This Mountain Dew is fucking killing me, lads
I went to SIX different goddamn stores, and couldn't find a single 200pt bottle, so I was stuck buying 6 of the normal Mountain Dew bottles. Bought it from the more expensive store too, cause I didn't feel like going out AGAIN to find somewhere cheaper. Fucking $16 to get this gd mount. Also, I really don't drink soda much; the only sodas I drink regularly are sugar-free stevia soda (Zevia) and prebiotic soda (OliPop/Poppi/GoodCulture/SunSip). This fucking Mtn Dew is like acid to my gd stomach, I'm going through agony for a fucking MOUNT.
#ffxiv#ffxiv mountain dew collab#my stomach is so pissed off i've been chowing down on antiacid tablets#blah blah blah#ffxiv can't we do a collab with like...i don't fucking know a healthy snack company#lemme buy dried snap peas to get something#or a prebiotic soda or something im dying over here

Peak BioBoost Supplements - Health
A Gut Feeling of Greatness: My Peak BioBoost Experience
For years, I'd been struggling with a sluggish gut. You know the feeling – bloating, constipation, and a general lack of... well, regularity. It wasn't pleasant, and it certainly wasn't doing my energy levels any favours. I tried all sorts of things to get myself back on track – more vegetables, gallons of water, even those over-hyped fizzy concoctions. But nothing seemed to stick.
Enter Peak BioBoost
Then, I stumbled across Peak BioBoost online. Now, I'll admit, I was a bit sceptical at first. Another supplement promising the world? Been there, done that. But the idea of a prebiotic fibre supplement piqued my interest. After all, our gut health is incredibly important, and I knew mine wasn't exactly firing on all cylinders. So, I took the plunge and ordered a tub.
A Fuss-Free Solution
What arrived was a simple tub of what looked like fine powder. No fancy packaging, no outrageous claims, just a straightforward prebiotic blend. What I particularly liked was that it was flavourless and dissolved easily in my morning cuppa. No more chugging down unpleasant concoctions – this was a daily dose I could actually look forward to!
Feeling the Difference
Within a week or so, I started to notice a change. The bloating began to subside, and those unwelcome visits to the loo became, well, let's just say more regular and, dare I say, delightful! My energy levels also seemed to pick up. No more dragging myself through the day – I felt lighter and more motivated.
A Gentle Yet Effective Approach
One of the things I appreciated most about Peak BioBoost was its gentle approach. Unlike some harsh laxatives, it didn't leave me feeling all rushed and jittery. It felt like a natural way to support my gut health, and the results spoke for themselves.
Beyond the Bathroom
It's not just about regularity, though. Since I've been taking Peak BioBoost, I've noticed a general improvement in my overall well-being. My skin seems clearer, I sleep better, and I just feel more, well, in tune with my body.
A Winner in My Book
If you're looking for a way to improve your gut health and give your overall well-being a boost, I can't recommend Peak BioBoost highly enough. It's an easy-to-use, effective, and affordable solution that's made a real difference to me. So, ditch the dubious potions and give Peak BioBoost a go – your gut (and the rest of you) will thank you for it!pen_sparktunesharemore_vert

trying to eat yogurt while i am taking these antibiotics however nondairy yogurt is SO EXPENSIVE and they only sell it in individual cups and im eating 3 a day bc im taking 3 pills a day and ive used up my food stamps
#might start eating half a cup of yogurt at a time bc. i am on these pills til next wednesday morning#r.txt#TAKING probiotics would be a lot on my stomach i think i worry it would be too much but i think the yogurt is helping?#idk maybe i'll try pills but i also dont want them to just be counteracted#also one time i tried drinking probiotic juice and it just had me running to the bathroom#if its at the same time as antibiotics i realize it would operate differently but. it still makes me a little too nervous#i also take fiber supplements so im getting prebiotics too so. hopefully i'll be okay#but god i wish i could just buy a tub of soy milk yogurt#its surprisingly really good and i would love to eat it more regularly now that i know!#but it is. so expensive

People who buy Olipop or just any prebiotic beverage marketed as a ‘gut healthy soda’ are just doing it for the appearance of being overtly health conscious. There’s no way they’re drinking that liquid fart with a meal over a Coke or Sprite or Dr Pepper. $30 for a 6 can sampler pack in this economy. Get fucking real.

aughhh i just wanna be someone's stay-at-home boywife. make me quit my job and studies, have me transfer all of my savings and money in checking accounts to you to make me financially dependent on you. have me cook all your meals and make sure that your clothes are always lovingly cleaned and ironed. have me take care of the cleaning and gardening, so that everyone can see what a sweet and obedient wife you have when they pass by the large, radiant flowerbed in front of our house. 🥺
if you want, you can have me carry your children, too! please make sure to buy me the best prebiotics and supplements, help me pick out the cutest little decorations for their room and adorable onsies for our little bun... 🥹 all while you creampie me viciously each and every night. 🥰
if you let me be your sweet little boywife, each time you come home from work you would be greeted by your dolled-up spouse, a clean house and fresh meal on the table, and adorable kids running up to you to grab at your legs.
any volunteers?🥹💞

Cat Food Prep Part 4 - Finally done!
Clarification: We do not raw feed, nor do we endorse raw feeding. This is a fully cooked, nutritionally balanced pet diet that's safe for consumption when prepared correctly.
Alright - after some interruptions, finally ready to post the finale! This is probably the most important part; adding the supplements and oils to make this nutritionally complete. Normally I'd look upon proprietary products like Balance.it's blends with a lot of skepticism. But all that's essentially in this powder is pre-measured amounts of pharmacy-grade vitamins as well as inulin - a type of prebiotic fiber found in vegetables. We could buy things separately and measure it all ourselves, but I'm not taking that risk.
A little less than 3 packets of their carnivore blend (for lower-carb, higher-fiber diets) gives us enough for the recipe - and because this is our more accurate scale, we also measured our salt and fish oil this way.
The Omega-3 isn't just a dietary supplement here; it helps ensure Canela's fat intake is nutritionally complete. And with our Canola Oil and Iodized Salt measured as well, it's time to mix!
We've already added our oils and made sure everything is well incorporated - so compared to how it was before, it's now softer and more pate-like. But this is a VERY big bowl of food, so I'm sprinkling a thin layer of Carnivore Blend and Iodized Salt over the top, mixing very thoroughly between each addition.
And by the time we put it into our molds (these are 1oz silicone molds, intended for baby food) it looks very much like canned cat food. Each one of these is the equivalent of about half a small can.
And in the immortal words of beloved UK children's show Blue Peter, here's one I made earlier. These trays are frozen until solid, then it's just a case of popping out the frozen portions and keeping them in a ziplock bag. Defrost in the microwave for a minute and a half, and it's back to its original color and texture. So that's our pork and sweet potato cat food! This forms the bulk of Canela's diet - and she'll be getting regular checkups from the vet to manage her overactive thyroid, so we'll be able to make sure she's doing okay long-term. There's far too much association between home-made and raw online, to the point we've even been harassed for it on here, so I hope these posts might encourage other pet owners to explore safe, cooked options for their animals. Thanks for reading!

The MLM hack list
Alright. So there are a bunch of MLM diet companies that make a shitload of money of of us and yet our obesity rates in developed countries are thru the freaking roof.
How many times have you gotten the messages on Facebook, Instagram or whatever and it's like: Hey girl, haven't seen you since high school, let's get coffee... OR... they just post the precopied message & ask about your goals, & proceed to add a flurry of hyperpositive social media messages, like my friend recently did to me.
Did anyone in high school like you? Not me! Do that screams danger from the start. I was horrendously bullied in elementary school. I was gone to a parochial school for a couple years so the only reason that I avoided constant bullying in high school was because... they forgot who I was.
Here are some ideas I stole from various companies, cheaper:
Herbalife: this company's stuff works, for 2 reasons- you replace 2 out of 3 meals with shakes. However, alot of people are not successful if they make their shakes at home and if they add in all the snack bars. People do, however, lose weight if they get their shakes from a "nutrition" shop. Why? Because they blend those shakes super thick with a metric shitton of ice & I think alot of them add sf pudding, which enhances the thickness. Also, you get an iced tea, normally with added fiber. So the answer is- you have 2 drinks that take a long time to finish AND give you added caffeine & fiber. So? Just do it at home: keep your shake calories low, make it extra large & thicker than a snicker, & follow with a caffeinated tea & add fiber to it. I like the herbalife brand but I order it off Amazon so I don't have to get the whole shpeel. Now brand has "prebiotic fiber" that is cheaper. There is also benefiber from Walmart. It is cheap, so why not?
Beachbody: you don't need to spend a billion dollars on protein shakes or meal replacement shakes. I do, however, love some of their workout systems.
Tai Slim: this company's great idea was the chocolate gluccomannon chews, I just didn't know ot at the time. I have tried to order it but have been unable to so maybe they don't make it any more. So my hack would be- the chocolate calcium chews, some gluccomannon tablets, & a large glass of water.
Modere: this company was all over tik tok & reels for awhile, while the reps were trying to schlep people into this scheme. The Golden Child was the liquid CLA chocolate, probably because it tastes like a chocolatey treat while it is actually a CLA supplement. CLA can be purchased at almost any health food store, way cheaper.
Plexus: the pink drink. More research needed on this, but I think it is just a fiber drink. Hack: gluccomannon powder & a Starburst all pink flavor packet.
Most of these companies often sell an associated "fat burner:" often something with caffeine, ecgc from green tea, etc. You can get something similar at a health food store for a fraction of the price. If you want something fancy, there is Ember from the Ambrosia Collective. Use the Google. MFINGCOO is a discount code that I think still works, but it isn't mine.
Buy In for then"tribe:" Weight watchers (not an MLM, just a diet culture sales supergiant but they still somehow acquire affiliates, idk if that qualifies as a True MLM), beachbody, herbalife are pretty cultish in nature-- they rope you into a bunch of meetings, calls, and online groups. If someone calls you to ask why you weren'tat Power Hour, you may have bought into a cult! It works by reprogramming certain thought & behavior patterns..... Basically a bunch of people are sharing ideas regularly and getting involved in their cultish antics.& promoting it on social media. (Example: OMG have you tried the new WW/herbalife/beachbody PROTEIN BAR?? Only $15 for 4!! What a deal! LINK IN MY BIO) You can do this on your own by finding your own people. You can get your own seminars by watching a lot of youtube. Anything that focuses on reprogramming you to cook at home and eat primarily whole foods will probably work. Join free groups. Disregard anything outside of what works for you ( I have to ignore a lot of dessert recipes because they cause bingeing for me).
Lipozene: pretty sure this is just gluccomannon. You can find gluccomannon tablets way cheaper at a health food store. Walmart also was carrying a generic version.
Hydroxycut: pretty sure the active ingredient here is HCA? I don't have a bottle currently to look. But isn't HCA just garcinia? So much cheaper at a health food store. I personally cannot take hydroxycut, it makes me RAGE. I like, get upset and freak out at work, so I don't even think I am willing to try it again.
It works: I think the skinny coffee would be comparable to the "slim coffee," which was cheaper but seemed to be chromium. You can just pick up a chromium supplement... & seriously, you can just drink coffee. Don't add calories to it.
Apple cider vinegar gummies: Just take shots of apple cider vinegar. You can buy a gallon at walmart, it will last a long time. Play with shot recipes, you can do good girl moonshine (ala Trim Healthy Mamma), & use it liberally for dressing recipes.
L-Glutamine: don't remember the company, but this is available at more health food stores, not for $100 a container.
Maybe I have bought so much shit so you don't have it. Is there an MLM company I missed? 🤔 let me know and I will check it out for future posts.
Remember- whatever you do, stay safe. Research your shit. Focus on your daily habits and remember that what you are eating outweighs almost any supplement you could buy. Eat whole food, walk, have an exercise routine & stop expecting a 30 day result for a body that took you 40 years (or whatever) to create.
I definitely don't think the ozempic trend is worth the cost, but if there is no other way for you & you have the money, it is worth a shot. Just don't expect your insurance to pay for it. Many insurance companies are currently not covering it, and I don't really know if they should consider it.
Surgery? If there is no other way and you want to, go for it.
The way that these things work though, is by changing what you are eating. Period. These are all systems to change what you ingest and you can change what you eat for free.
I am still on Nomorbidity & Alkemi from the Ambrosia Collective. I have not found suitable replacements for them but I am also not looking hard, they have a reasonable price point to me.
Edited: To reword, as WW is a diet culture vulture, not quite an MLM. Just a big money making company.

today i finally found new headphones for a somewhat affordable cost for me as a poor disabled person (around $€ 15) after spending hours going out of my way to shops at the edge of town while i had a free bus ticket (for healthcare). my previous headphones disintegrated and fell apart lately and i couldnt find any i could afford to replace them so it was frustrating. my mouse was also starting to fall apart, and i was able to find one i could afford today too.
it was really really annoying going around to different shops and just seeing even the low-budget headphones cost $€ 35++ everywhere
other things i need but cant afford rn includes sandals or other airy summer shoes (i own 2 pairs of shoes that fit, one of those pairs is kinda broken and more for the cold season, and the other is very warm and not good for warm season at all, this one was a gift recently, before that i only had 1 pair of shoes regardless of weather and season, for the past 2 years or so?)
and a new phone - the screen is completely cracked all over but still functions, but the phone itself is extremely slow. its a $€ 99 xiaomi phone and it cant keep 2 apps running at once. for example a phone call will just hang up if i open the browser at the same time. it also frequently just doesnt ring when someone tries to call me, which is a problem when im being called by healthcare or other important things. id like to get a phone that is less terrible (and not cracked all over) but i cant even afford another one of what i have.
theres other stuff like these prebiotic(?) stomach supplements that helped my stomach work slightly better, that i was buying for some months, i had to stop buying bc i cant afford that if im also buying other things i need (i had to buy a new pair of pants bc the other ones are broken etc). didnt stop bc they werent important but just bc i cant afford.
and i cant afford to take the bus to leave my neighbourhood (i live a 1 hour one-way walk from downtown and am too tired to make that walk alone anymore) more than a couple times a month bc each one-way bus ticket costs $€ 4. i cant afford to pay $€ 8 for a day's transportation more than a couple times a month, especially bc if im going anyway, it prob means i will spend some money on things like eating something (cheap) out, or some (cheap) shopping, or a movie ticket, or something. and its really not okay that the bus is that expensive. a $€ 20 movie ticket now costs $€ 28 instead bc of the bus, and for my budget this is all way too much.
so yeah, just explaining that life is hard. as a poor person its hard even in a rich country like sweden. i always make some room in my budget for enjoyable things like buying a cheap (always using sales!!) videogame and buying snacks, treating myself to something i want (art supplies, trinkets - usually using sales and 2nd hand!), bc otherwise i wouldnt be able to keep on living. but its really hard to afford the things i need and im living like this without summer shoes, without supplements that help me be less sick, with a broken shitty phone, etc. mostly i just want middle class ppl to not assume that ppl on their dash are rich and financially comfortable bc i notice a lot of middle class ppl live in their bubble where they think everyones life is similar to their life. its not true and tons of ppl all over the world are really poor, including ones you see on social media.

You can stop the rot by drinking Olipop,a new kind of soda that supports digestive health, made with plant fiber and prebiotics!
I don't have that, I might buy some tomorrow in the morning since most of the stores are closed.

This Prebiotic-Rich Moisturizer Has Given Me the Healthiest Skin of My Life
It's formulated with goat milk.
By Marcio "MZA"
"Probiotics" and "prebiotics" are buzzwords often thrown around in the skincare and wellness industries. Still, many people don't even understand how they work, why they're good for us, and how we should use them. After all, who wants to put bacteria on their skin? Especially if you already deal with acne.
It's me. I'm people. So just hear me out on this one.
I’ve dealt with acne since my teenage years, and despite having access to the best products and in-office treatments on the market, it never seems to go away. This rings especially true in the winter months when my skin becomes parched from the dry air and harsh winds, and since I've struggled to find a thick moisturizer that doesn't break me out (until now), my skin reacts to the weather and I suffer the consequences. So, when I learned about pre- and probiotics my initial reaction was to say "no, thank you." However, after using Beekman 1802's Bloom Cream moisturizer for a few weeks my skin completely transformed — and now I wax poetic about it every chance I get.
The reason most heavy moisturizers make me break out is because they use comedogenic ingredients that do a great job at sealing in moisture but clog my pores. This one, however, does not.
Its postbiotic-rich formula is filled with an elegant cocktail of moisturizing sunflower seed oil, calming aloe extract, nourishing honey, collagen-boosting whey protein, and a plethora of other common skin-friendly ingredients. What makes this moisturizer so unique is that it adds goat milk prebiotic, milk postbiotic, and healing Epsom salts.
Buy on AMAZON 54U$
What's more, despite feeling rich and thick, it absorbs quickly into the skin and feels lightweight and pillow-y. The formula is delectable, and I love that now I don't have to sacrifice a clear complexion for a moisturized one. I can have my cake and eat it too.
From non-toxic makeup and skincare to sustainability practices, Clean Slate is an exploration of all things in the green beauty space. Find out what's really in your products — and what's being left out.

Things I’ve been implementing this year:
•Making jams out of berries that are no longer fresh.
•Buying worksheets onto stop self-sabotaging, the shadow self, and coping mechanisms.
•Started looking at marketplace and other places to find affordable high quality clothes.
•Trying more recipes of different cuisine.
•Eating more probiotic and prebiotic foods.
•Trying to get bulk organic foods or ingredients when I can (Costco).
•Possibly will learn how to sew, canning, and self defense this year.
•Moving slower and taking my time. Not being afraid to take up space and not be on my phone just to avoid making eye contact.
•Trying to avoid swearing.
I really want to get out of the fear mentality, I don’t know how because I want to be aware of current news but at the same time it’s depressing.
