while i've been away..

hey everyone, happy new year and happy holidays! i havent been on tumblr in a few months in an effort to try and recover. but instead of recovering i ended up binging.. a lot.. i would smoke weed every night then get insane munchies and eat half my fucking pantry. even though id be high i could still feel the embarrassment and shame from what i was doing. but, ive left my parents house (which is where the binging was happening) since holidays are over, and im back to living alone. which means i can lose all the weight i gained.. last time i weighed myself i was basically 145lbs (65.9kg). im back now because i need to drop the weight i gained and then some. ive been pretty good with my food intake recently, ive been eating mostly one meal a day and maybe one small meal, but thankfully i havent felt much appetite. ive been drinking a lot since ive been hanging out with my friends a lot, so i need to cut down on that because there's so many cals in alcohol... im gonna buy a food scale soon so i can properly track what im eating and stuff.
