I do appreciate the implication that Emira is the kid that Alador’s been hanging out with the most since the timeskip, on account of them sharing a job in Latissa; Amity’s exploring different parts of the world, and Edric’s at the University of Wild Magic. They have their own Clawthorne sister as a mentor.

Conversely, Emira didn’t really get to have her own storyline, which I’ll forever mourn; Nor did she get a parental figure to bond with, despite arguably needing it the most. So I find solace in seeing her dad be there for her. It seems fitting that the most parentified child of the Blights would have the most attention by their neglectful father as reparation.

It’s not just their goals intersecting —the removal of the sigils, which must’ve taken a while to figure out— it’s an opportunity for interaction while on break, for Alador to finally step up into the role that Emira’s been pleading for him to actually fulfill, after having to fulfill it herself. So in that sense, I can see Emira quite willing to forgive her dad, because she’s so exhausted that Emira’s just relieved to have an adult looking after her for once.

Alright, I broke my vow, even though I'd kept it for almost ten days, what a great feat! I need to get the police to arrest me and a lawyer to send me to court AHAAHA

Anyway, I can't stop thinking about Grom so I drew some. From the official pictures I could find, Huntlow indeed has two sets of dresses each, so that's almost a storyline!

Short history, Amity and Hunter went on a quest.(Didn't bring their palisman; they leave them at home because it wasn't supposed to be a dangerous mission.) They went lost for a couple weeks. When finally returned home, both asaulted the fridge and other potentialy edible things.

After that experience, they go everywhere with palisman on hand.
