Peak BioBoost Supplements - Health
A Gut Feeling of Greatness: My Peak BioBoost Experience
For years, I'd been struggling with a sluggish gut. You know the feeling ā bloating, constipation, and a general lack of... well, regularity. It wasn't pleasant, and it certainly wasn't doing my energy levels any favours. I tried all sorts of things to get myself back on track ā more vegetables, gallons of water, even those over-hyped fizzy concoctions. But nothing seemed to stick.
Enter Peak BioBoost
Then, I stumbled across Peak BioBoost online. Now, I'll admit, I was a bit sceptical at first. Another supplement promising the world? Been there, done that. But the idea of a prebiotic fibre supplement piqued my interest. After all, our gut health is incredibly important, and I knew mine wasn't exactly firing on all cylinders. So, I took the plunge and ordered a tub.
A Fuss-Free Solution
What arrived was a simple tub of what looked like fine powder. No fancy packaging, no outrageous claims, just a straightforward prebiotic blend. What I particularly liked was that it was flavourless and dissolved easily in my morning cuppa. No more chugging down unpleasant concoctions ā this was a daily dose I could actually look forward to!
Feeling the Difference
Within a week or so, I started to notice a change. The bloating began to subside, and those unwelcome visits to the loo became, well, let's just say more regular and, dare I say, delightful! My energy levels also seemed to pick up. No more dragging myself through the day ā I felt lighter and more motivated.
A Gentle Yet Effective Approach
One of the things I appreciated most about Peak BioBoost was its gentle approach. Unlike some harsh laxatives, it didn't leave me feeling all rushed and jittery. It felt like a natural way to support my gut health, and the results spoke for themselves.
Beyond the Bathroom
It's not just about regularity, though. Since I've been taking Peak BioBoost, I've noticed a general improvement in my overall well-being. My skin seems clearer, I sleep better, and I just feel more, well, in tune with my body.
A Winner in My Book
If you're looking for a way to improve your gut health and give your overall well-being a boost, I can't recommend Peak BioBoost highly enough. It's an easy-to-use, effective, and affordable solution that's made a real difference to me. So, ditch the dubious potions and give Peak BioBoost a go ā your gut (and the rest of you) will thank you for it!pen_sparktunesharemore_vert

#might start eating half a cup of yogurt at a time bc. i am on these pills til next wednesday morning#r.txt#TAKING probiotics would be a lot on my stomach i think i worry it would be too much but i think the yogurt is helping?#idk maybe i'll try pills but i also dont want them to just be counteracted#also one time i tried drinking probiotic juice and it just had me running to the bathroom#if its at the same time as antibiotics i realize it would operate differently but. it still makes me a little too nervous#i also take fiber supplements so im getting prebiotics too so. hopefully i'll be okay#but god i wish i could just buy a tub of soy milk yogurt#its surprisingly really good and i would love to eat it more regularly now that i know!#but it is. so expensive

A Very Niche Level-Up + Looksmaxxing Idea List for 2025
This list is for the girls that get it. Itās niche and not for everyone, but Iām throwing up at the fact that every āhow to level up in 2025ā post talks about journaling sad pages 24/7, drinking 8 cups of water a day, and walking 10k steps. How original.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/7fa6a2846e5cc812d66790426264a936/d5866bab36f69d87-4b/s540x810/bccd2738ecc20fca120f0af0e4e623cd09720c0f.jpg)
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/59ae1068ed316509988af38fcccb1e38/d5866bab36f69d87-9c/s640x960/1e9fae65b1f4baf45abeef590ebd95796edb69db.jpg)
Again, this is a very niche set of ideas. If you canāt relate then you canāt relate. But if you enjoy a good plastic surgery post and luxe lifestyle, maybe you will :)
1. Upgrade your car. Weāre getting the Lexusā, the BMWās, the Mercedes, the Jagās, etc.
2. Upgrade your home. Weāre living in high rises, weāre living in coastal areas, weāre living up in the mountains, weāre living where Amazon can drop our package off and we donāt have to worry about a porch pirate; weāre living in nice areas and in nice units/homes.
3. Breast augmentation.
4. Rhinoplasty.
5. Medical grade skincare.
6. Fresh, organic whole foods; focusing on lean protein, nuts and seeds, mushrooms, onions, leafy greens, pro/prebiotics, sea moss gel, etc.
7. Russian manicures and pedicures or a good acrylic set. Dip powder had its thing for a while but Iām not going to dip my nail in a powder everyone else dipped their nails. I bet they donāt even wash their hands and if they did, they prob didnāt even use soap.
8. Laser hair removal. Everywhere. If you want a design down there thatās cool, but you literally use the bathroom and it drips in the hair. āOh but I use a wipeā. Okay, next time you need to wash your hair.. donāt use shampoo. Use a wipe. Invest in a bidet but still, hair shouldnāt be in your š or near the sensitive areas of your š¦ the top is fine but if you have a period, pee, or āthe other thingā, hair should be no where near those areas.
9. Lip filler. Everyone can benefit. Ask for a pout that sticks out a little bit. I donāt suggest a lip flip, I couldnāt do anything with a lip flip and it was driving me nuts.
10. Fake tan. Sunlight is fine but a spray tan just makes you look a million times better. Every skin tone and every race benefits from a spray tan. Trust.
11. Muscle definition. Muscle looks so much better than fat AND bones. You want muscle. Did you see how Bella Hadid had her foot on our necks at the VS fashion show this year? I was sickkkkkk.
12. Long hair. But if you have a face shape like Hailey Beiber, short hair looks better.
13. Makeup. Remember water-based products and oil-based products donāt mix, so make sure you choose your products wisely so your makeup doesnāt separate and you look a mess.
14. A better paying job. I left my hospital job and now I work in luxury real estate and international yacht sales.
15. Red light therapy for face and body. I have a body red light therapy dome that I got online for around $3,000 (USD) and itās life. The one I have for the face is from Sephora and I spent like $400-$500 on that one. Whatever it says on the website.
16. Lashes. If youāre a pro at strip lashes, then yes. But I get my lashes done. Do not go crazy. Natural lashes are in so I ask for a classic whispy set focused for thickening my lash line and NOT for length.
17. Morpheus8 for skin tightening. I used it on my inner thighs and it literally saved my life
18. Lipo. If youāre a good candidate, get it. Sometimes belly pooch is hard to lose. I donāt have a pooch but Iām sure when I have kids I will.
19. Vampire facials. I can confidently say my best facials were vampire facials. My med spa charges around $950 for each facial
20. People can tell youāre wearing Shein. Their clothes are cute online but Iām going to hold your hand when I say this, they never look flattering in person when theyāre being worn. People can see the loose thread and the see-through material. They also donāt fit anyone well and makes a lot of you look square. You get what you pay for in clothing. Learn about the basics of clothing and youāll quickly only buy quality.
Yeah this list isnāt meant for everyone, but walking 10,000 steps isnāt going to take you to the next level. Neither is drinking water. Theyāre good habits, but theyāre not going to level you up. And yeah I understand my list requires having money, but this is literally what my blog is about.
My 2025 Mindset Level Up book is here!

I canāt stop thinking about Bradley with a natural/holistic/crunchy wife/girlfriend.
It would be so cute.
Heād meet you at the grocery store. The two of you standing in the snack aisle. You pick up a box of crackers and read through the ingredients list. Your nose scrunches in disgust of the gross unknown list of junk. With a disappointing sigh, you place the box back. Bradley looks bored about what he wants. He sneaks glances at you here and there, making note that you are reading the ingredients. Well, that you are also really, really, cute.
āAre you reading the ingredients?ā He asks with an amused snort. With a sheepish smile, you nod.
āYeah, I am.ā
Of course he asks why and you explain. You preferred minimal ingredients in your foods. No nasty preservatives, seed oils and anything with soy. You tended to stray from food dyes, but honestly you never turned down sour patch kid gummies if offered. You simply had a happy medium.
He found itā¦endearing.
You chatted in the aisle. He liked your smile and the way you were passionate about your lifestyle. The glimmer in your eyes when you vommited out information on him.
He asks for your number and things slowly fall into routine.
You went on dates. One after the other.
He found out you make your own perfumes with essential oils and buy all organic foods. You make sourdough bread, which is amazing in his book. Speaking of essential oils, your collection is huge. You have any type for anything. For topical use or defusing. Ginger for rubbing on and upset stomach and lavender to help relax from stress. Orange to add to your homemade cleaner for a nice, clean scent. Vanilla bean for that sweet perfume heās come to love that you make.
He does find it odd a first. He likes to tease about your oils and how much you use them. The over abundance of supplements and homeopathic medicine in your medicine cabinet instead of Tylenol, ibuprofen, and DayQuil.
Or the million plants in your whole apartment, the air purifier in your room, and the red light therapy pad rolled up next to the couch. The castor packs you do before bed and the few drops you rub in your belly button.
He grumbles when you make him take sour vitamin c powder when he starts to get sick but later waves you off when you notice heās already getting better. He roles his eyes when you tell him he needs to stop drinking so much soda because of the sugar, nasty corn syrup and fake flavors. You slowly get him onto probiotic and prebiotic sodas or sparkling water to scratch that soda itch. He notices that they make him feel better, but just a little so heās says.
Finally he starts asking you to rub lavender oil on his neck and using your red light therapy for his sore shoulders. Bradley asks you to make him more shaving cream that you made him once for his birthday because he says itās so much better than Gillette. Heās also lowered his alcohol intake at the Hard deck so his āpoor liverā will stay alive even though he can tell he feels so much better since listening to you.
Like you, he reads ingredients now and gets made fun of by the dagger squad. Bradley simply huffs and rolls his eyes at them as he grabs some chips that have olive oil instead of canola oil. They say heās gone soft for you, which is indeed true. Thanks to you though, heās notice his health has gotten better, so he doesnāt care about their criticism.

People who buy Olipop or just any prebiotic beverage marketed as a āgut healthy sodaā are just doing it for the appearance of being overtly health conscious. Thereās no way theyāre drinking that liquid fart with a meal over a Coke or Sprite or Dr Pepper. $30 for a 6 can sampler pack in this economy. Get fucking real.

Got a lot of responses to a previous post about poverty and environmentalism and I have come to the conclusion that people genuinely don't understand just how little autonomy a lot of poor people have. Ideally, we'd all vote with our dollars for a better world, but many of us don't have much to vote with.
By virtue of being poor, low-income people already buy few clothes and use what they have until it wears out. They mostly thrift and wear hand-me-downs, and take what they can get. If they need something specific (like a certain color of clothes for a uniform or a safety shoe for work), they buy it from Wal-Mart or whatever they can access locally. Perhaps they might like to "buy something sustainable" that would last longer, but longer-lasting clothes are no longer available where they live. Their options for new clothes are "decent mall brand" and "shitty mall brand," and it's hard to justify the price increase if they both wear out just as fast. They could buy online and have more options, but given how hard it is to find good clothes while plus size, they might be hesitant to take the risk of online shopping - especially if returns means going to the post office across town. Perhaps they should be sewing their own clothes, but that's just another chore heaped at their feet, something they hope to get around to when they have the spare the energy and money to learn.
A poor person cannot will a working public transportation system into being on their own, nor can they easily justify getting a more fuel-efficient car (if they can afford a car at all). Hopefully, they have reliable public transportation with benches to sit on and covered stops for when it rains. Hopefully the busses run late enough for second and third-shift workers and don't stop running when the office workers get home. Another thing people don't think about it the fact that perhaps a poor person COULD take public transportation, but can't physically handle an hour plus on the bus after work for a journey that takes no more than twenty minutes by car.
Poor people are often harangued about "eating better," whatever that means, but no one is willing to admit that poverty also brings time poverty, energy poverty, and lack of storage space. Sure, we should all be eating home-cooked, locally-sourced, organic vegan paleo keto probiotic prebiotic low-carb high-carb blue zone food, but after a long shift, not everyone has the mental and physical energy to prepare a meal to that standard. And the answer is always that we should meal prep it all. Not everyone has refrigerator space like that, given that many us live doubled up, couch surf, or live out of cars. Many of us just eat what we can prepare, given lack of proper kitchens, disability, and time poverty.
None of this is intended to make people feel bad, it simply represents my own lived experience and how frustrated I feel as someone with an interest in the environment and a long history of making due without much money. So much dialog about the environment focuses on trimming excess, but many people don't have that much excess to trim.
Instead of shaming people for not doing this or that, why not make it possible for them to do so? Consider organizing a clothing swap, either in your community or for friends. Advocate for public transport in your community, and offer to carpool with friends that need it. See if there's a community garden or a food sovereignty project in your area, or just start growing if you have a backyard and some friends to help out. Advocate for good recycling programs that don't involve driving miles in a car to a recycling center. If you make a useful craft (like lotion bars or soap, for example!), give some to your friends so they don't have to buy the plastic-wrapped version at the store. Above all, be conscious of the barriers that stand between people and sustainable living. I think we could all do better to focus on breaking barriers down, not people down.

Got a haircut today and spent some time with my mates at the barbershop. Everyone seems interested in my fucking sex life and who I'm fucking right now. Why are these casual topics of conversation? People need to mind their own business. Came home and smashed the iron. Over the last week I've added weight to all my lifts, especially to my curls, shoulder presses, bench, deadlifts, and rows. Looking for a new vegan protein powder because the pea protein powder I've been using (it's the only unflavoured vegan protein in my local area) isn't the highest quality. Will buy some organic hemp protein powder or there's this organic & sprouted brown rice protein that looks quality, too. I've heard good things about soy protein isolate as well. The thing with any high protein diet is that you've gotta make sure you're on top of your fibre (which is prebiotic) and your probiotics too. Your gut is your second brain. Gotta take care of it and treat it with respect. Vegans tend to have to worry less about their gut health but you can never be too careful when it comes to your health, you can never be too healthy, and you can never be too fit. Keep clean, lean, and sober. "I can't keep up, I'm out of step with the world" - Ian MacKaye

Cat Food Prep Part 4 - Finally done!
Clarification: We do not raw feed, nor do we endorse raw feeding. This is a fully cooked, nutritionally balanced pet diet that's safe for consumption when prepared correctly.
Alright - after some interruptions, finally ready to post the finale! This is probably the most important part; adding the supplements and oils to make this nutritionally complete. Normally I'd look upon proprietary products like Balance.it's blends with a lot of skepticism. But all that's essentially in this powder is pre-measured amounts of pharmacy-grade vitamins as well as inulin - a type of prebiotic fiber found in vegetables. We could buy things separately and measure it all ourselves, but I'm not taking that risk.
A little less than 3 packets of their carnivore blend (for lower-carb, higher-fiber diets) gives us enough for the recipe - and because this is our more accurate scale, we also measured our salt and fish oil this way.
The Omega-3 isn't just a dietary supplement here; it helps ensure Canela's fat intake is nutritionally complete. And with our Canola Oil and Iodized Salt measured as well, it's time to mix!
We've already added our oils and made sure everything is well incorporated - so compared to how it was before, it's now softer and more pate-like. But this is a VERY big bowl of food, so I'm sprinkling a thin layer of Carnivore Blend and Iodized Salt over the top, mixing very thoroughly between each addition.
And by the time we put it into our molds (these are 1oz silicone molds, intended for baby food) it looks very much like canned cat food. Each one of these is the equivalent of about half a small can.
And in the immortal words of beloved UK children's show Blue Peter, here's one I made earlier. These trays are frozen until solid, then it's just a case of popping out the frozen portions and keeping them in a ziplock bag. Defrost in the microwave for a minute and a half, and it's back to its original color and texture. So that's our pork and sweet potato cat food! This forms the bulk of Canela's diet - and she'll be getting regular checkups from the vet to manage her overactive thyroid, so we'll be able to make sure she's doing okay long-term. There's far too much association between home-made and raw online, to the point we've even been harassed for it on here, so I hope these posts might encourage other pet owners to explore safe, cooked options for their animals. Thanks for reading!

The MLM hack list
Alright. So there are a bunch of MLM diet companies that make a shitload of money of of us and yet our obesity rates in developed countries are thru the freaking roof.
How many times have you gotten the messages on Facebook, Instagram or whatever and it's like: Hey girl, haven't seen you since high school, let's get coffee... OR... they just post the precopied message & ask about your goals, & proceed to add a flurry of hyperpositive social media messages, like my friend recently did to me.
Did anyone in high school like you? Not me! Do that screams danger from the start. I was horrendously bullied in elementary school. I was gone to a parochial school for a couple years so the only reason that I avoided constant bullying in high school was because... they forgot who I was.
Here are some ideas I stole from various companies, cheaper:
Herbalife: this company's stuff works, for 2 reasons- you replace 2 out of 3 meals with shakes. However, alot of people are not successful if they make their shakes at home and if they add in all the snack bars. People do, however, lose weight if they get their shakes from a "nutrition" shop. Why? Because they blend those shakes super thick with a metric shitton of ice & I think alot of them add sf pudding, which enhances the thickness. Also, you get an iced tea, normally with added fiber. So the answer is- you have 2 drinks that take a long time to finish AND give you added caffeine & fiber. So? Just do it at home: keep your shake calories low, make it extra large & thicker than a snicker, & follow with a caffeinated tea & add fiber to it. I like the herbalife brand but I order it off Amazon so I don't have to get the whole shpeel. Now brand has "prebiotic fiber" that is cheaper. There is also benefiber from Walmart. It is cheap, so why not?
Beachbody: you don't need to spend a billion dollars on protein shakes or meal replacement shakes. I do, however, love some of their workout systems.
Tai Slim: this company's great idea was the chocolate gluccomannon chews, I just didn't know ot at the time. I have tried to order it but have been unable to so maybe they don't make it any more. So my hack would be- the chocolate calcium chews, some gluccomannon tablets, & a large glass of water.
Modere: this company was all over tik tok & reels for awhile, while the reps were trying to schlep people into this scheme. The Golden Child was the liquid CLA chocolate, probably because it tastes like a chocolatey treat while it is actually a CLA supplement. CLA can be purchased at almost any health food store, way cheaper.
Plexus: the pink drink. More research needed on this, but I think it is just a fiber drink. Hack: gluccomannon powder & a Starburst all pink flavor packet.
Most of these companies often sell an associated "fat burner:" often something with caffeine, ecgc from green tea, etc. You can get something similar at a health food store for a fraction of the price. If you want something fancy, there is Ember from the Ambrosia Collective. Use the Google. MFINGCOO is a discount code that I think still works, but it isn't mine.
Buy In for then"tribe:" Weight watchers (not an MLM, just a diet culture sales supergiant but they still somehow acquire affiliates, idk if that qualifies as a True MLM), beachbody, herbalife are pretty cultish in nature-- they rope you into a bunch of meetings, calls, and online groups. If someone calls you to ask why you weren'tat Power Hour, you may have bought into a cult! It works by reprogramming certain thought & behavior patterns..... Basically a bunch of people are sharing ideas regularly and getting involved in their cultish antics.& promoting it on social media. (Example: OMG have you tried the new WW/herbalife/beachbody PROTEIN BAR?? Only $15 for 4!! What a deal! LINK IN MY BIO) You can do this on your own by finding your own people. You can get your own seminars by watching a lot of youtube. Anything that focuses on reprogramming you to cook at home and eat primarily whole foods will probably work. Join free groups. Disregard anything outside of what works for you ( I have to ignore a lot of dessert recipes because they cause bingeing for me).
Lipozene: pretty sure this is just gluccomannon. You can find gluccomannon tablets way cheaper at a health food store. Walmart also was carrying a generic version.
Hydroxycut: pretty sure the active ingredient here is HCA? I don't have a bottle currently to look. But isn't HCA just garcinia? So much cheaper at a health food store. I personally cannot take hydroxycut, it makes me RAGE. I like, get upset and freak out at work, so I don't even think I am willing to try it again.
It works: I think the skinny coffee would be comparable to the "slim coffee," which was cheaper but seemed to be chromium. You can just pick up a chromium supplement... & seriously, you can just drink coffee. Don't add calories to it.
Apple cider vinegar gummies: Just take shots of apple cider vinegar. You can buy a gallon at walmart, it will last a long time. Play with shot recipes, you can do good girl moonshine (ala Trim Healthy Mamma), & use it liberally for dressing recipes.
L-Glutamine: don't remember the company, but this is available at more health food stores, not for $100 a container.
Maybe I have bought so much shit so you don't have it. Is there an MLM company I missed? š¤ let me know and I will check it out for future posts.
Remember- whatever you do, stay safe. Research your shit. Focus on your daily habits and remember that what you are eating outweighs almost any supplement you could buy. Eat whole food, walk, have an exercise routine & stop expecting a 30 day result for a body that took you 40 years (or whatever) to create.
I definitely don't think the ozempic trend is worth the cost, but if there is no other way for you & you have the money, it is worth a shot. Just don't expect your insurance to pay for it. Many insurance companies are currently not covering it, and I don't really know if they should consider it.
Surgery? If there is no other way and you want to, go for it.
The way that these things work though, is by changing what you are eating. Period. These are all systems to change what you ingest and you can change what you eat for free.
I am still on Nomorbidity & Alkemi from the Ambrosia Collective. I have not found suitable replacements for them but I am also not looking hard, they have a reasonable price point to me.
Edited: To reword, as WW is a diet culture vulture, not quite an MLM. Just a big money making company.

"Probiotics" and "prebiotics" are buzzwords often thrown around in the skincare and wellness industries. Still, many people don't even understand how they work, why they're good for us, and how we should use them. After all, who wants to put bacteria on their skin? Especially if you already deal with acne.
It's me. I'm people. So just hear me out on this one.
Iāve dealt with acne since my teenage years, and despite having access to the best products and in-office treatments on the market, it never seems to go away. This rings especially true in the winter months when my skin becomes parched from the dry air and harsh winds, and since I've struggled to find a thick moisturizer that doesn't break me out (until now), my skin reacts to the weather and I suffer the consequences. So, when I learned about pre- and probiotics my initial reaction was to say "no, thank you." However, after using Beekman 1802's Bloom Cream moisturizer for a few weeks my skin completely transformed ā and now I wax poetic about it every chance I get.
The reason most heavy moisturizers make me break out is because they use comedogenic ingredients that do a great job at sealing in moisture but clog my pores. This one, however, does not.
Its postbiotic-rich formula is filled with an elegant cocktail of moisturizing sunflower seed oil, calming aloe extract, nourishing honey, collagen-boosting whey protein, and a plethora of other common skin-friendly ingredients. What makes this moisturizer so unique is that it adds goat milk prebiotic, milk postbiotic, and healing Epsom salts.

What's more, despite feeling rich and thick, it absorbs quickly into the skin and feels lightweight and pillow-y. The formula is delectable, and I love that now I don't have to sacrifice a clear complexion for a moisturized one. I can have my cake and eat it too.
