will you pay for them too? Oh wait! YOU CANT, because you too are living in this hell.
You can't leave or you WOULD HAVE ALREADY!
3) Run head first into the people eating machine and jam it.
Our system is a people crushing machine. It is so good at crushing people, it would take a VERY large number of people dying to get the USA to bail on capitalism and fix this shit(especially bc a large number of people dying is beneficial for the economy and thus rich assholes making laws that kill people are able to better fill their pockets).
There is no parent in this country that works 60 hrs a week so their child doesn't starve that would NOT take this deal for a chance to save their child's life.

Okay, I don't know what you thought the factory was in terms of the metaphor I used, but the factory is the United States, ya know the place where I assume we both reside.
Should we blow it up? The whole thing? Like, both of us? And everyone we know who lives in this country? Their pets too? All the plants and animals that live in this factory don't matter? Peoples kids are in this factory right?
This one is one that people have tried a few times and people don't generally suggest this one bc they are usually killed, or charged with domestic terrorism, and those people are the ones that stormed the capital and tried to kill Gretchen Whitmar. Ya know?... white supremacists.

I've not given up, I'm voting so Gretchen Whitmar's work doesn't get undone the second she leaves. I am buying from local business and boycotting poor ethics as much as I can(again, not a ton of food options for me and I can only afford so much). I am at as many protests that I can be(again, I can't walk right now bc disability). I vote for whomever I think won't actively try to kill me and others like me so I will be alive to help others and send that money to the people who need it more than I do. I help out in my community, I cuss out the racist animal control guy, and I don't tell the cops shit when they come to my door asking about my neighbors.
I haven't given up, but if you think risking countless lives by blowing up the states and starting over is the answer, then you certainly have.

We have a two party system, and that system isn't going to end any time soon, so do what you can to HELP EACH OTHER!
It helps save people's lives to vote blue. It helps to save people's lives to look away when you see someone stealing food. It helps to click those buttons and understand that it's never going to be as simple as a waiting until the perfect candidate. Biden sucks, but the alternative is worse. We have this discussion every election, if the topic wasn't the Gaza it would be something else. In 2020 it was victims of police brutality during BLM protests. Using victims of a genocide or white supremacy as your reason to burn everything down or blow everything up is wrong.
If we had another option, I assure you, the desperate people of the United States would have done it already. The COMPASSIONATE people of the United states would have done it already. It is a fact that someone is going to win that election, and if you don't vote, it will be a republican and they want the machine to be faster at killing people. For now we play the extremely, perhaps perpetual, long game and we protest its wrongdoings.

hi! i'm somewhat intolerant of gluten and have been wanting to make the full switch to gf but most gf products that i encounter are brown rice based and i know that brown rice has reallyyyy high levels of arsenic which worries me a little bit. how do you manage your intake of this/is it really something major to worry about? i hear so much conflicting nutritional advice!
I don't eat too much gluten replacement type meals: like I try and avoid eating a lot of gluten free breads etc and do most of my own baking! In my own baking, I use lots of coconut flour and cassava flour. Sometimes sweet rice flour! The only time I really eat brown rice gluten free products is pasta, and that's maybe once a week! Mostly I am geared towards meats and vegetables and high quality dairy.
I think moving away from bread like products is usually most gluten free people's hardest step cause I think before gluten free we all eat bread pretty mindlessly! It's filling and delicious so it's understandable. But as you transition I think it's good to start changing your mindset towards foods specifically that are without a gluten component rather than trying to find gluten free replacements or everything.
Seeking out a good nutritionalist who understands your goals and worries is really helpful when making a huge change like this to your diet and can ease so much stress. I highly recommend it!

Just like that it’s shorts and tshirt weather.
It’s been a while since my last post. I decided to foster fail. Nugget is just the sweetest and gets along perfectly with the cats. They aren’t afraid of him at all and they can even sleep next to him. It’s been fun to see him integrate into the family. Last weekend we actually went to lake Katherine with him for the first time.
Easter choir performance went pretty well. The time flew and I’m hoping we sounded decent lol. It was nice to see the church packed for Easter services. I am happy that Lent has ended. It was just so much church time. Sooooooo much. But it was fun to sing and also to wear a dress. Wearing clothes that aren’t joggers or old tshirts is just so novel lol.
Haven’t landed any interviews and I feel like the job pool of places to apply at is drying up. I will keep trying.
So next week the base training for the marathon starts. Which means from Monday to October 8 I’ll be freaking training. It’s a little crazy to think that for the next 5.5 months I’ll be preparing for one singular event lol. Not gonna lie, I do think- wait why am I doing this again? lol
Did I ever journal about the smash boob? Fing mammogram, got one for the first time. Wasn’t bad then. But then I had to go for a second one cause something looked “questionable” and that was freaking painful. And then after that I had to get an ultrasound which didn’t really show anything but now I have to go back in 6 months for more torture for a recheck.
I got my tetanus booster, tdap? I dunno whatever it’s called and a few days later the muscle in my arm wouldn’t stop twitching. Got bad enough I reached out for my doctor, but then of course it started to subside. I guess the muscle in the arm that got the shot got inflamed or I dunno.
I also have a high amount of whatever thing in your blood that indicates inflammation. That’s two tests in a row with that. Everything else was fine. My doctor was saying she thinks if I actually changed my diet that it could go away.
But I don’t want to be gluten free lol. Dairy I already swap most out but leave me my damn bread and pastries. It was like wheat, gluten and soy and dairy that came up on my food sensitivity test. Meh. Meh ugh. She said i might even be able to get off my daily allergy pill. Bahhh
Haven’t really had any time or interest to try out the stupid dating scene. I’d rather get a new job. Then with marathon training I really won’t have any extra time anyways so 🤷🏻‍♀️
I have so much stuff and I want to get rid of it. I want a new desk. I need a new office chair.
