Alright yall here’s my take on a gf season 3

(note: I firmly believe there probably won’t be a season 3 and I myself don’t necessarily want one. The story is over and the show is already peak, I’m good fr)

…….HOWEVER

My hypothetical season 3 would go back to FULL season 1 energy. No overarching plot, no crazy demon battles. Just episodic and character driven fun.

It’s a couple years later and the twins are maybe 15 or 16. They haven’t made it back to Gravity Falls til now (with their parents divorced, there were a couple moves, etc) but with the Grunkles back in town, they just had to make it back up there for the summer.

And from there, we’re right back into the interpersonal coming of age stories we’re used to with lots and lots of family bonding. There are episodes like:

Dipper and Mabel babysit Soos’ toddler

Pacifica working at the diner

Mabel and Ford bonding time where Mabel can show off her smarts and maturity when not looking after Dipper. Ford gets to relax and be creative for the first time in I think his life

Wendy freaking out about going into senior year and/or college. Deciding whether or not college is the thing for her or what she wants for her future.

Rich Fiddleford shenangins

Dipper and Stan bonding time with a lot of deconstructing the toxic masculinity that Stan grew up with and echoed back on to Dipper. Dipper getting to choose what kind of person he wants to become.

The gang helping Gideon as he goes around town desperately trying to find a new hobby

Dipper has a noir detective episode for some reason

Grunkle Ford ace reveal please please please please please please please please

Mabel and the girls get really into a trashy ya series and get to be delightfully cringe about it. They accidentally find Stan on a fan forum and they immediately drop it

I could go on literally forever but I will not.

And don’t get me wrong, there still will be a strong element of the urban fantasy and cryptids we’re used to. We see the gnomes and the manotaurs and maybe Mermando again idk. Maybe we get to see actual vampires this time (could tie into the ya series episode) or see an alien or they get stuck in a time loop. Anything goes! As long as it’s self contained.

And will there be any Bill content? I honestly don’t know. My instinct is to say no (or at the very least keep it to the finale again). But whatever it is, it should NOT have redemption for Bill- only closure for everyone involved. And maybe the Pines family can hit him like a piñata again…this is 100% included in family bonding time category.

so my story: since I was little I thought “oh, having a crush is normal” so I just said I had crushes on guys for the longest time, like this one guy, let’s call him Jay, had a crush on me in like the first grade. We broke up, got a new partner in high school and one day I was like “oh. OH.” and yeah. It’s been hard trying to explain this to my parents since they think smth is wrong with me for not being attracted to anyone, but I haven’t actually come out to them im just kinda like “im not rly looking for a relationship rn” and that’s basically it. It’s been a long and hard road but im glad I finally accepted myself :)

You were burning up with embarrassment and anger.

You felt Namjoon glance at you for a brief moment as the man sighed deeply, the sound of it was the only source of sound between you two.

There was a thick tension in the car, you tapped on your fingers, your jaw was slightly clenched as your gaze travelled everywhere but Namjoon.

Until you heard his deep husky voice. “What’s wrong Y/N…?” the man was careful with his words, especially the tone he spoke in.

It was cautious and calculated.

You did not respond, his hand travelled up to yours as he squeezed it, tightly but gently, the contact caught you off guard.

“Namjoon don’t touch me,” the words came out of your mouth so smoothly as you didn’t even try to conceal the anger in your voice. You felt his burning gaze shift to your face.

His grip only tightened.

“Baby why? What’s wrong..” at that, you turn to look at him, disbelief painting your face at his feign clueless.

“…Whats wrong?” You honestly can’t believe that he has the audacity to ask you that like he doesn’t know himself.

“Namjoon you are asking me what’s wrong?!”

You keep your gaze focused on the man as he only sighs, turning on the power of the car, and turns on the AC.

You were going to be here for a long time.

“Y/N… I can’t believe you’re still stuck on that argument.” The fast wind of the ac hit your face as you open your mouth in disbelief.

“It’s meaningless sweetheart so let’s just stop arguing and let’s get home…” Namjoon smiled at you.

He was talking to you in such a tone that you were a child.

Okay, now you were really beginning to get in his nerves.

His raven hair shining as he looks to the side. You could see him biting the inside of his cheek as the slight change in his sweet tone confuses you.

“You have absolutely no right to sound angry Namjoon. Just admit your fault!” You argue, Namjoon was dismissing you like you were one of his lap dogs.

But you were not! “Just admit it. You can’t control your jealousy! I can’t believe you’d do that…” you cry.

“BE FUCKING THANKFUL THAT I DIDN’T SHOOT HIM STRAIGHT IN THE BRAINS!” you flinch at his sudden outburst, his voice boomed around the car and tears gather in your eyes.

You almost flinch again when the now anger man grabs you closer to him. “Did you not see the way he was literally fucking you with his eyes?!” His pearly whites clench with jealousy as he forced you to look at him.

“REALLY?!? MY FUCKING GIRL?!!” He growls.

“You should be thankful that I didn’t fuckin gut him alive right there! Now stop arguing with me and let’s go!”

I never really thought about him being ace until I saw your blog, and it makes total sense for his character. He’s too fast for everyone, so he wouldn’t really have a gf/bf.

in 1974, david bowie did an interview with rolling stone where he mentions asexuality. i can just imagine peter sitting in his room, reading that word and just thinking "hm". there's something about that word.

i've mentioned before how i like the idea of wanda coming home from college and presenting him with "asexual" because one of her college friends is ace and the way the friend described it was almost identical to what peter had been agonizing over since they were in middle school.

as for the xmen finding out? i think peter would kinda just do his pride month thing. walk out of his room in black, grey, white, and purple and be like bye i'm running to the pride parade does anyone wanna come? like realistically, this is the 80s, so maybe he wouldn't be so out, but peter just strikes me as that personality: he doesn't give a fuck, especially because he feels safe at the mansion.

on the other hand. asexuality is scary to tell people about because of the fear of rejection/disbelief. so i can also see him telling them one at a time in a small, uncharacteristically timid voice. wanda was there for him when he was really discovering who he was, so i'm gonna have to go with jean as the first person he really comes out to.

of course, everyone accepts him and decides to learn more about not only asexuality, but also more lgbt identities. more mutants at the mansion come out a lot of the kids come out to him first because he makes them feel safe) and there's an entire course on lgbt history introduced.

(people really started to explore asexuality in the 70s and 80s so there's a lot there for that)

With no surprise to Beckett, his girlfriend does incredible with her designs and business strategies and she gained a new partner for her company!

Beckett himself is grinning widely and excitedly talking back and even when she’s all the way on the other side of the globe, he’s extremely proud of her

Especially when he thinks of how big her smile is when she’s talking about her meetings, her works and her ambitions for her career in the coming future

On her last day there, as the day starts he tells her to relax and do whatever she wants. She’s more than earned it. Besides, she’s going to be very busy once she gets home, with her new, worldwide associates.

That night she describes all the spa treatments and facials she did and how it was the perfect end to a successful business trip 

She also showed him the luxury jewelry and designer professional wear that she bought from the designers and curators themselves!

She does this by modeling and trying on the clothes and accessories in front of him

(He blushes when she undresses in front of him, even during their video calls when she tries on the clothes) *cough cough*

She looks amazing and is the embodiment of opulence and beauty with all of it on. She has astounding fashion sense.

“Is this what it’s like to be part of the elite in the magickal world, Beckett? People eager to work with you, become associated with you?” she asks, new to what it’s like being increasingly wealthy. 

“Yeah, but you’ll get used to it. I have a feeling you were always destined to be spectacular. You deserve this.” he says genuinely

She laughs it off but Beckett really does believe everything he says.

When she arrives home from the airport, she runs to him, he picks her up and spins her around; the young couple overjoyed to be reunited!

“ahhhh kageyama~ look who’s here,” sugawara said while placing a hand on kageyama’s shoulder

“y/n!!!!!!!”, shouted hinata while waving at you from the court

you smiled at the boys as they warmed up for their game

although you’re friends with some of the boys on the team (like hinata), you were really there for kageyama

you’ve developed a crush on him over the past couple of months and you promised yachi that if karasuno wins today, you would finally tell him how you feel

kageyama looked up at you and you waved at him, causing him to blush

“oh no, i hope i didn’t embarrass him!” , you worried

yachi giggled at your obliviousness

kageyama played how he usually does… amazing !

during one set, kageyama pulled off an ace serve

“YEAHHH KAGEYAMA!!!”, you screamed from bleachers, earning looks from the people around you

kageyama looked down at the floor and smiled before quickly serving again

fortunately for yachi, karasuno won the game… which means that you have to confess to kageyama

the boys were all using the bathroom last minute before the ride back to karasuno

you two went somewhere less crowded

“okay well first off i want to say that you were awesome today! probably one of the best games i’ve seen you play in,” you complimented

you watched kageyama stiffen and noticed that a slight blush appeared upon his cheeks and ears

you laughed at your current situation

“hey y/n! thanks for coming to the game today,” he said with a smile

“of course! i always want to see my favorite boys play,” you smirked

iwaizumi gave him a death stare and you laughed at the two

before the first set started, you managed to yell, “c’mon ace!!!”, earning a smile from iwaizumi

as expected, seijoh won the game

they were going to have a celebratory dinner and invited you along, too

matsukawa knew about your crush on iwaizumi (& vice versa…but you don’t know that) and somehow managed to make you guys sit next to each other

yahaba also saw right through your crush… towards the end of dinner, he gave you the “so when are you gonna tell him” look

you rolled your eyes at him and turned your head to face iwaizumi

“hajime, can we go outside for a minute?”

“sure?” he replied

i mean to be honest, it was an odd question to randomly ask

iwaizumi put his hands in his pockets as he stood next to you in front of the restaurant

“so what’s up?”, he asked, curiously staring at you

you took in a deep breath

“i like you. i have for a while now, actually … i just thought-“

you were about to ramble but iwaizumi grabbed your chin and gave you a soft kiss on the lips

when he pulled away, you blushed instantly… it’s a good thing it was dark outside

you smiled at him before quickly speaking up again

“well..uh, we should get back to our friends, right?”, you blurted

iwaizumi let out a soft chuckle

“yea, but.. tonight, let me walk you home. we have things to discuss now.”
